• Zaharescu (10/5): Inchiriere 7 apartamente, grup de 18 persoane,2 saptamani-cazare excelenta! - Am fost foarte multumiti de conditiile de cazare, apartamente moderne, foarte curate, dotate cu tot ce este necesar. Comunicarea cu proprietarul a fost excelenta! Recomand! Vom reveni cu placere anul viitor! Multumim Liro Appartment! Totul a fost foarte bine! Ne-am simtit in siguranta, accesul fiind electronic, conditiile din apartamente excelente! Nimic negativ.

• AMERISSA (6/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή και με ευκολία στο parking. Το δωμάτιο το περίμενα πιο μεγάλο και άνετο. Η διαρίθμηση δεν ήταν πολύ καλή, το μπάνιο ιδιαιτέρως μικρό.
• Andi Schm (7/5): Okay, wenn man es nur zum Schlafen braucht - Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln Wir sind spontan vom Vermieter zu einem anderen Objekt geschickt worden, erst auf Nachfrage wegen unterschiedlicher Adressen würde uns dies mitgeteilt. Die Ersatzwohnung hatte ausreichend Betten, aber leider kein Wohnzimmer, TV lief nicht, Küche war nicht gut organisiert eingerichtet, Sitzecke eher ungemütlich, Badezimmerfußboden wollte sich und es roch muffig bei geschlossenem Fenster. Vermutlich ist dies sonst eine Monteurwohnung mit anderen Anforderungen. Für unsere Zwecke und zwei Nächte okay, aber wir hätten vorher gerne Bescheid gewusst und uns ggfs. umentschieden.
• Katharina (9/5): - Wir waren auf einer Feier im Nordbahnhof. Als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in der Nähe ist die Unterkunft ziemlich optimal. Fußläufig ist sie in 15 min zu erreichen, mit dem Auto in ca. 3 min. Die Unterkunft war sauber, wir hatten mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind viel Platz und die kleine Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ein Parkplatz war in der Nähe an der Straße auch gut zu finden. Ganz kleiner Minuspunkt: Es waren zwei Flecken auf der Bettwäsche, die beim Waschen offensichtlich nicht rausgegangen sind.
• Karin (6/5): Prima voor een paar nachten. - De keukeninrichting was goed. Het appartement staat ook in mooie straat met nog oude panden. Geen gezellig zitje. Bij aankomst waren de bedden onopgemaakt, er waren ook geen lakens en handdoeken te vinden. Na mijn telefoontje is dat wel snel en goed opgelost. We misten een schilmesje.
• Shahram (7/5): Insgesamt zufrieden - Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Leider fand ich das Apartment im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug und es fand Bauarbeiten im Haus statt.

• Jens (4/5): Family Stay in Krefeld - Chocolate Easter eggs were available as a welcoming gift. There is two locations. One neighborhood looks nice. The one I assumed to book, which was Jägerstraße Krefeld. But we were placed in a second location, Oppumerstrasse 54, 47799 Krefeld, which wasn‘t nice at all in general. Also, there were no parking spots available. The apartment was run down. Shower didn‘t work properly. It was difficult to get decent hot water. It smelled of cigarette smoke. In the apartment, but also in the hallway. It was clean, though. All together the value for money was not right and we were quite disappointed.

• Laura (5/5): Andere konnten in das Zimmer mit dem Türcode - Preis-Leistung Es gab einen Code für Haustür und Zimmertür. Scheinbar war der Code für alle Zimmer gleich, denn als ich aus der Dusche kam, stand ein fremder Mann im Flur, der sich wohl an der Tür vertan hatte. Sowas geht aber natürlich garnicht. Zum Glück sind wir danach abgereist, sonst hätten wir uns zu unwohl gefühlt, um zu bleiben... Die Betten waren extrem durchgelegen.

• Baykal (10/5): Çok memnun oldum - Aile için mükemmel kullanışlı rahat bir yer. Çok temiz güvenli bir yer. Çalışanları çok anlayışlı çok nazikler. Otel Yönetimden İoana Duci ile telefonla yaptığım görüşme çok olumlu ve yardımcı oldu. Çok teşekkür ederim. Yine tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer.

