Large open plan living area with fridge, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle etc. very clean bedrooms and facilities. Extremely comfortable. Everything. Especially its closeness to the Tullymill Restaurant where we were attending a wedding.

The layout was great, area was well looked after & set in a nice rural setting. Good forest walks right beside site, handy to local tourists attractions.

- Jonathan (9/5): A fantastic, clean, comfortable house and great value. - I loved the location as it was adjacent to Florencecourt estate with its beautiful walks. Also the restaurant beside the houses is absolutely fantastic. The house provides a very clean and comfortable base to explore the surrounding areas. The house is dog friendly and my pooch had the best time especially when I lit the turf fire! I will definitely recommend to others and would love to return soon. I think the recent storm had something to do with it but the Wi-Fi did not work. Not a problem for me but my daughter would have appreciated it.

- CATHY (10/5): Lovely quaint cottage in beautiful surroundings - Our second time in these cosy cottages with everything you need for few days away. Loved lighting the fire at night after long walks with our dog. Ordered a meal from the restaurant and we eat it at our leisure in cottage superb. The only thing I feel needs a bit of attention is in the back garden, there is a gap under gate and fence and our Cavapoochon escaped where we found standing near the main road. Unfortunately we couldn’t let him out on his own after this.

Would definitely stay again. - Cosy feel, clean, surprisingly spacious, well equipped, good space for family catch up but privacy if required as well. Excellent dining at restaurant and good location to local attractions with access to beautiful walks. Everyone (&dog) thought it was fabulous. Took us a while to work out that we had to heat water for shower. In a rush one evening to get out and all had to have cold showers.

Obiekt był czysty, przestrzenny i miał wszystkie podstawowe udogodnienia. Kominek czynił miejsce przytulniejszym.. Chętnie zostalibyśmy tam dłużej. Drzwi skrzypiały i wentylator w łazience huczał. Brakowało oddzielnych pojemników na bio odpadki.

And friendly. I would definitely recommend these lovely cottages. Sadly, the sofa bed needs updating and is uncomfortable. it would be no good for the more robust adults to sleep on.

We only had to cross a road to find a forest trail to walk along. There was also a small grassy area immediately to the back of the cottage. There was nothing to dislike

The bedrooms were spacious with king size beds (two singles zipped together). The modern wet room bathrooms were attractive and spotlessly clean, plenty of hot water. The kitchen was basic but has the minimum to prepare meals. We were lucky with the weather, but not sure what you do with lots of wet coats and boots at the end of the day. However the cottage was warm so things would dry quickly.

- Alison (8/5): Very good - Lovely quiet location surrounded by greenery. A forest walk directly across the road. A good nights sleep in a big comfortable bed. Check in easy. No WiFi connection and limited options on the TV (no netflix etc). Not a real issue for us, but it may be for some visitors.

- Charlotte (4/5): Overpriced - Heating didn’t work the first night and 2 of us were up in the night freezing. Tried to put the fire on, but the room quickly filled with smoke. Either winds or needs a sweep. Kettle was covered in limescale.
- Mary (10/5): Great location - We booked all 5 cottages for a family celebration and they were set in such a lovely location. We bought all the outdoor picnic benches together and had a lovely outdoor BBQ as the facilities were all oniste. Went for lovely walks in Florence Court, entrance to the stoned walks just facing the cottages. It was so tranquil and we thoroughly enjoyed. The dogs loved the freedom also and had a secure fenced off area to rear of properties. Loved the options of a thin or full pillow, we had a great few nights sleep.
