- Jim (5/5): BE A GRATE PLACE IF THEY WOULD GO UP ON CLEANING THE ROOMS - BEDS WERE GREAT CLOSE TO EVENT AND STORE AND FOOD WE HAVE STAY AT THIS HOTEL FOR 4 YEARS WHEN WE COME DOWN FOR A SHOW BUT THE LAST COUPLE OF TIMES THE CLEANLYNESS OF THE ROOMS HAS WENT DOWN

Place is a dump, stayed here for work in the area most were worse than this one via reviews or sold out so. Rooms are old and filthy, bed is like sleeping on concrete. I had to clean my own room no one came by for 3 days I was there, area sketchy af, people fighting in rooms, loud arguing at night in parking lot.. I had to go to the store and buy disinfectant and spray down and clean before sitting or laying down lol. Don't waste ya time, this place is trash

- Linda (6/5): - The room had just been mopped upon check in so the floors were still wet but it smelled good and clean. Water was plenty hot. There was a dead roach behind the bathroom door and several wall fixtures missing. The AC was good and cold, would freeze you out. It was fairly quiet until the early morning hours when you can hear every step from the room above. I would ask for an upstairs room if I ever stay again. This was a convenient place to stay, not far from the coliseum which is why I picked it. A little run down, but you get what you pay far. It's decent for the price.

My friend needed a smoking room, and those are sometimes hard to find. Great hospitality, at front desk, he noticed that my birthday was 4 days before and told me happy belated birthday. Some have just overlooked and never say anything..

Evidence of permanent residents dirty diapers, faded broken toys, cigarette butts, food trash littered porch area of room i was given..i went as far as opening the door and the stangnant smell of cigarettes and mold hit me. I did see furniture and ironing board cover stained and nasty. Beds very small, not at all as described. Wasted money and had to go find another motel. Costly experience

- Verified traveler (10/5): - The room was fine for the most part, someone stole all the dishes and the trash can and there was fresh food still all over the microwave as well as empty bottles under the couch from the people before, the floor was pretty dusty too, however I talked to staff and got it fixed very quickly, staff were super friendly, it really was a nice little room for the price and having a stove top was great for cooking small meals, house keeping was quick and kept everything topped up as far as towels and trash bags go, there was a few dead crickets under the bed and the bathroom sink but I never saw anything that was alive, only other thing was the walls are very thin, so you can hear everything outside and above you late at night

We were stuck in the very back in the corner and had to park next to 2 broken down scary looking vans and we couldnt see our car thru the window. The person next door kept hus door open all night and the tv blaring at top volume all night, i didnt sleep at all. The room is VERY dirty, dead bugs on walls, holes in blankets, dirt on pillows, dirty towels hanging in bathroom door. Dirt on bathtub and just nasty nasty .

- Karen (4/5): - Property was okay at first glance but after heading to the back to my room I quickly realized it was more run down than I expected. It looked as if the door had been broken into before because of the space between the door frame and actual door. Also someone kept knocking on my door all night and anytime I went to look no one was there. I called the front office to see if they might could look at the cameras and see who kept knocking at my door and she informed me she couldnât rewind the tapes & only the managers had permission to do that but she claimed she wasnât actively seeing anyone but I know what I heard. The longer I stayed the more unsafe I felt. The tv only had 3 or 4 working channels, I saw several bugs as in roaches and crickets in my room. Also the stove In the kitchenette did not work. I will not be back to this hotel.

We called the front office and they sent a maintenance guy to clean the room and mop. The room was filthy. The bed linens had not been changed either. Grateful that we received a new set of sheets. Housekeeping needs to be top priority!

- Bolden (5/5): Fair for work travel. I'm always ready to leave as fast as I check in. - Location is close to hospital. I don't think they offer continental breakfast because I never see anything prepared only hot coffee. It's okay, the hot coffee will do. The staff are very pleasant with great mannerism. I don't feel harassed or threatened by them. You all need new comforters because they look a bit dingy & the rooms sometimes have a musty odor to them. I wasn't told about the WIFI if it's available to guest. That would help as I conduct a lot of business on-line. But overall okay.

Also enjoyed the kitchenette, but again, it must be inspected, and cleaned between geust. Especially the fridge.

I saw one cockroach. I slept on top of the blankets and covered up with my own robe. There was a loud commotion outside in the middle of the night. Not so great of a stay.
- Talynn (2/5): An enter at ur own risk location - This is what u would expect from a 30 dollar hotel. while i paid double i had a crappy experince. people yelling outside my door at 3am stomping around. the floor was so dirty my feet were black within seconds. The ceilings and walls are gross. The only good thing was the counters were clean and there were no bugs. I know not everything is within there control but i wont stay again.

The sliding lock on the door was missing but, more importantly, there was so much mold on the bathroom wall that I didn't feel safe taking a shower in there--I didn't want to stir up the mold with steamy water from the shower. The doors and other walls in the bathroom were filthy.
