• TassieDeviltravels (10/5): Great Value at the Santori Hotel, Da Nang Bay - I had the most wonderful stay at the Santori Hotel Da Nang Bay. From the moment i arrived i was greeted by the doorman who directed me the extremely pleasant lady at the front Desk, who informed me of my room and accomodation details for my first stay at the Hotel. The room they provided to me was the Suite with a Sea View and along with it i was given a bowl of fresh fruit from the local area on behalf of the front desk, which was a wonderful touch. The room itself was lovely, it was clean and well decorated - with an excellent view, and a very comfortable bath which was put to use straight away. Over night i was very happy to note that the front desk reception was 24 hrs, which allowed me to come and go as i pleased, and each time i did, i was greeted with a welcoming smile and a friendly hello from the staff members working there. Every morning i went upstairs to enjoy a beatifully customised meal that was made ready to order and it was brought out to me each day by the diligent ladies who worked the restaurant kitchen. These meals were wonderful prepared, and they were the perfect way to start each day. The view from the Poolside and the Rooftop Checkpoint created an excellent ambience and it was great to be able to look over the sunny Da Nang bay area every morning. Throughout my stay i had my room cleaned by the Housekeeping crew who were efficient and worked hard to ensure a high level of cleanliness; and at one stage i needed help from the maitenance crew - who were able to sort out my issue without a fuss. After a couple of nights in the Suite i was then moved to the Studio with an Ocean view and here i was provided with an ensuite bathroom and my own private kitchen where i could cook and prepare my own meals. It was certainly an upgrade and i took full advantage of both balconies and the extra living space. Overall i would highly recommend this boutique little hotel. The staff there were all wonderful and the service they provide is top notch. I have travelled to Da Nang before, and i hope to land here sometime again (im from Tasmania, Australia), and when i do i will certainly be looking at the Santori Hotel, Da Nang Bay to be my Go-To place to stay. Thankyou Santori Hotel, and particularly Khánh Phạm, Trang, Nguyên, Bằng and Khương who all made my stay there a memorable one. I hope to see you all again sometime soon!

For breakfast, IT IS a little different, as IT IS partially Limited to fruits and you have to select one dish ( Pizza, soup, fried eggs etc) on the day before, so Not really wide selection, but good quality. On the other Side this is very sustainable, AS nothing IS thrown away. So at the end this is positive. Overall, If the Location to Main district ist Not important, i can recommend it.

• raysK542YW (8/5): Good base in Da Nang - I stayed at the Santori while travelling through Vietnam and the hotel was a good base to explore the town and the wider area. The room was super cheap and was ok but the air con wasn’t that great but it was fine. I don’t know if the hotel does breakfast but my booking was room only and there are places for dinner and breakfast nearby as well as supermarkets. There is a swimming pool on the roof and from the roof you can see the Dragon bridge and in the evening you can sit and watch as it changes colour every now and then. Helpful and friendly staff and I was able to securely park the bike in the hotel garage.

The staff were super-helpful, and provided us with a driver to take us to Sun World (which is amazing), My Son (excellent) and Hoi An. This lovely locality is away from the maddening crowds at Hoi An, and it was a pleasure to stay here.

• hermesfoot (10/5): Very good hotel with outstanding pool - Overall Santori Hotel was one of the hotels i enjoyed the most during my trip to Vietnam. Price: Adequate to the standard of the hotel. The mid- price category. Appearance: The hotel was clean, interiors were fresh and pretty new. The design was solid and simple. Our room had enough space and 2(!) windows! We had full intimacy so we could feel relaxed and cosy. Room: Our room had enough space was clean, bright. It included a small kitchen and a dinning area. TV, acces to the Wifi & air conditioning were on point. Bathroom was clean, fresh and new. Extra: Santori Hotel has outstanding swimming pool and roof terrace with beautiful sea/city view. We just loved it! Location: The hotel isn’t in the direct center of Da Nang but isn’t also far away. It is very close to the airport. It took around 10 minutes to get to the Dragon Bridge with the car. The area around the hotel is pretty „local” but i liked it a lot. On the same street you can find some local food bistros and on the streets near by, some caffeterias or small grocery stores. To get to the beach you just need to cross the street. Staff: The staff was polite and welcoming. They were helpful and spoke very good english so we had no communication problems. Everything on point! Food: The breakfast was included in our booking. They have menu to pick up one breakfast position from. Besides of that they have buffet with beverages and some sweet stuff(fruits, toasts, jam ect.) - not much. The food was OK but nothing special. Overall the breakfasts was the weakest point of the hotel. Santori Hotel is a solid place to stay with outstanding pool and terrace.

