- 492maik (2/5): Turkish Airlines layover - We were there because of the Turkish Airlines layover. It was the worst experience of our vacation. The airlines gave the worst hotel for us. Cannot undrestand this behavior. There was about 10 of us from different flights. The hotel is 1 hour drive from airport (traffic). It cannot be 5 stars, it is 3 *** at most. The room was dirty and cold. They did not have pillows for extra bed nor the covers for blanket. There was no international TV channels.
- Seyyah85 (8/5): Short hotel stay. Good hotel but far from Istanbul city - Stopped by this hotel for a few hours due to an istanbul layover. Hotel room was good and clean and comfortable. Lunch was basic. It's very very far from tourist areas, at least a 1.5 hour drive. Not worth it if you are planning to see touristy places in Sultanahmet or Taksim.
- 46sidara (6/5): Don’t miss your flight…. - I get the impression you only end up here if you miss your flight, and Turkish Airlines places you here. More out of necessity and need than pleasure. Having said that, it may be no thrills but it does the job, it’s clean, functional and comfortable.

I wish I would have followed their advise . 1.my sheets were not changed even after 4 days 2. The sheet was torn .despite telling them to change they did nothing 3. They used to forget to put towels and hand towels in the bathroom 4. The bathroom mirror would not be cleaned 5. The air conditioner in the lobby does not work . 6.the day we arrived the refrigerator was not working technician came after making several calls ,he made the room dirty n no one came to clean ,had to go down to remind inspite if that no one came after 5-6 reminders someone was sent . Same happened next day for toothpaste n towel n water we waited almost an hour Would not come for free also next time even if it’s close to the exhibition ground ,better to take airbnb. Breakfast is same all days no change in menu . For the price charged it is not worth staying at all .

Kapıda sokak köpeklerinden ilk başta ürktüm fakat zararsızlardı çok şükür. Otel genel anlamda temiz . Resepsiyonist valemiz yok demekle yetindi. Odalar ter temiz , çarşaflar mis gibi kokuyordu. Tuvalet kağıdı kullanılmış , gelen kullanmaya devam etsin diye bırakmışlar .Tuvalet fırçası yok . Minibarda sadece 3-5 alkolsüz içecek vardı. TV kanalları harikaydı .Kahvaltı fena değildi . En çok tuhafıma giden kat temizlikçisi kadının bana “çıkış mı yapıyorsunuz , oda numaranız nedir “ diye sorması . Daha çok 4 yıldız tarzında bir oteldi. Tekrar gideceğimi sanmıyorum

- Verified traveler (8/5): My experience at Ramada by Windham Beylikduzu hote - My stay at Romada hotel was ok. The staff at the reception, spa and restaurant was nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant was awful, worse than in McDonald’s. The cleaning personnel didn’t add shampoo, shower gel, hand wash to the bottles. They were absolutely empty. They spoke only Turkish. I speak a little bit Turkish so asked them to bring mentioned above liquids. They brought me only shampoo. The next day I got toilet paper and afterwards hand wash and hair conditioner. Spa personnel also doesn’t speak English. May be this is not a touristic place… I don’t know…

From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, with comfortable and spacious rooms that provided a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring the city. One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Mumahmet, the bartender at the hotel's bar. Not only was Mumahmet incredibly skilled, but he also had a friendly and engaging personality that made my evenings at the bar truly enjoyable. His recommendations for local attractions and dining options were spot-on, and he went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable. The amenities at Ramada by Wyndham Beylikduzu were also impressive. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a diverse menu. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Overall, my stay at Ramada by Wyndham Beylikduzu was exceptional, thanks in large part to the attentive and friendly staff, particularly Mumahmet the bartender. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

However in accordance with booking confirmation: You will be charged the cost of the first night if you cancel after reservation. If you don’t show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancelation fee.

All the towels had holes in them and were thread bare. bad night's sleep due to feral dogs barking all night Pretty average breakfast the butter had gone sour The staff are nice enough and keen But the hotel is just not worth the money, noisy and poor-quality location Will never be staying there again

- 390bintoud (2/5): Don’t book this hotel! - I stayed at this Ramada who rates themselves as a five star hotel - it was nothing like a fave star. The breakfast was aweful. Very limited choice. Poor customer service at reception. Wanted to shorten my stay and they point blank refused to even let me pay a penalty and leave. They insisted on charging me the entire 16nights. I have never seen such bad hotel service before. Definitely taught me a lesson!

