- Chaobin (4/5): Wrong listing on hotels.com - I was shocked that I could not checkin due to the the extra payment required for the bond and cleaning plus credit card fees 3.5% overall added to the double amount on top of what was paid for booking. Also a seperate online forms and photo ID are also required for the 2 nights staying to submit online, which is a big ask for a busy traveller overseas. I would suggest this is not a correct venue to be listed on Hotels.com. However I have to say the apartment is spacious and modern and clean and well equiped. Handy to many restaurants and bars. For a bad sleeper, It is quiet noisy in the night from the traffic and local bars.
