• Laura (10/5): Fijn hotel - Fijn hotel voor waar het voor bedoelt is: geen tijd kwijt zijn om naar de luchthaven te komen. Wij moesten om 04:00 uur uitchecken en kregen zonder problemen ontbijt mee. Heel fijn.

• Ruud (8/5): Perfect hotel for late arrival and early departure - Literally inside the airport. Restaurant options around in terminal but also the restaurant hotel has their own restaurant. Perfect early breakfast starting at 05.00h with a large buffet. Ideal if you have an early flight. Rooms are nice, clean and fairly new. No facilities as it’s an airport hotel. So I would only stay there incase I have an early flight.
• Cathy (7/5): Extremely convenient for the airport - The hotel is right inside the airport in Medan. You can be at check in within 1 minute of leaving your room. There were no lounges/comfortable seating areas. There is no bar.

Grab orders tended to be complicated and they seemed to try to dodge the orders a little bit too often. Cuz of the location being in the airport.

• Manuela (6/5): Für Transitsufenthalt ok - Durch die Lage im Flughafen ist man bei frühen Flügen schnell beim Check In. Die Betten waren ok. Die Dusche war ausreichend warm, aber es gab nur einen nicht verstellbaren Regenduschkopf. Das Hotel ist zum Terminal hin offen, so dass Durchsagen zu hören waren und auch sonstige undefinierbare laute Geräusche in der Nacht gestört haben. Die Fenster der Zimmer liegen zu Zwischenräumen ohne Tageslicht. Das Bad ist sehr kalt, der Boden auch. Die Lüftung schafft die Feuchtigkeit nicht. Kein Föhn. Die Hotelflure sind extrem klimatisiert. Trotz Hinweis spielte immer noch Weihnachtsmusik am 12.1. Das Frühstück ist typisch indonesisch und das Personal im Restaurant bestand scheinbar meist aus Praktikanten.

• Florence (5/5): Emplacement parfait pour un vol matinal mais pas au top point de vue du bruit dans la chambre - L’emplacement car dans l’aéroport et donc pas de perte de temps pour prendre un vol le matin de bonne heure Mon épouse et moi avons passé la nuit du 23 au 24 novembre dans votre hôtel et, malheureusement, nous avons très mal dormi. Premièrement, la lumière du petit couloir menant à la baie vitrée de notre chambre est restée allumée à pleine puissance toute la nuit et les rideaux n’étaient absolument pas assez occultant , la chambre n'est donc jamais plongée dans l'obscurité, ce qui ne facilite pas une nuit quand vous avez un vol à prendre de bonne heure. Cet éclairage permanent est par ailleurs totalement contraire à toute notion d'économie d'énergie. Deuxièmement, à 4 h du matin, nous avons été réveillés par des conversations bruyantes dans le couloir, qui ont duré plus de 30 minutes. Je me suis levé, j'ai ouvert la porte de la chambre et j'ai trouvé un client assis par terre dans le couloir, juste à côté de la porte de notre chambre en pleine conversation WhatsApp en vidéo avec le haut-parleur.

• Andreas (8/5): Günstiges Flughafenhotel - Habe da übernachtet weil ich am nächsten Morgen einen Flug hatte. Die Lage ist wirklich super, direkt im Flughafen. Das Frühstück war gut. Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Für ein Flughafenhotel ist der Preis wirklich super. Klar es gibt günstigere Hotels in der Nähe aber man spart sich das Taxi und bis zum CheckIn sind es buchstäblich einige Meter. -

• Yvonne (5/5): Für eine Übernachtung am Flughafen, wenn es gar nicht anders geht, okay, aber nicht empfehlenswert - Praktisch, direkt im Flughafen Zimmer alle sehr hellhörig, kaum Schlaf möglich. Mussten in die höchste Zimmer Kategorie upgraden. Dafür ist das Zimmer fast 90 € bei weitem viel zu teuer. Bettwäsche sauber, dafür im Bad Schimmel. Personal super freundlich, aber die Rezeption einfach völlig überfordert. Sprechen kaum englisch und verstehen einen so gut wie gar nicht. Habe schon im Vorfeld mehrfach nach Massage im Spa gefragt, keine Antwort bekommen. Auf WhatsApp wurde gerade nicht reagiert, auf E-Mails aussieht. Im Restaurant war die Hälfte der Speisekarte nicht verfügbar, es gab nur stilles Wasser. Das Frühstück geht gar nicht, der Kaffee wirklich schlecht und die Speisen zum Teil weit weg von frisch. Für den Preis nicht in Ordnung.
• Yvonne (5/5): Für eine Nacht in der viel zu teuer Master-Suite so grade ok - Zentrale Lage im Flughafen-Gebäude Gebuchtes Zimmer nicht nutzbar. So laut. Jedes Geräusch aus der Halle, von der Rezeption und aus dem Flughafen selbst zu hören. Schimmel im Bad, Zimmer ohne jegliches Tageslicht. Mussten für weitere 36€ ein Upgrade buchen. Trotzdem noch nicht einmal Wasser inklusive. Im Restaurant waren so gut wie alle Gerichte und Getränke nicht verfügbar Das Personal bemüht freundlich aber dauernd überfordert. Verstehen kaum ein Wort englisch.

• Ralf (10/5): Perfekt zum Übernachten beim Umsteigen - Das Hotel ist im Obergeschoss der Ankunfshalle. Vom Gepäckband nimmt man den Aufzug nach oben und ist beim Eingang. Das Hotel bietet eine hervorragende Massage für nur 13 €/h an. Man bekommt die auf Wunsch auch im Zimmer. Man muss erst wenige Minuten vor dem Checkin mit dem Frühstück fertig sein.

Et bien je trouve que c’est un hôtel tout à fait correct avec un personnel très à l’écoute et très arrangeant. Pour attraper son avion le lendemain c’est l’endroit idéal. Nous n’avons en revanche pas tester le restaurant et tenter un fast-food de l’aéroport qui est à éviter absolument. Le mieux est de manger dans les restaurant de l’étage.

Onze kamer had geen raam en keek uit op de binnenkant van het gebouw. De badkamer was wat verouderd en voelde niet heel fris, voor wat je betaald hadden we van de kamer wel wat meer verwacht.

• Hadita37 (8/5): Hotel dentro del aeropuerto - La cama era muy grande y cómoda. La ubicación dentro del aeropuerto nos venia perfecto porque teníamos que coger un vuelo muy temprano. Tener que dejar una fianza por si haciamos algun consuno del mini bar podrian pasarlo por la tarjeta cpn la que has pagado. La habitación daba a un patio común de piedrecitas blancas iluminado y no había forma de quitar esa luz, solo echando las cortinas y dejaban entrar claridad.
