• thierry (7/5): - Très bon emplacement, appartement spacieux. Equipement vieillissant, il manque des équipements: manque de couverts (2 petites cuillères pour 5), pas de four à micro onde, pas de casserole correcte, lave linge verrouillé, pas de lave vaisselle, pas de climatiseur.
• Bence (10/5): - Pictures meet with the expectations. Overall, totally worth the price. An Ac would be better than the ventilators. Some chairs were a bit broken in the common area, need a replacement for these

• Rolf (8/5): Pleasant stay - The rooms are very well located in the old town of Naples. We had a very pleasant and quiet stay. Personally we didn't appreciate the cameras installed in the place. Even though we have nothing to hide it gives you the impression being watched and controlled. It is not a sign of trust towards the customers.
• Paula (8/5): Good value for money - The property was easy to find, host made it very clear how to check in and where to find the place. Very clean, fresh towels and linen. Lovely common area where is plenty space to sit. The acoustic isolation isn’t best. Could hear people snoring in the next room.

• Vaida (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great! The only problem I had was hearing other people taking their bath. The bathroom fan was especially loud. A simple note reminding people to switch off the light (and the fan) and to keep their voices down during the night might be helpful.

• Wesley (6/5): Lovely but hot - It's nice and the location was amazing, the guesthouse is located right in the middle of restaurants and attractions. Although is of our own fault, the place lacks air-conditioning or effectively cooling system, the two fans provided barely cooked the room. Other than that, it's a pretty good stay

The owners were also super helpful and friendly, easily accessible via WhatsApp. Unfortunately the down points for me (even though it is clearly stated) were the room size and no AC. The combination of the two made our stay a little uncomfortable in the peak of summer.

The location is nice since it's close to the train station, but it is a bit of a shady area, so i wouldn't recommend going around at night too much. The atmosphere in the property was really nice and the facilities were good. Nothing really, except that it's located in a neighborhood that doesn't feel very safe at night

• Antonio (5/5): Passable - It is very well organised and easy to get to, and instructions are very precise For the price I paid, I did not expect to share a bathroom with other rooms. However, it seems that B&B prices in Napoli have become unreasonably high. Furthermore, there was no air conditioning, and the room had poor ventilation, with only a tiny window in my case. In general, I do not expect places to be classified as B&Bs without private bathrooms; I would suggest they should be categorized as 'hostels' instead.
• Adam (7/5): Charming place in great location but not the most comfortable. - Great location for getting familiar with Naples' Centro Storico. Flat is located in a charming old pallazzo, with entrance through the courtyard and windows not facing the streets - quiet during the night. Bathrooms are nice and spacious, the communal area is nicely furnished with anitique-like pieces. Hardly possible to get any natural ventilation through the room - the electric fan made it passable but it was still much warmer than in the communal spaces below.

• Laura (8/5): Very good - The appartment is beautiful and really quiet. Best location you could wish for! Right in the centre so no problem going back at night. The staff was extremely nice, responded instantley and helped with everything. The WiFi was quite slow in our room, but worked well in the common room.
• Anonymous (6/5): Good for one night. - The location was great. Bedroom was nice. Communication with the owners was great 5 star. Upstairs shower was not nice at all need to be refreshed we were worried to have a shower there. There was no air con and our bedroom only had a small window overlooking to courtyard and there was not air coming through it. So it was really hard to get a few hours of sleep. Check-in is quite late and check out early so bear in mind that. We have been told that there is no possibility to leave our bags at the property. There is bar nearby where you can leave your bags at cost of 2.50 per bag.

• Ehoenen (8/5): Great location in Naples - Nice flat, very well located in Naples! It has an equiped kitchen, a big living room, and 2 bathrroms for 3 bedrooms. The check-in was uncomplicated and went fast, we also got some recommendations to eat. The walls are quite thin, so you hear everything, also from the other rooms. Take earplugs ;)

If you like your sleep then I wouldn't recommend it. You can hear everything. The noisy neighbours and the other guests coming in and out of the apartment. Them using the bathroom etc.

A great location - in the center of Naples' old city, close to most important sites, and to line 1 of the metro. You have to climb another floor for the room. You have shared bathroom, and it is not in the room. We almost had no contact with other people in the guesthouse.

• Petra (8/5): Very good - Quiet location despite of its location in heart of the main center. We got a bussiness card for use of a discount in two restaurants nerby (we got 10 % down). Wifi in our room was very poor or non (had to go to the common livingroom to catch a signal). We could not sleep because of other guests - noisy stairs and common bathroom right next to our room (you might get lucky and get another one though :-))

• Shirell (8/5): Clean guesthouse - It was a clean guesthouse on a good location. Also it was very nice that there was an option for keeping your luggage there after check out. The warm water was not working, but by texting the owner this was solved immediately. Also the walls are not as thick between the rooms.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Vaguely Dishonest Management - A few minutes after booking, received a WhatsApp message from the owner stating he was overbooked and moving me to a property 15 minutes away - that didn't have the private bathroom, etc. When I said that was unacceptable, he said it wasn't his fault, the website made the mistake and there was nothing else he would do. I then complained via hotels.com and he told them the prices for the original property (not the lesser property I was staying at, and reading the prices on the door) for refund calculation. Place (the second place, never saw the one i was booked at) was clean and relatively quiet, and after an additional credit from Hotels.com the finances were fair. I will not be reading any replies to this message.
