Apartment smells bad even after using air freshener. Old furniture. Dirty furniture ( Towels, sheets and walls). It was mentioned that each room has one double bed in the 3 bedrooms apartment, not true.
Marije (1/5): Dit is het geld niet waard - De locatie is prima maar daar is ook alles mee gezegd Het appartement is zeer karig ingericht. De wasdroger was kapot en er is geen droogrek. De kamers en de hal stinken en de badkamers zijn niet goed schoon. Huur en borg contant aftikken, zonder een factuurtje, voelt niet goed. En 2 weken vooraf al contact gezocht met de verhuurder maar slechts 1 dag van tevoren een reactie helaas. Prijs-kwaliteit is absoluut uit verhouding.

Piero (1/5): Disappointing Experience – Misleading Listing and Poor Conditions - I’m giving this booking only one star due to several serious issues: Misleading Listing: I booked what was advertised as a studio apartment on Booking.com, with no mention of it being shared. Upon arrival, I received around 15-20 lengthy WhatsApp messages, which I didn’t read in detail, assuming they repeated the information already disclosed on the booking site. A staff member handed me the keys and showed me in but didnt mention anything about someone else leaving there. The next morning, a stranger walked into the apartment claiming he had been renting a room there for the past five months. I was shocked, as no one had mentioned this in advance. The property later claimed this was stated in one of the messages they sent — but this is unacceptable. If the Booking.com listing doesn't state that the studio is shared, you can’t expect guests to find out only after arrival. Besides, a studio means one bedroom and a bathroom, what i was given was a 2 bedrooms apartment which clearly is not what I'd booked. Unpleasant smell: My bedroom ( especially bed, pillows, and sheets)— had a bad smell. On top of that, the long-term tenant left his shoes and dirty socks by the entrance, which made the entire place smell even worse. No Hot Water on Departure Day: While this was a minor issue given the heat, it’s still not ideal to be unable to shower properly before leaving. Cleanliness Issues: The room was clearly not properly cleaned. There was noticeable dust and dirt under the bed, which looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, if not months. No Luggage Storage: If you’re checking out but leaving Kuala Lumpur later in the day, be aware that there’s no place to store your luggage — you’ll need to carry it with you. This is another minor issue which may be important to consider while making your booking. Poor Customer Service: When I contacted the property about the unexpected stranger in the apartment, there was no apology.

Eleonora (3/5): Not suggested - Central position. We were forced to pay in cash before entering the room, by withdrawing cash (inclusing taxes for foreign withdrawal) from the ATM in the building. We then entered in the room, which was not as expected, with dirty sheets - including spiders- and curtains and less furnished than all the other hotels we have slept in during our trip to Malaysia. When we decided to leave the room after only one night (even if the amount for four nights was already paid), after the check out, Vortex Suites KLCC canceled our booking on Booking.com by stating that we never checked in to avoid the low feedback, which was unacceptable. The quality is much lower than the current vote given in the website.
