• JÉSSICA (9/5): - Localização excelente, anfitrião atencioso, o apartamento com todos os itens de cozinha, sabonete, sacos de lixo, guardanapos, tudo impecável.Tudo maravilhoso. Gostei tanto que voltei. A reclamação é apenas no banheiro que molha bastante a parte do box e também os cobertores de cama que estava um pouco empoeirados.

• Inna (8/5): - Good living room area, kitchen, all the essentials. Close to many attractions and a subway station. A few small fixes would make this place great. The broken shower door and added curtain made it hard to use the very small shower. Towels seemed unwashed.

• Florina (9/5): - Super Lage, sehr zentral, unkompliziert Schlüsselübergabe , für Städtereise super. Man kommt zu Fuss überall hin. Lidl gleich um die Ecke. Metro auch glich um die Ecke. Shampoo und Dush sind vorhanden, Badetücher sind vorhanden, WC- Papier und Küchenpapier auch. Als wir ankamen war es relativ kalt. Bis die Klimaanlage alles gewärmt hat ging es bestimmt 1 Tag. Duschkabine ist wirklich eng. Handtücher und Geschirrtücher fehlen. Es gibt nur 1 Messer in der Küche. Die Wohnung ist relativ dunkel und im Erdgeschoss, aber wenn man da nur die Nacht verbringt ist es voll OK.

• Raggi (8/5): Muy buena estancia - Me gusto mucho la ubicación, esta cerca de todo incluso hay un super en la esquina. Muy limpio y tranquilo. A pesar de los dias frios el piso siempre mantuvo una temperatura cálida. Me hubiese gustado contar con toallas de mano. Quizás agregar saquitos de te, azucar y aceite.
• Andres (9/5): - Situación del apartamento, genial para visitar Madrid centro. Atención del personal, estupenda en todo momento para facilitar la estancia. En general, no hubo nada que me disgustara. Si acaso, entiendo que por la rotación del personal alojado, un mantenimiento un poco mas a fondo periódico. Pero todo bien.
• Rosaepec (6/5): Posizione top - La posizione era centrale, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi il centro e le principali attrazioni. Luciano è stata una persona davvero gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento purtroppo non era abbastanza pulito ed era freddo. Abbiamo dovuto usare il condizionatore tutto il tempo che eravamo in casa. Consiglio una pulizia più approfondita.

• Paula (9/5): Acogedora y accesible - Perfecta ubicación , todo muy muy cerca y accesible , prácticamente para caminar a todos los lugares de interés, supermercado LIDL cruzando la calle y Carrefour en la esquina , así que mejor imposible. el departamento en sí estaba bien para los 6 que nos hospedamos tenía calefacción y el agua de la ducha salía caliente , parece una tontera pero para mi eso importante y para mí eso es súper importante y la atención de Luciano través de teléfono fue muy cordial respondiendo a todas nuestras inquietudes . El baño se nos hizo un poquito incómodo sobre todo la ducha pero nada que empañe la estadía , a lo mejor le agregaría unos detalles para tener en cuenta , como algunos artículos de bienvenida, cambiar la mopa del baño que ya se le veía bastante uso y agregar una toallas de mano más pequeñas y tmb para la cocina , también agregarle un poquito de olor agradable a las toallas y sábanas, estaban limpias pero podrían haber olido mejor ! Lo demás estuvo muy bien .

Рядом много достопримечательностей, ресторанчиков и знаменитый рынок испанских закусок. Так как мы приехали на пару дней и приходили только ночевать в квартиру - достойный вариант. Апартаменты немного уставшие, находяться во внутреннем дворике на первом этаже, из окон видны только стены впритык стоящих домов, как в колодце. Могло быть немного чище в спальнях (стены в темных пятнах от ног) и посуду пришлось перемыть. На дороге около жилья шел ремонт и нужно было обходить технику.

• Kakuk (7/5): A belváros központjában a legjobb helyen található, rövid kirándulásra kíváló. - A szállás a belváros központjában található, közel a nevezetességekhez. Nem kell tömegközlekedéssel utazni. Az apartmannak ez a legnagyobb előnye! Nem volt elég törölköző, nem volt konyharuha, kevés a konektor. A kinyitható étkezőasztalt nem lehetett rögzíteni, középen szétnyílt.

• Iva (10/5): Molto soddisfacente - Appartamento al piano terra molto pulito e profumato, dotato di tutto: asciugamani, lenzuola, prodotti per il bagno. Cucina con pentola, stoviglie, frigorifero grande e lavatrice. Comodissimo praticamente in centro, metro vicina e supermercati come Carrefour e Lidl fuori dalla porta. Luciano è stato gentilissimo a fornirci tutti i dettagli per entrare nell'appartamento e fornirci informazioni per lasciare il bagaglio una volta lasciato l'appartamento per goderci l'ultima giornata a Madrid. Noi eravamo in 5 e ci siamo stati benissimo, due amere matrimoniali con letti alla francese e un divano letto che diventa matrimoniale. Lo consiglio vivamente. Nulla ,tutto perfetto.

• Maya (3/5): Good location but many negatives. - The location was near the city center and within walking distance of many historical sights. Check in was easy. The apartment had a smell. It is located next to a nail salon and it could be acetone? The bathroom also smelled strongly of urine. The towels smelled so strongly of mildew it was not possible to use them (we used paper towels to dry our hands). The shower was tiny. The apartment had no natural light and was so dark that 2am and 10am feel the same. Overall I would not recommend. I would rather stay further out from the city center but with better accommodations.

The only thing that did not work as expected was checking in. We had requested an early check-in, and the property manager agreed. When we got there, they only let us in the property at 1pm (instead of the planned 10 am). O
• Juan (9/5): Very good! - You cannot ask for a better location, being at the heart of Madrid you are very well connected, you have very good places to enjoy good food and a lot of activities to do. The place is small but enough to cover all your needs. The only small thing is that I'd put an AC in each room instead of the main room, especially for summer nights.

• Tomas (7/5): Correct accommodation for short stays near historical city center - City center location. Near Atocha train station and beside the subway. Good WiFi connection. Kitchen also good. Owner helpful and friendly. Mattress a bit worn out.
