• Tracey (10/5): Beautiful apartment, lovely hosts - A beautiful cosy apartment in a quiet residential area. Well equipped kitchen with full oven & hob, dishwasher and fridge (no microwave though if that’s a necessity for you). Stunning wet room with all toiletries and fluffy towels, and a comfortable bed with views across to the island. Andre & Kristine are great hosts and we would book their place again in a heartbeat.

Excellent location, very clean and everything you could ever need in the kichen. The hosts are very friendly and approachable and happy to give any advice. Would highly recommend and we hope to return again. Nothing, no fault with anything.
• Ferderer (10/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt mit einem sehr sauberen Apartment und unglaublich herzlichen Gastgebern. - Wir hatten vom 27.01.26 bis zum 30.01.26einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in Norwegen und sind rundum begeistert. Das Apartment war tipptopp sehr sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Vermieter Andre und Katrin. So herzliche, liebe Menschen trifft man wirklich selten. Schon bei unserer Ankunft haben wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Für unseren Sohn haben sie sogar Handschuhe, einen Schal, einen Schlitten und Lego zur Verfügung gestellt eine unglaublich aufmerksame und liebevolle Geste. Auch sonst waren sie jederzeit hilfsbereit, wollten uns sogar beim Geldwechsel unterstützen. Man merkt einfach, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt einfach perfekt von der Unterkunft bis zu den Gastgebern. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung! 10/10

• Sharon (10/5): Cozy and great located apartment - Cozy apartment and lovely owners, who help you in the orientation from the second you book the apartment till the day you leave. Only 2 mon walk from good connection to the bus. City center in walking distance or 1 station by bus. To the supermarket is 5 min walk. The kitchen has everything you need.

• Lisa (9/5): - It was very cosy and comfortable. Bathroom was awesome and beds comfortable. This could be unavoidable but the ventilation fans hummed off and on which didn’t help my sleep. It would be good to have one more pillow per bed.

I was even so lucky to enjoy northern lights directly from the apartment - Really nice and cozy small apartment in scandinavian style with very big windows in each room. Equipped with everything you need, even a small dishwasher. The apartment has an automatic ventilation system running 24/7. If you need silence for sleeping this is not your place.

• Aditi (10/5): - I loved the staying at the apartment! It is right next to two major bus stops (and the Arctic Cathedral), so it was very easy to commute to city center and the airport. The apartment has all amenities (oven, dishwasher, utensils, stove, french press). The views from the apartment are pretty as well. I would definitely come back and stay here again

Apartmán zcela odpovídá popisu a fotografiím. Vše bylo plně funkční, vybavení apartmánu včetně kuchyně špičkové. Velice nám vyhovovala naprosto klidná lokalita mimo ruch centra. Autobusová zastávka do 5 minut od domu.

• Kitti (10/5): - Great location - bus stops and supermarket within walking distance and we loved the neighborhood. You can just walk to the Sherpa stairs or across the bridge to the centre. Amazing view from all corners of the apartment including the northern lights that we got to see from the living room.

The location was perfect - only a short 3 minutes walk to the bus station. The ambience was homey, and the hosts were absolutely lovely. We would definitely stay again!

Andre and Kristine are so lovely and helpful. Very grateful we could borrow some shoe spikes to explore the nearby storsteinen mountain safely. Bathroom can get very hot and humid after a shower

• Anaïs (10/5): Un séjour parfait a Tromsø - J'ai adoré rester dans ce confortable appartement. C'était une journée pluvieuse et froide. Et tout à l'intérieur était cosy et accueillant. La bibliothèque est pleine de livres et j'ai découvert les photographies de l'artiste Per Ivar Somby, descendant du peuple sami. Je vous recommande vivement de séjourner ici d'autant plus que, de ce côté du pont, c'est beaucoup plus calme qu'en centre ville. J'ai assisté également à un très beau concert d'orgue dans la cathédrale qui est juste à côté de l'appartement.

It's very close to the bus stop, making travel convenient. It's near the Arctic Cathedral and serves as an excellent viewing platform for mountain and sea scenery. The landlord nice and carefully explained the use of the room and facilities, and the place is warm and comfortable. Luckily, I got to see the aurora just lying in bed. Nothing.