- 296_zkana (2/5): The worst hotel mamagement - Our group companies stayed in Ramada By Wyndam Beylikdüzü / Istanbul hotel between 14-18 June 2022 for the exhibition .Some of the collegues came earlier and left later due to set up of the booth.Total number of people were more than 30 and total number of nights more than 212 nights.Although 212 nights paid number of nights we stayed 200 due to no show. We have some of our colleagues check in and check out dates revised after we made the contract with the hotel , then the hotel said if the stay of a guest gets shorter than they would apply no show according to the contract.It may be their right to do so but we have not heard such experience in Istanbul with the other hotels that we stayed during previous exhibitions. The hotels we stayed earlier in Istanbul during the exhibitions ; Wow airport , Princess Marine , Euro park hotel , Mardinn hotel , Novotel .. We told the hotel that if they give us a certain date ( a deadline before the exhibition ) till that date we may do some revision in the reservation dates after that date no changes can be accepted , but the hotel said no they can only make name changes in the list , for instance guest A has 5 nights reservation and he can not come then it can be used ( with the same dates ) with another additional guest if there are any , if guest B comes and stays 3 night he can use 3 out of 5 but 2 nights would be accepted as no show.Or if guest A changes number of nights from 5 to 4 and B the opposite then names can be switched. On the 13 th of June we need one of our colleague to stay only 1 more day , they we had some other rooms already paid but the colleagues did not come ( one of them had operation , the other was covid positive ) then we asked for 1 of the room that we paid can be used for 1 more day stay but the hotel said no they can not accept , they wanted us to pay for one more day if he stays one more day and the charge is more due to exhibition.Then we could not convince them whatever we told them the reply was NO although they said they can change the name , they said exhibition started they can not do it although they did not say that name change can not be done during or one day before the exhibition , they make up rules in the way whatever they like to do so .The room we paid but the guest did not come then the hotel kept that rooms empty or sold to someone else.We had our collegue checked out from the hotel and stayed one more in the other hotel ( Tüyap palace ) as we did not wanted them to gain one more night from us due to disappointment. Our two more colleagues needed to check out on 19 th of June instead of 18 th , then I had the call from the hotel on 18 th afternoon that they have not checked out , then asked the collegues they said they check out on the 19 th , then it was our mistake to book for them till 18 th then told the hotel that our organizer stays in the same hotel and on 19 th morning he checks out and would pay for two more nights they said okay then on 18 th in the evening at around 22.00 collegues called said the hotel insist to have the payment in the evening not in the morning , then spoke with the receptionist that we already told them and agreed to pay in the morning before checking out and added if they think we would run away in the morning before paying 2 nights.He said this is the rule they have to follow but they need to be more professional and think that the group stayed many number of nights , and additional 2 nights ( not in the plan ) already accepted to be paid in the morning 19 th then why they insist to have in the evening 18 th not easy to understand then I heard they had the payment in the evening 18th from our colleague.So whatever you tell them they do not care at all. The worst hotel management I have ever experienced and would never go again even whatsoever happens.

Üstelik bu konaklamamda değil önceki konaklamamda olmuş olay. Hemen hangi şehir, tarih ve kaldığım oda numarasını sordum. Göremiyoruz dediler. Buna inanmak iyimserlik yada saflık olur. Maalesef bu sadece ramada da değil 2 farklı otelde daha başıma geldi. Bir akışkanlık haline gelmiş olmalı.

- S8551DLalexm (10/5): Great hotel - I’ve been in this hotel for 2 nights, the room is very clean, their restaurant has good food and the staff (Zeynep and Ozgur) were very nice and helpful, i would recommend this hotel! Worth a visit if you are in the north side of Istanbul.

- F9154QCsams (2/5): Mr - Ibrahim at reception is very rude and ignorant. Doesn't belong to hospitality at all. Night shift staff on 8 nov 2021 where excellent. Room stinks but they changed it, the new room has the hand wash sink blocked. The shower floor blocked too. The mattress will sollow you and cause back pain. If it was not for ibrahim rudness I would have tolerated the other issues as i rarely leave any reviews.

- Yacoub (4/5): Not recommend to stay here - I have many issue with the hotel: 1- The hotel have no bellboy to help me to carrying my luggage 2- No Valet parking service 3- Bed bugs in the bed at first night + the room are full of misquotes because they open the window and switch off the A/C 4- very bad air condition not cooling enough 5- I don't recommend any one to stay in this hotel

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Very rude Turkish staff especially the unfriendly and impolite Turkish women from room service who lacks manners and suffers from extremely bad attitude toward hotel guests! Those type of unwelcoming rude people should be fired from the hotel, but my guess is that the hotel management don't care since the hotel manager did not even bother to reply to my complaint about the bad behavior of some of the staff. Check In experience was also very bad. One day prior to my arriving, I notified the hotel that I need 2 rooms in high floor and require early check-in because I will arrive by 9AM, yet the hotel did not care about my requests and I had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours to finally give me a room in the 2nd floor!. Also, my 2 rooms lacks napkins even in the toilets and no one there to even help you carry any of my bags!!! They told me the hotel is self-service!!! For a five star hotel, this hotel is very bad and does not deserve 2 stars in term of services.
