Colazione con prodotti confezionati. Prenotata una quadrilocale (1 matrimoniale e 2 lettini per me, mio marito e mia figlia di 10 anni) consegnata standard matrimoniale con culla. Chiedo spiegazioni e mi hanno detto che c'è stato un errore da parte loro che hanno accettato prenotazione per sbaglio. Ci propongono due stanze per lo stesso prezzo. Noi accettiamo, nostro malgrado (erano le 17 e non avremmo saputo che fare). Ceniamo nella struttura (prezzi esagerati, 18 euro un risotto!), colazione standard con prodotti confezionati. Ci aspettavamo almeno la cena offerta causa disguido (abbiamo dovuto dormire separati), ma nulla, quasi delle scuse tirate. Per un 3 stelle è davvero un comportamento poco adeguato. Peccato, perché la struttura merita, ma consiglio più umiltà e soprattutto rispetto per i clienti. Una cena da 35 euro potevano offrirla, non per i 35 euro, ma per il gesto. Comportamento inclassificabile!

Emily Keogh (10/5): Perfect in every way! - We loved everything about this hotel. The staff, our room (very spacious with a huge window overlooking the village), the pool, the breakfast. We only stayed for one night and I really wish we could have stayed for longer. The village is quiet but so peaceful. We had a great evening meal at a very reasonable price, finished with a game of bocce, I'd absolutely return should we be travelling in Italy again. Perfect in every way!

Judith (5/5): - Het eten in het restaurant was goed. Ondanks dat de meeste werknemers geen engels spraken was in- en uitchecken erg makkelijk. De locatie is erg mooi en het zwembad was fijn. We hadden en tweepersoonskamer geboekt en hebben niet goed genoeg naar de foto's gekeken. Hierdoor kwamen we er op locatie achter dat we losse hebben hadden... Deze hebben we zelf aan elkaar geschoven en toen we weg gingen weer netjes terug gezet. We hadden beide erg veel muggenbulten (dachten we), maar achteraf bleek dit te gaan om bedwantsen..... Check je bed dus goed!!!

Julien (9/5): Bon séjour. - Personnel serviable et qui parle bien français. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est excellent et pas cher. Parking abrité et gratuit. Prix vraiment abordable pour un tel établissement. Insonorisation des chambres plutôt mauvaise. Nous avons entendu tous les véhicules qui passaient devant l'hôtel, ainsi que le réveil du voisin à 7h30 du matin.

lorenzo (6/5): Bella posizione, ottimo ristorante ma camere piccole e non pulite - L'hotel si trova in una bella posizione nel borgo. Gli esterni sono molto curati e piacevoli. Il ristorante e' ottimo sia per i prezzi che per il menu proposto. Per quanto abbiamo avuto dei problemi al check in, lo staff si e' mostrato molto disponibile. Le stanze sono piccole e offrono poco comfort. Avevamo prenotato una camera matrimoniale superior con letto matrimoniale e culla ma quando siamo arrivati la culla non era stata preparata e la camera non aveva il letto matrimoniale ma due lettini separati (unibili pero'). Quando abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza, si e' presentato il problema che la culla non entrava nell'altra superior. Alla fine ci hanno spostato in una stanza matrimoniale standard dove ci hanno portato la culla solo alle 18 (siamo arrivati verso le 16). La pulizia della camera era superficiale. Polvere sotto il letto, sporco e ragnatele dietro all'armadio, spazzolino del wc molto sporco.

Eleonora (5/5): struttura molto bella per i servizi un pò meno per le camere - albergo con piscina e altre attività sportive, comodissimo il parcheggio interno privato, angoli nel verde molto ben curati con ombrelloni, gazebo ecc. Noi eravamo solo di passaggio e abbiamo usurfruito solamente per una notte della camera e dell'ottima colazione decisamente varia e gustosa. Abbondante e gradita fornitura di saponi, shampoo, bagnoschiuma ecc Personale molto gentile la camera che ci hanno assegnato era piuttosto stretta e con due letti singoli nei quali io e mio marito abbiamo dormito un pò stretti non essendo abituati al letto singolo, il bagno molto piccolo con acqua nella doccia che passava da bollente a gelata, e nessun gancio per appendere il salviettone per la doccia. . purtroppo mancavano le due abat-jour per una eventuale lettura serale perciò o si teneva la luce principale accesa oppure la testata che era debolmente retroilluminata. la cosa spiacevole è che la camera mancava di aria condizionata, quindi a causa dell'elevata temperatura estiva abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte che non erano dotate di zanzariera. Al mattino ci siamo svegliati trovando numerose macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola e anche per terra e alcuni insetti schiacciati che ci avevano punto durante la notte.

Le petit déjeuner était très bien fourni et variait chaque jour. Le top était aussi le restaurant le soir. Top qualité des plats. Produits frais, bien cuisiné et servis. Pour des prix plus que raisonnables. Personnel très sympathique. L'eau de la piscine un peu trop froide.

All’ingresso si avvertiva un odore molto forte e poco gradevole sulle scale. La temperatura in camera era eccessivamente alta e il materasso estremamente rigido, risultando molto molto scomodo. Il bagno è piuttosto piccolo e la TV non risultava sincronizzata con i canali. Inoltre, la connessione WiFi era assente per tutta la durata del soggiorno, costringendoci a usare i nostri dati personali. Inoltre, alla colazione andava espressamente chiesto, sebbene fossimo nella fascia oraria (08:30, termine colazione 10:00) il refill dei piatti.

Emily (2/5): - So very tired and worn. No kettle in room. Photos make this property look far nicer than it is. On arrival we were put in a room at the rear of the property, with a window facing a cliff, overlooking an extremely noisy extraction fan of some sort. No bedside lights. Worst room in the hotel, I hope. No a/c, so the window had to be opened on a muggy day. We complained and got a new room, with very little concern from the staff. This time with a view over the valley, so at least you could open the window. Still no bedside lamps; all of the images online are inaccurate. You’d think it would be a quiet village, but young folk were seemingly racing their dirt bikes on the roads until gone 11. Bed was actually quite comfortable. Sadly the shower temperature was inconsistent. We chose not to partake in breakfast.

Je ne m'ai jamais d'avis mais là je me sens obligé par la qualité de l'établissement. Les chambres sont simples mais efficaces propre et pour un prix très raisonnable. Super petit déjeuner bravo

Hendrik (6/5): Budget Hotel in mountains, not for business travellers - Good restaurant and beds. Nice location in the mountains. WiFi was adequate. Shower was broken, water was lukewarm, bathroom was smelly. Room was not very soundproof. No bottle water in room, uncomfortable desk. Hotel bar seemed always closed. Would not recommend for business travellers.
Chris (4/5): Beautiful location, but uncomfortable rooms - The location is beautiful, with steep valley views all around. The village of Pristine is scenic and there isn't much traffic. The restaurant was a surprise, very nice and good prices! Getting to the hotel was challenging. We were told to get a taxi from the train station but none were available, and the receptionist wasn't able to help because she didn't speak any English. There was no signs or information paper about breakfast times, reception open hours, or similar information, and since there was a language barrier there was no way to know. The reception was closed for whatever reason until 3pm the day we stayed. Even though we booked a "Deluxe" room, it was tiny, with barely a foot of space around the bed on all sides to put luggage. The shower was quite cramped. The lights in the hallway automatically turn off so if you leave the room at night you have to walk down a pitch-dark hallway until you find the light switch on the wall.
