• Harlan (5/5): - I am a truck driver so I liked how close the semi parking was to my room. The shower was a nice big tiled walk in with good water pressure and the room was clean. I would stay here again for the price and convenience. This was a basic motel 6.... The beds and pillows were wore out and you could hear everything going on outside.

• riker (5/5): Meh! - the outside is beautiful. well lit in the evening. parking safe. bright afternoon sun coming in from bathroom window. Needs a shade. closet space was a wasted space. Tv acted up all the time trying to receive info. No streaming services. the bed slid on the frame. poor aesthetics in the bathroom. I would rate this as a “meh” stay.

Room 210 came with an entire ecosystem of its own: dead bugs on the pillows, hair tangled in the blankets, and a friendly mix of spiders and tiny flying things keeping us company along the headboard. I inspected for bedbugs (thankfully none), but when you’re swatting mystery bugs and trying not to imagine them in your ears, sleep is… well, theoretical. My husband and daughter somehow managed to sleep through it, but I spent the night wrapped in a long-sleeve shirt like a human burrito, wondering if hazmat suits were available in the lobby. Staff were curt, the room was unclean, and for a “no refund” stay, I’d recommend bringing disinfectant, bravery, and your own linens — or better yet, drive to literally any other exit. Would I stay again? Only if the alternative was camping in the I-20 median.

• Steven (4/5): Rude staff - So, at first my time at the hotel was good, up until yesterday. When the manager beat on the door yelling at me for having a note on the door, asking not to be disturbed. I sleep during the day, and didn’t require housekeeping. But apparently that bothered them, she told me I wasn’t allowed to leave a note on the door. So, I won’t be back. You figure for $1,000 that i spent for the room for two weeks, I should be allowed to say no for housekeeping but apparently not.

The traolim went by complete with horn every 20 minutes. Pitch a tent instead of staying hete. You'll be happier!

• Kaylynn (2/5): Very poor - The room on Holiness and hot the accommodating options it's not really that helpful whenever I placed a wrong date on indeed because it changed so I feel like it could been a little bit better especially whenever I called the front desk and let them know I just placed an order for it on a Booking.com app and we were staying there we needed to extend the state and we put up our money for lost because we didn't get any help on it and we stayed there plenty of times in the past we stayed a whole week and bought it and it was from my family when we first come down here from our trip that we came from we came all the way from Oregon and it kind of just suckered us out of our money because we're living day by day trying to find jobs out here and it could have just been overall a lot better specially and a job that is hard for me and my wife because of our background checks that a lot of businesses out here and Odessa over checking over the US whenever we're actually good workers I just could have been a little bit more accommodating and helpful from the staff to maybe change tell me to change the date or get with booking.com a little sooner before it was canceled and said that we never stayed there or didn't check in well we did actually check in we stayed there all night long until that morning we were just telling him that we needed a extended stay on one room we're going to stay in the same room didn't mind all I needed to do is do a tile change out for our showers and I keep up the cleaning pretty well anyways in the establishment we're not dirty people so we don't really keep the place dirty especially whenever I'm OCD and so is my wife Seem like the staff is not helpful I liked everything else about the establishment like evening down to the clothes washing and washing machines probably could use a little bit more maintenance because it's hard on them especially from a lot of use it look like and people don't value things anyways nowadays so probably put in security camera for that so that they can actually keep their establishment actually still brand new items and they don't have to spend so much money out of pocket I have actually worked at a maintenance facility for old people and I understand how that goes from that point of view so I understand where the employees could have been a little bit more helpful and understanding instead of hurting and pretty much basically stealing money anyway that's what it feels like to me even though that if I was just trying to take that course so that that was kind of unsettling I say ramada is more helpful than that

• Kimberley (2/5): Don’t do it… nights are a mad house - This is a great place if you are a working person wanting to come home and have a charcoal grill to have cook outs under the upstairs. Have men making 2x4 benches after 10 o’clock. Music fussing and yelling well into the night. Towels are like sandpaper and so small , see the dirt off the floor…. Motel 6 this is a bad representation of your new business model
