- lefthandedteacher (7/5): A decent, average stay with a spacious room and a few helpful features, but nothing particularly mem - The room was spacious by Japan standards and the location was decent for getting around Kyoto. I also appreciated the shower room heating/drying function, which ended up being really useful for drying clothes after doing laundry. The kitchen amenities were very limited — one small plate that was chipped and few cutlery, so not ideal if you plan to make use of the kitchenette. The laundry detergent provided for the washer was also very heavily fragranced, which may bother guests sensitive to strong scents. Additionally, the hallway areas felt dated and worn (stained carpeting, etc.), which made the property feel more average overall.

- Miguel Ángel (5/5): Descuidado, no lo recomendaría para familias. - Poca cosa que mencionar, tienen su propio servicio de envio de equipaje y llegó bien al siguiente destino (curiosamente teniendo una sede de Yamato en frente). Curiosamente lo descubrimos el ultimo dia, hasta entonces solo nos decian que Yamato cerraba el fin de semana y no podiamos mandar las maletas con ellos, pero no se les ocurrió ofrecernos el suyo. Teniamos otras expectativas. Es realmente pequeño, las maletas no caben, hay una cocina, pero no hay espacio para sentarse, no hay mesas o sillas, solo una cama, el baño y la cocina, tiene poco sentido. Uno de los USB de la cama no funcionaba, por lo que mi mujer no podía cargar su movil por la noche. Limpian en teoría una vez cada dos días, pero cuando llegamos (que se supone habían limpiado) la basura de los anteriores huespedes estaba allí. En el pasillo que lleva a las habitaciones vimos muchas bolsas de basura, entiendo que los demás huéspedes que llegaron aquel día tuvieron ese problema, y esto causaba mal olor. El personal no se comunica bien en ingles y no es que sean de mucha ayuda. La ubicación no es que sea la mejor, no hay nada cerca que valga mucho le pena (solo el Pokemon center si es esa vuestra prioridad), está bastante lejos de Gyon donde están la mayor parte de los puntos de interés. En general no lo recomendaría para una familia, tal vez está bien para un viajero solo que no quiera estar mucho tiempo en el hotel.

And there’s a supermarket open until midnight nearby, which is quite convenient when the restaurants are full of people since I can buy some fresh food and cook by myself. The sofa is a little bit dirty. My boyfriend and I both feel itchy everytime we sit on it.

The washing machine worked very well, and the beds were comfortable. When the friends that I was traveling with had some issues with their room, the hotel staff worked very hard and quickly to resolve them.

Le canapé aussi avec la petite table. La vaisselle était suffisante pour cuisiner un peu et il y avait de la place dans les placards pour ranger les courses. Bien situé aussi. Climatisé. Balcon sur l'arrière. Très bien. Pas vraiment très propre. Le ménage est très bien fait tous les 3 jours, serviettes et draps changés. Mais la moquette et la housse de canapé auraient besoin d'un grand nettoyage, les rideaux aussi. On a qd même passé un très bon séjour... Au prix haute saison... Un peu cher.

The kitchen is barely usable because of missing utensils. For example the kitchen has no knifes, no dinner plates and no soup/yoghurt bowls. It does have however two cooking pans. The reaction of the management: “We regret to inform you that our hotel offers only a basic kitchenette. As such, we do not provide cooking utensils or tableware. Should you require them, we kindly ask that you make your own arrangements.”

Autobus 50 sotto l’albergo che in soli 10 minuti ti porta in stazione. Servizio gratuito incluso di lasciare i bagagli nella sede del customer service e trovarli direttamente in camera. Pulizia non effettuata della stanza anche se abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti e ci é stato comunicato solo al momento dell’arrivo. Costo della stanza elevato rispetto alla media del Giappone. Sugli autobus non si possono portare valigie e non ci è stato comunicato, quindi poco utile avere una fermata davanti che arriva in stazione se poi non si può prendere il mezzo.

