- Guest (6/5): Si no te gustan las mascotas disimula o no alquiles. - Que es amplio No me gustó que la señora que me dio las llaves me hizo un comentario desafortunado sobre mi mascota y me insinuó como que las chicas que limpian no le gustan los perros que por eso a partir de junio no se admiten mascotas y después de cobrarme 20 euros por ella, cual es mi sorpresa que el sofá,las paredes,los nordicos estaban bastante sucios y no eran marcas de perros,eso lo más llamativo luego lo demás pues se podía mejorar como por ejemplo el tostador que salto la luz con el,el baño que huele a alcantarilla todo el rato una serie de cosas que mejorar.

Terrible double bed - extremely soft (well used) in the middle. Noise form the outside and noisy neighbors in the building - party till 1am, loud musing, smoking weed all day. Walls / windows are so thin, so it feels like window is open.

- Lesley (8/5): Good value for money - Location was good next to restaurants beach and bus links to the old town and strip of Benidorm. Staff were lovely and driver niko picked us up from airport and took us back very prompt and good communication. Would return again It was a little rundown in areas but was clean and tidy and did not affect our stay. Everything that you could need was in the apartment. Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable.

- YOLANDA (5/5): - la ubicación era perfecta, la comodidad al realizar el check in y la limpieza del apartamento cuando se paga una estancia en un apartamento en razón de los huéspedes en este caso éramos 5 personas, significa que todas las personas de ese grupo tienen que dormir correctamente, con lo cual lo minino que se debe de hacer es supervisar camas y SOFA-CAMA, en este caso el sofá cama estaba totalmente roto sin poder ser utilizado como cama y tener que dormir dos noches en un sofá! uno no paga una estancia por dormir en el sofá. gracias

- Maria del Mar (4/5): Ya se donde no voy a volver!!!! - Q solo estuve 3 noches Para empezar pone que aceptan mascotas y luego cuando ya has pagado,(solo puedes pagar tarifa no reembolsable), te ponen condiciones absurdas para la mascota, condiciones que no especifican en ningún sitio. Cuando te piden hora aproximada de llegada , les da igual lo q tú pongas, si la señora que atiende se quiere ir antes te acribilla a llamadas y mensajes para que te des prisa en llegar, le da igual q estés en el barco o conduciendo de camino. Tienen una política muy estricta en cuanto a los ruidos, si avisas que los vecinos de arriba la lian se pelean y ponen música hasta las 8 de la mañana no te dan ninguna solución. Si quieres ver borrachos y q te vomiten el coche es el lugar ideal!!! Otra cosa, una de las camas no la pudimos usar xq tiene tantas lamas el somier rotas que se unde.

The property had an 11pm noise pollution curve but people were allowed to sit in the outdoor area after this drinking and making noise . The apartment was great but people above and across you can hear everything, I’ll never understand why people drag things across the floor no respect for others . Also window ledge was covered in cigarette butts I’m not a smoker so found this disgusting a simple clean would remove this .

Staff very good and fast to reply with whats app Our appartment had no balcony but had big glass window that opened. The hot water in shower needed to have a tap running in sink first to work.
