• Flavio (10/5): Very nice stay - Great location, food and staff. Definitively I will come back. The only issue was the position of the shower in the bathroom, which throwed water outside the bath tube.

• Dario (9/5): - Posizione centrale, comodissima e servitissima. Molta attenzione per i dettagli: l’hotel è una vera galleria d’arte. Tutto il personale estremamente professionale e gentilissimo. Camera e bagno un po’ piccoli ma molto pulita e accogliente. Si trattava di una standard, forse le superior sono più ampie.

• Angelo (9/5): - Cozy and comfortable room, separate locker space for skis and gear. The breakfast was also pretty good, with fresh bakeries, fruits and superb coffee.
• Thomas (6/5): Nice location, friendly staff, good breakfast but below average room and facilities. - Good location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was v. small, crowded, stuffy, not particularly well decorated. Bathroom was old and in need of updating. Bed was uncomfortable as were pillows. Electricity, lighting in room was in need of modernising. Quite simply, the room was what you might expect in a 2 to 3 star rated hotel. Wellness facilities were outside and couldn't really be described as appropriate for what is meant to be a 4 star hotel.

• Violeta (7/5): - The hotel is quite old with not much maintenance. Access to the ski room is through the restaurant with a very small front door, not practical at all. The room was tiny with very basic equipment. Lots of light from the corridor in the morning (window with a transparent curtain ) and lots of noise. The heating was off at our arrival at 7 pm (so the room was really cold) and off again every afternoon when we were back to the room. The breakfast is really really basic, nothing to do with a 4-star hotel breakfast ! The spa is of no interest. The restaurant is expensive for no reason. Nothing was equal to a real 4-star hotel quality !!! The only good thing was the staff (quite nice, helpful and friendly ).

• John (9/5): Estadia aconchegante em Cervinia. - A localização é muito boa. Perto do lift, além de estar na rua principal. O café da manhã e bem completo e com diversas opções. Quarto com um tamanho bom para duas pessoas. A infraestrutura do hotel no geral é muito boa, com especial destaque para o local para guardar os skis. A simpatia do equipe é um diferencial, principalmente na recepção. O ruído externo, da rua de frente para o hotel, pode ser ouvido a noite, especialmente nos fins de semana onde há maior movimento de pedestres.

La situation de cet hôtel est parfaite pour le skieur centrale de nombreux restaurants autour, un restaurant au rez-de-chaussée de l’hôtel, pas bruyant, peu de chambre mais complet. Parfait pour ces deux jours. La décoration en l’honneur de Monsieur Maquignaz, famille, souche de la région, et peut-être un petit peu trop présente, mais en fin de compte c’est affaire de goût. …

• Fraser (1/5): Disappointing.Hotel looks good on the surface but the rooms don’t function practically for a ski resort & don’t offe - The staff are the only good thing about this hotel. However they are not supported or given what guests require hence this list of complaints. Good boot room tho . Dinner was good ( we ate twice ) but breakfast not. Supposed to be 4 star. It’s not. Noisy , noisy. First floor means you get the noise from the restaurant till late. Then the scrapping of tables & chairs from the breakfast buffet set up from 7 am. So we were moved to a second floor room . Right opposite the sister hotel that blares music till 2 am on a Saturday. Street noise is constant. The buffet breakfast is poor. You have to eat your cereal out a large cup. The scrambled eggs are cold & congealed by 8.30 ( breakfast finishes at 9.30). It’s rarely restocked. We heard several other guests commenting on the same. Then to add insult to this you have to pay 5 Euros for an omelette which we weren’t told on check in. Also no fresh fruit selection. This is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel having paid nearly 3000 Euros already. Pillows are terrible , like lumps of rock but lovely room maids found us 2 softer ones. Some of the staff are exhausted ( & told us so ) , finishing at midnight & starting again at 6 am. I wouldn’t let my kids do that. Unacceptable. As for the rooms the second room was almost dark with one light so had to get a table lamp & they put in a chest of drawers so we could put stuff away. Couldn’t see anything in the mirror in bedroom or into the wardrobe it was so dark. Ridiculous. Owner & manager need to look at what your guests need & how the room functions. Unable to control temperature of shower either scalding or freezing & no bath mat so very slippery & dangerous. We raised these issues with the staff who did their best , but the owner seems more interested in showing his art in the hotel rather than the facilities of the rooms . Might as well have booked a 2 star hotel .
• Joanne (10/5): Lovely clean central hotel with very helpful staff - The location is excellent. Right in the middle of town, very short walk to the chairlift. Nice decor and very clean It could be a little noisy at night but you can have everything if you want to be in town

Mmmmm adesso fortunatamente sto meglio, Capisco la penale non discuto...ma se fossi stato io...avrei almeno offerto un ulteriore offerta di soggiorno più avanti! Per carità le regole ci sono e vanno rispettate altrimenti sarebbe chi se ne approfitta! Però spesso il buon gesto di dimostrarsi disponibile è un valore! Vi saluto...franco Grigolato

• Hanig (10/5): Un posto molto bello e accogliente. - Bello Dopo un turno massacrante di lavoro, è un viaggio di due ore da Malpensa a Cervinia avrei avuto bisogno della sauna dopo un inferno lavorativo. In quasi tutti gli alberghi a cinque stelle che frequento per lavoro, le palestre e le spa rimangono aperte dopo le 22. Avere accesso alla spa di notte aiuta le persone che hanno un fuso orario diverso da quello italiano, per esempio gente che arriva dagli Stati Uniti o dall’Asia.

• Davide (7/5): Un buon albergo con tanto da migliorare e le 4 stelle da ridurre a 3 - La posizione è eccellente, l'accoglienza alla reception gentile e premurosa. Camera pulitissima e di buona dimensione. Deposito sci molto ben riscaldato (anche troppo). Non è un 4 stelle. Colazione con bacon freddo e crudo. Letti molto scomodi. Deposito bagagli per chi resta la giornata sciare ubicato all'esterno, senza chiusura, in un locale umido dall'odore di "marcio".

Torneremo anche la 3a volta ! - Art Hotel molto carino e comodo, posizione strategica in pieno Centro all’inizio della via principale . Presenza di una spa , piccolina ma con la prenotazione , esclusiva . Ottima la colazione! La mancanza del garage / posto auto riservato. In alta stagione può essere un problema parcheggiare se si ha intenzione di muoversi spesso .

• GIULIA (9/5): Arte e ricercatezza in un hotel ai piedi del Cervino - Albergo anni 60 in posizione centralissima. Camere sicuramente piccoline ma in linea con quella che doveva essere la concezione degli anni in cui fu costruito, immagino. Colazione eccezionale.Staff molto cordiale. La struttura dispone di un ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato una decisamente buona polenta conciata.

• Sara (8/5): Caldo ma bello - Struttura curata nei dettagli, cordialità dello staff e colazione abbondante. Posizione in centro. La stanza era piuttosto piccola e, rispetto alla temperatura esterna, caldissima. Non c'era la possibilità di regolare la temperatura.

Il ristorante della struttura è tra i piu buoni nella località, una sera abbiamo provato a cambiare e ce ne siamo pentiti!