• Fadi Jamil Shehada Miqdad (1/5): - Allereerst was het een slechte ervaring, ik raad het absoluut niet aan. De locatie is mooi, maar de service is slecht. Ik heb een bed gevraagd voor mijn kind, dat slechts twee jaar oud is. Ze hebben het niet gebracht. Toen ik contact met hen opnam, zeiden ze tegen mij: "Red je maar en probeer hem in een willekeurig bed te laten slapen." Hoe dan? Dat begreep ik echt niet. Een kind van twee jaar kan toch niet in een bed voor volwassenen slapen zonder enige vorm van bescherming of veiligheid? Ik heb de bedden tegen elkaar geschoven zodat mijn kind er niet uit zou vallen. Ten tweede: de haardroger werkt niet met warme lucht. Ten derde: de keuken en de gang zijn erg koud, er is helemaal geen verwarming. Ik was twee dagen geleden in Liro Hotel Viersen. Eerlijk gezegd was dat heel erg goed, en de service was uitstekend.

• C (7/5): - We have a room on the ground floor. The room is good. But on that day,there's a group of people drinking and playing hard music. Seems unsafe for us. Whole night there were people walking Whole night and light outside turning on automatically reflecting to our sleeping room window there for we can't sleep. luckily we were staying there only 1 night.

• Rogier (9/5): - Easy check in with codes. Spacious bedroom and a seperate kitchen. Location is close to the city centre for restaurants and/or shopping. The streets are busy also at night and finding a parking spot can be hard.

• Daniela (5/5): - Eigene Küche grosszügig ausgestattet Gute Betten und saubere Bettwäsche Angenehme Lage Ich habe ein Apartment für drei Personen gebucht, hatten aber nur zwei Einzelbetten. Das Zusatzbett klappte zusammen, da es völlig kaputt war, so dass jemand mit der dünnen Matratze am Boden liegen musste. Der Vorhang war auch kaputt und die Fenster im Badezimmer noch im Rohbau. Am nächsten Tag bekamen wir dann ein anderes Zimmer, das war super. Leider klappte es mit dem Zugangscode nicht und ich musste mich wieder melden. Das brauchte alles viel Zeit und Geduld. Und Achtung: die Liro Apartments besitzen nur ein Booking Account und es ist möglich, dass man nicht ein Apartment an der gewünschten Adresse bekommt.

• Katerina (7/5): - Bylo extrémně jednoduché se ubytovat, při rezervaci jsme obdrželi kód. Samotný pokoj byl čistý a útulný. Apartmán má papírové stěny a bohužel jsme získali pocit, že okolní pokoje fungují jako hodinový hotel... Navíc vstup do bytu je jen na kód a není možnost se zamknout zevnitř, což na pocitu bezpečí nepřidalo.
• Romeo Bushati (10/5): Will go there again - Lovely furnishing and very comfortable and quiet neighbourhood. Walkable to most parts of the city. You can walk to the main station or to city centre. Parking also available for free around the neighbourhood not provided by the stay. But it is possible to find parking for free.

Apartmán je na 3. poschodí po strmých drevených schodoch, menej mobilný ľudia pozor, inač sa dá vyšlapať 44 schodov.

• Shaun (8/5): Comfortable self-catering stay during a revamp in Krefeld - I liked that it was serviced daily, and the cleaning lady did a great job. I liked the dishwasher, Coffee machine and that there was enough utensils etc. to cook. A better knife was required though and borrowed a grater from one of my colleagues in another apartment downstairs. Finding Parking later especially at night was difficult, and I even got a parking ticket. The area is probably on its way to becoming better, but the street can be somewhat noisy and dirty, not that that is LiRos responsibility. The builders being around during the day making some noise wasn't great either, but didn't bother me as much as the others.

• Brian (7/5): Dissapointing, we had a place to sleep but with the access and parking not a place to enjoy - The apartnment was well equiped and well presented In the confirmation received from Booking.com in the description of the one bedroom apartment, it states that the entire unit is located on ground floor. We took this to mean that the accomodation we had booked was a ground floor apartment, imagine our dismay upon arrival to find that we were actually on the second floor with four flights of steep steps to climb & descend every time we wanted to access or leave the apartment, at 84 & 82 years of age, this is NOT what we were expecting! It would have been nice to have bedside lights so we could read our books in comfort since we were not able to access the television and no instructions were provided on how to operate it. We were told that there was ample parking on the street but you had to go quite a way from the entrance of the apartment to find any. Again at our ages we are not into carrying overnight bags long distances for car to apartment. There were few facilities nearby where one could get a decent meal. The location in dimly lit side streets did not impress

• Ingrid (8/5): Good location close to the city. - Easy booking, easy access to the flat, clean flat with modern furniture. Windows on street level. Curtains had to be closed. Otherwise people on the street could look into the room.