• Jaspreet (10/5): Sea front hotel with rooftop pool - The hotel is very clean and the staff is excellent. There is a rooftop pool with view of the sea. There are not many high end hotels on this side but this hotel is by far the best in the vicinity. The price is very reasonable and comes with breakfast. The staff is courteous and prompt. The rooms are new and of good standard. The beach is across the road. Plenty of fresh seafood restaurants clean and cheap nearby. If you are not worried about class there is a local fresh seafood restaurant next to the hotel with young staff who are polite and efficient.

• MallikaFatehpuria (8/5): Stunning Property & Friendly Staff - Stayed at this property for two nights while on a trip to Vietnam. While selecting a place to stay at, what allured us about this property was how stunning it was and the great reviews that fellow travellers had left behind. Safe to say that we were not disappointed. Right from the time we checked in till we checked out (we really didn’t want to leave) we had a very comfortable stay. The staff is always smiling and go out of their way to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. Their breakfast menu, though limited, changed everyday and was cooked to perfection. The pool on the rooftop was our favourite and we spent a lot of time there over the course of two days. Rooms were clean and provided all the basic amenities. We were lucky to get a room with a balcony which overlooked the beach. The hotel is located about fifteen minutes from the airport and away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. However the only drawback is that due to this, there are a lot of flights that keep flying above the hotel. So if you’re a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider. Apart from this, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Danang!

• Verified traveler (8/5): 要省錢的住這裡吧 - 價格實惠， 早餐是半自助式，味道好。酒店近機場，所以會有很大的飛機聲，而且附近也有一些酒吧，晚上有點吵，但半夜就會靜下來。房間沒有想像的大， 但兩個人住開兩個行李箱也是夠的，燈光嚴重不足，雖然有很多盞燈，但都是小黃燈，房間看上去暗暗的，這是我最不喜歡的。。住的是帶露台的房間，但門並不是完全閉上，大風時會有點先吹開，難免有小昆蟲會走進來。酒店對面是海灘，但不是美溪沙灘，離市區也有點遠，出入要grab。 酒店冷氣不足，真的很熱，幸好問reception借了風扇有好一點。職員們都很有善，都會盡力幫忙，而且有禮貌，酒店還有免費機場接送。對於要省住宿費的人是十分推薦的。

• DevonBunny22 (8/5): Very helpful staff - Stayed at the Santori very clean and modern hotel, the staff go above and beyond to help you, it is a distance from the main centre and best beaches, the beach area across from them needs a lot of cleaning up which I believe they are in the process of starting, taxis from the hotel to main centre are really reasonable.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - This property is uniquely designed to slot in a crowded area. Inside the hotel, there is generous sitting space each floor, dinning & swimming pool in the top floor. A spectacular ocean view joining to the swimming pool, giving a sense of tranquillity & freshness. Every small details in the room, particularly the decoration (a touch of Japanese style) are very well taken care of. Love this hotel.
• JONG SOO (4/5): 산토리호텔 2박 후기 - 그냥 오래되지않은 모텔수준 입니다 후기 평이 좋아서 예약했는데.. 다낭 도착하여 픽업서비스 받고 호텔도착.. 룸 들어가자마자 헉! 쾨쾨한 냄새에 침구는 빨래덜마른 걸레냄새가 코를 찔렀습니다. 덥고습한 날씨라 그런가 이해하려했으나 2박하는 동안 내내 찝찝해서 잠을 설쳤습니다. 방 바꿔달라 할껄 후회도 하면서... 발코니도 없고 창문도 아주 살짝만 열리는 시설이라 너무도 답답했고 게다가 여기저기 작은 개미들이 어마어마했습니다 깨끗하단 후기는 도대체기 뭐였는지.. 체크아웃후 다음 호텔로 이동했는데 거긴 상쾌하고 완젼 천국!!!!! 정말 산토리 비추입니다
• Jihyeon (6/5): 가격 값 입니다. 많은 기대는 마세용 - 입국할 때 잠시 머무는 숙소로 좋아요. 하프데이 호텔이 꽉 차서 예약했는데 괜찮아요. 공항하고도 가깝고, 공항까지 가는 그랩 비용 주셔요! 직원분들도 친절하고. 다만, 공항하고 가까워서 비행기 소리가 잘 들리고 옆에 식당에서 노래 정!!말!!!! 크게 틀어놓고 노래부르십니다 잠 자는건 포기하시고 티비에 kbs 나오는거 보시거나, 이어폰 꽂고 유튜브 동영상 보시는게 좋을 것 같네요. 방은 좁습니다. 캐리어 정리 하기 조금 벅차실수도..? 아 그리고 한 번 정전됐었어요..ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 처음 겪어서 조금 당황하긴 했는데.. 그래도 삼만원대에 잘 쉬다 갑니다..

