Dziko (10/5): Prestige and prestine in the ideal location. - The decor and layout of the unit was exclusive and luxurious. If you ever wanted to get the feel for living in an ideal historic home with curated interiors this was it. The booking process could have been a bit more streamlined. I submitted my card details with booking.com but had to pay with a separate link with the property itself.

Peti67 (7/5): Superb - Palacio Salvetti is a high-quality, hotel-style apartment house equipped with an elevator. The property is characterized by exceptionally sophisticated interiors, kind and helpful staff, and impeccable cleanliness. The accommodation is located directly on a busy street known for its nightlife; therefore, nighttime noise levels are higher than usual, though this was not bothersome in the attic rooms. However, I cannot overlook our specific experience: we were a group of eight, staying in two attic apartments (four people per unit). The bedroom and the living area are open-plan with no dividing door, which already compromises one's privacy to an extent. But the main issue was the toilet and shower, which are located in the middle of the bedroom, enclosed only by black glass walls. It offers a complete lack of personal discretion when one needs to use the facilities. This was very, very frustrating for us. In my opinion, these units should not be rented out to four people in this configuration, as it creates incredibly uncomfortable situations. I assume the other apartments are laid out more optimally, and this design was likely a compromise due to the spatial constraints of the attic. It is a pity, as the entire building is magnificent and wonderful, but in this case, practicality was sacrificed on the altar of design.

Das Personal ist aufmerksam, professionell und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Suite war einfach großartig: sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier großer Wert auf Qualität und Komfort gelegt wird. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die perfekte Lage – direkt im Zentrum von Alicante. Alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich sehr angenehm macht. Insgesamt kann ich diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Hier stimmt wirklich alles – Service, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Lage. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Pascual (10/5): Una habitación excepcional y única - Preciosa suite, con historia y una decoración excepcional. El fresco y la zona de baile convertida en salón es una zona bellísima y el dormitorio que anteriormente era una sala de armas tiene una decoración muy bonita, con un techo que parece un cielo estrellado, reflejando la iluminación tenue por la noche. Una estancia para estar como verdaderos reyes.

Chow (10/5): Enjoyable easy relaxing - Clean and very open rooms with great furnishing. Really enjoyed the vibe of the whole place. Support during hours could have been slightly more convenient but clear instructions meant it was not a problem.

Paid for parking which was round the corner, apartment was very clean, spacious and grand, the 2nd bedroom at opposite end so wouldn't know family members were there. Only grumble, no black tea for the morning, that was all.

La hubicacion excelente, lo unico es que se alcanza a escuchar la musica de la calle El agua de la ducha salia caliente por unos minutos y despues se ponia tibia y no se podia subir la temperatura. Especialmente para mis hijos chiquitos era fria y pues nos tocaba banarnos muy rapido...

Marta (6/5): Byliśmy rozczarowani, ze względu na drugą sypialnie, która nie spełniła naszych oczekiwań. - Apartament składa się z dwóch sypialni połączonych kuchnią z jadalnią. Jedna z sypialni jest wyjątkowa, zachowano wiele elementów historycznych, ma też piękna część wypoczynkowa. Jest bardzo przestronna i pobyt w niej jest przyjemnością. Druga sypialnia jest bardzo mała, jak mały pokój hotelowy. Nie ma drzwi, tylko przesuwną ścianę, której nie można zamknąć do końca. Łazienka nie jest połączona z tą sypialnią bezpośrednio, tylko trzeba wyjść do wspólnej kuchni, żeby się do niej dostać. Jeżeli z apartamentu korzystają 2 pary, to różnica w poziomie zakwaterowania jest olbrzymia i ciężka do zaakceptowania. Nie widać tego, kiedy ogląda się ofertę.

I stayed with you for my birthday and truly felt like a princess the whole time. The interior is stunning, very stylish and thoughtfully designed, with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. William (10/5): Fabulous times - Charming and welcoming hosts to a fabulous apartment in the centre of Alicante's beautiful old town. The apartment was very clean, elegantly furnished with a contemporary modern feel that also retained the historical setting of the building. Well sited for everything you might wish to see and do in the local area.

The private parking was very helpful if a little tight! Adrian and Jesus were extremely helpful It could do with some more lighting in the kitchen area and another lamp in the lounge perhaps

Daniel (10/5): Highly recommended - There was nothing not to like with this property. The original mansion of Alicante had tastefully remodeled bathrooms with beautiful original mosaic tile floors and wood ceiling and walls. Downside would be a small kitchen if you plan on cooking

Romero Lopez (8/5): Volveremos - Adrián y su interés por el lugar. Nos realizó un tour enseñándonos el lugar y contándonos cada detalle de la construcción ( edificio histórico). La habitación era ESPECTACULAR y el baño un PARAÍSO. Tanto es así que volvemos en 3 días !! Gracias Adrián por tu atención. Una pequeña mancha en la cama. Las almohadas deberían ser de mejor calidad o tener carta de las mismas. Pero un ACIERTO DE LUGAR

Stephane (7/5): Bien placé mais absence de personnel dans l’hôtel - Bien placé au centre de la ville et pas trop bruyant malgré les bars et restaurants au pied de l’hôtel Bien sauf les wc ouvert et au centre de la chambre et sans porte… Et personne à l’accueil de l’hôtel très souvent. Tout se passe sur le portail de l’hôtel… sachant que le site de l’hôtel a été piraté avant notre séjour …