• Emily (7/5): Lovely Apartment - The apartment is very nicely laid out and well equipped. The hosts are very nice and helpful. The location is very good and close to the bus to get in to the centre of Tromsø. The ground floor apartment may be very noisy depending on who is upstairs. We had someone playing music past midnight and scraping furniture across the floor which kept us awake multiple nights.
• Galasek (9/5): Amazing Stay in Tromsø City Apartments - We stayed from 30.11.24 - 7.12.24 in Tromsø City Apartments. The entire week we had a great time and our stay was fantastic. Andre and his wife were superb, they took care of any problem we had, answered our questions, came to check on us how we doing, gave tips and recommendations on the area and also in the middle of the week changed our towels for fresh ones. The Accommodation had everything we needed, we were able to make breakfast and dinner easily as the supermarket was just a 10 miunte walk. The bathroom was clean and we had it warm at all times when we came back from our daily trips, which made it perfect to relax after being in the cold. We enjoyed listening to the radio that was in the Accomodation and the seating possibilities. Access to the city was also no problem as we were able to walk or if we wanted to be faster take the bus which both worked. We would definetly recommend this Accommodation to anyone staying in Tromsø and its the perfect place to rest after Trips.

• Марина_україна (10/5): Cozy place - It is a very cozy apartment with lots of tiny details to make your stay feel like home. Very lovely neighborhood. Not far from the city center (you can take a bus or walk through the bridge).

The actual apartment was beautiful, clean and the kitchen was fully equipped and brand new. The hosts are also very helpful and helped bring our luggage up the stairs. Due to the snow the stairs were sometimes slippery and a bit hard to walk up.

• Veronica (10/5): Perfect winter wonderland place - Everything. It’s beautiful, even more than the pictures show, and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds and pillows great. Good water pressure. Gorgeous bathroom. Close to several bus stops. Not very close to supermarkets or restaurants and with snow and ice it is a bit harder when you’re not used to it. But it’s worth it. Once you get the hang of the public transportation it’s perfect.

• Amy (10/5): Gorgeous homely tree house with very handy kitchen. - Clean and beautiful accommodation with big windows where we could see the mountains from every room. Close to bus stops with busses into town every 15mins. It is in a charming residential area also which I preferred to staying in the main town. Hosts were responsive and very helpful. They even put up birthday decorations to surprise my partner which was lovely. I can't think of anything I didn't like. Even the fact that you had to get the bus into town (i initilly thought would be really annoying) was kind of a bonus because you got to see so much more nature and the mountains in the bus ride over the bridge.

From the kitchen table you can look in two directions at the mountains in the immediate vicinity. The kitchen is super equipped, there was nothing left to ask for. André is a kind and helpful host. Definitely recommendable to stay here!

The property is well maintained & highly functionable. It’s a beautiful house & with creative design. Bed is a little bit small. But it’s comfortable.

• Michele (10/5): A peaceful, beautiful, and comfortable little refuge. - This was one of those rare private apartment rentals which was both affordable and didn't feel purely utilitarian--the owners clearly put thought and effort into making the place both beautiful and livable, with thought put into all the little details. The kitchen is stocked with the basic essentials (coffee, salt, sugar, good quality knives, pots, etc.), the floor is heated, which makes the house very cosy in winter, and there is local art on the walls, complete with a description in the booklet provided. The internet connection was great. The hosts were also very welcoming and had good advice, as well as generously allowing us to stay past check-out time since no one was arriving that day. While not in the center, it is very easy to access by bus. I highly recommend this apartment. Nothing to criticize--this place exceeded my expectations, especially for the price.

And the view is amazing, we could see the mountain with stars if the weather is good. Good location. 3 minutes walk to bus stop going to city centre. 5-8 minutes walk to Eurospar which we could get everything we want(even a film camera battery). We also walked to the Arctic Cathedral and the cable car. Floor near the kitchen part is a bit too cold, better with a pair of room shoes. And it might take some time to get hot shower water if the tank runs out.