• Hwang (10/5): 너무나 사랑스러운 숙소 - 굉장히 가성비가 좋고 만족스러운 곳이었습니다. 시내까지 그랩으로 이동해야하는 불편함을 빼면 모두 만족스럽습니다. 6층 풀장과 옥상테라스는 저희가족에게 로맨틱한 추억을 제공해주었습니다^^ 자체적으로 호이안차량, 바나힐차량 및 티켓구입 등 유로서비스가 마련되어있어 잘 이용했습니다~ 직원들은 매우친절했으며, 숙소도 아름다웠습니다. 공항에 무료 픽업을 나와주어 좋았습니다^^ 다음에 다낭오면 또 올껍니다^^
• KIM (10/5): 호텔 나올때 까지도 기분좋음. - 가족여행 첫 숙박 여기서 햇는데요. 건물은 짓은지 얼마 안된거 같고 화장실 방 많이 깨끗합니다. 가격 6.5만원으로 이정도 까지는 기대안햇는데 괜챃앗습니다. 그리고 다음 호텔까지 10분 정도 거리인데 그랩 첨불러서 대신 불러줘서 그 그랩택시기사분이 바나힐까지 왕복에 7시간 대기까지 700.000로 기분좋게 다녀왓습니다. 그리고 조식도 만족합니다. 호텔 나와서 손흔들고 기분좋게 출발함
• lovethesun03 (10/5): Felt like a luxury hotel - The staff were all superb. The comfort of the room was awesome. The breakfast was great too with good coffee lots of fruit and eggs made to order. There was Asian style too. The pool was peaceful and had soft relaxing music played. Unfortunately the weather was too cold for us to use the pool but we enjoyed sitting in the area. The wifi was great. They helped us rent a motorbike and gave us helpful information at the front desk. Even through the street was noisy with traffic, it was dead quiet inside our room. And dark, so we had a wonderfully restful sleep. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you to all the staff.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - I love the ocean view, especially from the 6th floor terrace. There was 2 bicycles which we used for free and the location is just 10 min taxi ride to city centre. This hotel is located just outside the city centre, therefore it's not as noisy and congested. Plus point is that hotel has very helpful staff. Breakfast was great as it's only prepared when we were in the dinning hall. Throughout our stay, 2 staff were able to communicate in English. So there's always someone to help us with tasks like booking transport or which mall to go or where to get good food.
• Injadat (10/5): One of the best - Actually it is amazing hotel.. Staff are very nice and place is really quiet and clean.. For those who want to relax to the max I only recommend it with its great prices.. For those who are seeking to explore its location can't help that much.. It would be a great and romantic place for couples ;)
• LorenaGlez17 (10/5): Nice stay - We were here for two days. The room with sea views was spacious, beautiful and really clean. The staff were really helpful and always with a smile on their faces ready to help. We rented a motorbike for 150.000 a day and we had a good time in Da Nang. They recommended us some places to visit and also a really good place for coffee. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The hotel is 2 kms away from the center and the noise and it has the beach just in front. And the rooftop pool is really nice.
• lokejanssens (8/5): New nice room - close to airport - Nice and new hotel with great bathroom and comfortable bed. They have Free shuttle to the airport! Amazing pool view and the 6th level. English level of staff was OK. Breakfast was OK - I missed pancakes. Airco was not working perfectly. Wanted to turn the fan down but it was not doing anything.

And special thanks to Mr Hoa Sales Manager - (very friendly and helpful) for all arrangements to made our trip become one of the great trip ever to Da Nang. We will be back!!!!
• YenKladnik (10/5): Couldn't ask for more - It was the best hotel in Vietnam that I've stayed at. New room with nice decor and it was so lovely when they had my name on welcome board in my room. Rooftop swimming pool looking over the ocean and near by bridge. Breakfast was decent. Staff was super friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure you have a good time there. Location is good if you like to walk along the beach but not so close to the center. Many local seafood restaurant nearby. All in all, higly recommend this place.
• 43thanhb (10/5): Very good Hotel to stay in Da Nang! - We wanted to visit Da Nang for a few days, so we decided to stay at the Santori Da Nang Bay Hotel. One day before our flight to Da Nang the hotel staff called me and ask for the arriving time at the airport to pick up and transport us to the hotel - for free - i was surprised! When we arrived at the hotel we were greatly welcomed by the stuff. After check in they showed us the breakfast menu and we had to choose one of 5 meals (also for free). The general facility is new and clean. The bed- and bathroom is modern decorated and with a Tv with HD channels, refrigerator and an air conditioner. There is a little Bar and a swimming Pool with a very nice view to the northern beach of Da Nang! And all that for a very affordable price, when we decided to stay another 2 nights, the stuff gave us a discount. So all in one a very good Hotel to stay in Da Nang - Highly recommend!
