• Jonathan (8/5): Great place to stay for Phong Nha trips and to see Dong Hoi - Gorgeous hotel with comfortable, spacious rooms and great views too! The staff were also incredibly friendly too everywhere we went in the hotel! 😊 Not much, the hotel is great value for money but the restaurant felt a bit chaotic for dinner. The staff were very friendly in the restaurant though so we didn’t really mind too much, so don’t let that put you off staying or eating here.

• Daniel (6/5): Good Facilities Bad delivery - Modern clean building good location I think management needs to take a bit more interest in there operations, and get themselves and their staff OFF THEIR MOBILE PHONES. - Food, Ate there twice simple order pizza 1st night took forever came out cold, ok can happen. 2nd night again kept it simple as it was just myself waited over 45min not once did anyone come to my table and ask if I wanted a drink or something, in the end I had them deliver it to my room. Got tired of waiting and couldn’t be bothered to get the attention of staff for another drink. The occupancy’s would have been 20-30% so not to busy. - Front desk my flight was an late afternoon flight, so requested a later checkout with the offer to pay, was happy to stay in the same room, they wanted to charge me 70% of the room rate for 4.5hrs, with that I left and went to the hotel next door where the cost for the whole night inc breakfast was 50% cheaper than what they wanted for 5hrs such a loss of easy money. Clearly this is not aimed at all of the staff there were some that genuinely wanted to help.

Персонал великолепный, молодцы нам помогли забронировать тур на лодках и мы через букинг нечаянно взяли даты на один день позже чем купили билеты на поезд. Нам отменили один день в кредит отелю и мы на эти деньги шиканули заказали массаж я вам очень рекомендую!! Я, взяла за 1.2 мл(50$) 120 минут (20 мин в молоке, 1 час массаж, 30 мин массаж, мытье головы и фен) на 1.5 мл поужинали(55$)на четверых с коктелями и мраморной говядиной, суп фо. На каждый день дают скидочные талоны 20% В городе делать нечего от слова совсем. Внизу в 2 мин овощной базар.

Es wurde die voucher nicht verteilt wie in der Buchung angegeben 2x115000 dong, warscheinlich haben sich die mitarbeiter den Voucher eingesteckt. Ich wurde dazu gedrängt im vorfeld auf das vietnamesische konto zu bezahlen obwohl ich auch hätte im der unterkunft bei anreise bezahlen können.zusätzlich wurde ich bei whatsapp durch die Unterkunft kontaktiert was nicht erlaubt ist laut den allgemeinen geschäftsbedingungen von booking.com. Service der Mitarbeiter sehr schlecht was für Vietnam unüblich ist!

Anh nên nở nụ cười với khách một cách thật lòng và thân thiện hơn thì tốt. Ngoài ra, anh không nên lướt tiktok bật tiếng to lúc ngồi trực ở quầy check-in bể bơi. Nếu bật tiếng thì nên đeo tai nghe vào. Điều này sẽ giúp khách có cảm giác yên tĩnh hơn. Tuy nhiên, tôi quan sát thấy anh cũng cực kỳ chăm chỉ, trách nhiệm,hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ đi tuần, dọn khăn, tắt đèn, gạt nước trên sàn. Các cháu bé và phụ huynh mua vé lượt thường xuyên vứt lại khăn treo bừa bãi trong phòng tắm hoặc vứt dưới sàn, và thường xuyên để mở toang các cánh tủ đồ sau khi thay đồ để đi về. Điều này khá gây khó chịu cho những khách mong muốn một môi trường lịch sự và văn minh.

• June (1/5): the humming sound kills - set right along the poetic beauty of the Nhật Lệ river, the setting felt incredibly serene. taking an early morning walk by the water was truly a blessing. i would gladly return just to experience this riverside again i chose this hotel for its riverside location and expected a pleasant view and atmosphere, especially after seeing photos of the large windows and glass walls. however, once in the room i realized the windows were sealed shut. not only was there no way to let in fresh air, but the room also felt damp, with condensation covering the glass surfaces when i checked in. i am highly sensitive to scents and had noted this on my booking and in advance emails. the hotel kindly confirmed they understood, yet when i arrived late in the evening after a long workday, the room was strongly fragranced, which was unexpected and uncomfortable. there was also a persistent low humming sound throughout the building, likely from the ventilation system. it created a constant bass-like noise that made rest difficult and left the space feeling subtly stressful. the staff tried to help and moved me through three different rooms, including an upgrade, but the noise appeared to be structural and remained unchanged. after the third move i was too exhausted and tried to sleep with high-grade earplugs, but it was still very difficult to fall and stay asleep. i would not recommend this property for light sleepers or guests who are particularly sensitive to air quality or scent.

Die Einrichtung ist Geschmacksache war aber alles sehr ordentlich, sauber und auch ruhig. Quang Binh bietet nicht sehr viel. Ist aber als Ausgangslage für Tagesausflüge perfekt. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Nichts zu bemängeln.

С противоположной стороны здания вход в молл с супермаркетом. И все это примерно за 55 долларов в сутки. Фантастика! Не надо улучшений. Просто поддерживайте то, что есть))

Awesome view from room for those facing the river. A very commercial 5 star hotel. Staff do not interact much with guest after checked in. • Willow (9/5): - For a night of luxury for a good price this place was perfect. Large rooms with huge, comfortable beds and it was quiet at night. The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated and in good condition. The breakfast buffet had an amazing variety of sections, both Western and Asian. The staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. The only down side was that the water wasn't hot enough for a bath, too bad because the room had a lovely bathtub and it would have added to the feeling of being pampered.
• Fernando (9/5): Très belles vues, personnel attentionné et bons équipements, malgré quelques détails perfectibles. - La salle de sport de cet hôtel est très bien équipée et agréablement aménagée, avec une très belle vue sur la rivière. La séance de massage vietnamien était particulièrement agréable, reposante et ressourçante. La vue depuis la chambre est également belle. Les employés font réellement tout leur possible pour aider les clients. La coordination de mon départ matinal a été parfaite, et ils ont accepté un check-in à 11 h sans frais supplémentaires. Le restaurant n'est pas à la hauteur pour un endroit de ce standing. Quand j'ai demandé du fromage en plus pour des pâtes moyennes, j'ai attendu une éternité : j'avais presque fini mon plat quand la serveuse est arrivée, toute désolée et en courant. Enfin, les fenêtres de la chambre étaient sales, même si c'est difficile à nettoyer dans une tour aussi élevée, ce qui gâchait un peu la vue, mais pas l'expérience globale.

• De Bock (9/5): Genieten van wat luxe - Een hotel dat enigszins als oude glorie kan bestempeld worden, maar wij hebben zeer zeker genoten van de aangeboden luxe. We vonden het jammer dat we Dong Hoi als tussenstop op een doorreis boekten, en niet langer hebben kunnen bezoeken (want het lijkt, op het eerste zicht, een rustige en aangename stad). Ruime kamer. Prima badkamer. Heel fijn dat gym en zwembad inbegrepen zijn in de prijs. Vlot in- en uitchecken. Ontbijt namen we elders, maar ons hapje/tapje in het Rumba-restaurant smaakte zeer zeker.