- Joyce Rose Anne (10/5): Ben oltre alle mie aspettative - Posizione comoda a 15 min a piedi dalla stazione di Kyoto, con la fermata del bus di fronte all'entrata e a pochi minuti di passeggiata dalle mete interessate. Per essere in giappone la camera era grande e spaziosa. Siamo stati a Kyoto la seconda settimana del nostro viaggio e abbiamo usato la lavatrice che era a disposizione in camera (comodissima e particolarmente silenziosa) e quando passavano a ripulirti la stanza ti lasciavano di nuovo le capsule di detersivo in camera, se ne avevi ancora bisogno al desck te le davano gratuitamete (ovviamente erano rosa al profumo di sakura 🥰🌸). Hanno comodamente ritirato e custodito i nostro bagagli che abbiamo spedito da Tokio e in 5 min dall'hotel c'è lo hanno spedito ad Osaka, ma volendo, attraversando la strada troverete un Yamato transport Abbiamo chiesto una sera al desck se c'era la possibilità di prenotarci un ristorante local nelle vicinanze. Per la prenotazione ti chiedevano di chiamare e ovviamente in giapponese. L'hotel ci ha risposto che purtroppo non facevano questo servizio, comprensibilissimo perchè avevano i loro affiliati che ti promuovevano in loco e se avessero dato a noi questa possibilità l'avrebbero dovuto dare a tutti

- Johan (8/5): Nice hotel in a great location. - Great location. The stop of bus no. 50, which runs from Kyoto station, is right next to the entrance. The old town could be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. The washing machine and dryer in the bathroom were very useful, although the instruction manual would be useful (we used a translator on the phone, but it is not the same as the manual). Large, clean room with a decent bathroom. For the size of the room, there were not enough shelves or cabinets in which you could put your things. There was only a small table, a shelf above the bed and a kitchen worktop. Even in the bathroom there was no place to put cosmetics. In my opinion, there is enough space in the room that you could at least insert shelves, if not some chest of drawers. The glass in the window was frosted and nothing could be seen through it.

- SI YU (10/5): 有廚房跟洗衣機很方便，尤其浴室的乾燥功能非常好用！ - 房間內有自己的洗衣機，一開始還附上2顆洗衣球供洗衣使用，用完再去找一樓櫃檯人員索取即可 廚房用具有一個大平底鍋、一個小平底鍋、一個小湯鍋、一把小隻的刀、一支塑膠削皮刀、一支剪刀、兩個小盤子、兩隻湯匙、兩隻叉子、一雙筷子、兩個有耳馬克杯、兩個玻璃水杯。 筷子的部分不確定是不是預設就是放一雙，我們覺得使用上不影響，就沒有問櫃檯人員能不能再拿一雙筷子使用。 沒有碗對於喜歡煮湯喝的我比較不方便一點，但我之前有查看評價，有看到有人提到沒有碗，有自己帶兩個小的不鏽鋼保鮮盒當碗使用，也很方便。 浴室方面，大推浴室的乾燥功能！！ 我們住9晚，但我只帶了兩套衣服，使用洗衣機+浴室乾燥功能完全不用擔心沒有乾淨衣服穿。甚至連厚外套都能一晚上就乾了！薄的內搭保暖衣甚至乾燥兩小時就乾了，但需留意，如果想洗一些比較脆弱的衣物，可以自己帶洗衣袋，或是在當地買洗衣袋來使用。浴室裡有放一個有曬衣夾的架子，及三支衣架，洗衣機旁有放一個可以把腳打開的棉被曬衣架那種架子，可以提供曬衣使用。 房間空間不算是特別大，但對我們來說足夠使用，我們有兩個行李箱，一個26吋、一個29吋，有一塊空間足夠把26吋的行李箱對開，29吋的行李箱可以前開，所以29吋的行李箱我們靠牆上掀打開是可以的
- Mara Victoria (9/5): Perfect! - La struttura unisce i lati positivi di un’hotel (reception e personale davvero cordiale e preparato (che parla inglese)) con la comodità di un mini appartamento tutto tuo. Nella camera infatti c’era un piccolo cucinotto dotato di microonde, piano cottura, stoviglie etc, perfetto per chi, come noi, dopo 2 settimane di cibo giapponese, vuole farsi un pasto tranquillo a casa o prendere qualcosa si veloce al combini e scaldarlo in casa.
