- Marco (7/5): Un hotel lindo con un restaurante horrible - La piscina una maravilla caliente cómoda con su sauna . El personal muy amable. Su restaurante aplazado . Pedimos lasaña vegetariana y le pusieron ketchup . Cómo es posible que un plato de 90 bs lo hagan tan mal tan feo. Lo mismo en el desayuno, debían tener más opciones otros tipos de huevo y no solo revuelto. Tenían waffles sin syrup . Solo había mermelada para poner a los waffles.

- MAIIA (9/5): Хороший люксовый отель в безопасном районе - Очень красивый отель! Все продумали до мелочей в дизайне: камины, картины, зона ресепшена, маленький дворик, шикарные декорации! Номер просторный, красивый вид из панорамного окна! Отопление есть и в номере и в душевой-очень удобно! Вкусный завтрак, довольно разнообразно! Фрукты просто супер, спасибо! Мне понравился персонал, все очень милые, добрые, стараются сделать все, что могут, очень дружелюбно общаются! Район хороший, чисты и спокойный. Все есть, топовые рестораны, магазины, недалеко до Valle de la Luna. До 11 вечера гуляли, не было проблем. Небольшой : далеко от центра. Ездить туда погулять выходит долго (минут 40 вечером по пробкам). Понравился спа, пользовались каждый день! Хорошие сауны, просите за минут 30 включить их и будет кайф, джакузи и бассейн супер, вода теплая! Есть стойка с бесплатным чаем, кокой и водой-спасибо! Мне было нужно! Есть кислород в отеле, многим помогал! Спасибо, но напишу , как владелец бизнеса вашему владельцу, что можно исправить , чтобы к вам еще больше было лояльности и люди советовали вас больше 👇🏻 все таки небольшая лояльность и приятности добавят плюс к впечатлению Из минусов: даже если вы берёте люкс на три дня, заехать пораньше будет стоить денег. Минус ли это? С одной стороны -это нормально , чтобы делать бизнес. С другой стороны, если уш есть пустая комната и вы пустите людей раньше, отелю не будет затратно, а у людей останется очень приятное впечатление и захочется приехать еще и советовать друзьям. Даже в маленьких отелях нас часто пускали пораньше бесплатно. Еще один минус: в 5 звездочном отеле с бассейном и спа нет халатов. Как так? Никто в путешествия свои халаты не возит. Приходилось идти в купальнике из номера в бассейн и обратно , это может смущать постояльцев. Нет тапочек для бассейна, которые стоят дешево (обычные тряпочные). Опять же идти босиком и ходить в сауне босиком-странно? Продают их по 15$ US, что очень завышено. В аптеке такие же можно купить за 2$. Немного не красиво с их стороны и оставило впечатление. Я бы просто их добавила в номер.

- Raul (10/5): Great hotel in the best part of La Paz. - Really nice hotel, good facilities, attentive staff, in the most comfortable neighbourhood. Good breakfast, nice pool and good spa. Amazing rooftop bar. Only sad thing is that there is no one in the bar or the spa, so they warm it up just for you. It’s nice to have a private spa, but it would work better if more people go!

- Oliver (7/5): Følte meg trygg og godt ivaretatt av personalet. Alle var vennlige, hjelpsomme og gjorde en fantastisk jobb. - Løsninger ble funnet, til mindre problemer. Mye festing på hotellets bar på lørdagene. Men alt foregikk kun til kl. 00:30 og deretter var det fredelig igjen.

- Loïc (2/5): Ne venez pas comme vous êtes… - Je ne suis pas de mauvaise foi alors nous pouvons dire que nous avons aimé la chambre et les équipements Mais le simple fait de remettre en cause notre parole pour un simple petit déjeuner que l’on nous a dit inclus alors qu’on nous l’a fait payer a gâché tout le séjour. Ça n’est pas pour le montant mais pour le principe. L’hôtel ne s’est jamais remis en cause. Et lorsqu’ils écrivent cela par mail ça résume l’état d’esprit, chacun jugera. « si le personnel de service ne vous a pas bien expliqué les choses, ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. » ah bon donc c’est la nôtre L’accueil froid et hautain de monsieur A. qui tiendra son rôle jusqu’au bout. Alors oui désolé nous sommes des touristes et n’avons pas accédé à votre établissement en costard cravate. Le fait de nous faire passer pour des menteurs pour un simple petit déjeuner alors que nous avions loué 2 chambres. La situation géographique n’est pas du tout idéale loin du centre

O bar no topo com vista única merece destaque. Mas com certeza nosso maior destaque vai para o atendimento da equipe. Fomos bem recepcionados e bem tratados do início ao fim da estadia. Sentimos-nos muito bem com tanto carinho e atenção da equipe da recepção(sempre atentos a nos oferecer passeios, táxis, guarda-chuvas, sempre perguntando se precisávamos de algo), do café (que decorou nosso pedidos, nossos gostos), bem como da limpeza(procurando se adequar aos nossos horários mesmo quando esquecíamos de colocar a plaquinha na porta). Com certeza é um excelente hotel que tem um tratamento diferenciado! Quando demorávamos muito para descer para o café da manhã percebíamos que não havia reposição de algumas coisas. Embora não deixasse a desejar. Ocorre que indo mais cedo, tem mais opções.

O atendimento, a forma de tratamento, a cordialidade e a atenção dispensada pelos funcionários foram excepcionais. Fiquei igualmente satisfeita com a hospitalidade e o conforto do nosso apartamento presidencial, que atendeu plenamente às nossas expectativas. Tudo estava muito limpo, organizado e maravilhoso. A cozinha e o restaurante do hotel também foram impecáveis: desde o café da manhã até o almoço e o jantar, tudo foi preparado com muito cuidado e sabor, oferecendo refeições excepcionais. O Sky Bar é um ambiente extremamente agradável, com pratos de altíssima qualidade e drinks deliciosos, preparados de forma muito elaborada e servidos com um atendimento igualmente excepcional. A localização do hotel também merece destaque: situado na Zona Sul, considerada uma área excepcional e uma das melhores localizações de La Paz, o que tornou nossa estadia ainda mais agradável. Foi, sem dúvida, uma experiência inesquecível. Não tenho reclamação alguma a fazer.

Tout était parfait

- Eyüp Zengin (7/5): Gute Zimmer, aber mit Mängel im Service und nicht sehr zentral - Die Zimmer waren sehr gut augestattet. Die Skybar war schön und das Abendessen im Hotel Restaurant war lecker. Das Frühstück war wirklich nicht gut. Insbesondere hat uns die mangelnde Brotauswahl (nur Toast) und die sonst sehr harten anderweitigen Teigwaren verwundert bei dieser Preisklasse. Des Weiteren fehlte es an Gemüse wie Karotten, Gurken oder Tomaten. Hingegen war das Obst sehr gut jedoch alle restlichen Speisen wie Kuchen durchschnittlich. Des Weiteren mussten wir früh auschecken. Ein Entgegenkommen 1 Stunde früher frühstücken zu können wurde uns auf Nachfrage auch nicht angeboten. At least but not last: Der Pool ist zu klein. Wenn da ein Pärchen bereits ist fühlt man sich schon direkt unwohl auch hinzugehen.
- Clare (10/5): - Fantastic hotel, we loved our stay and kept extending for 2 weeks. The staff are so lovely and always took care of us. The pool and saunas are fantastic, and the staff helped us turn it on every time we wanted to use it. 100% recommend staying at this hotel when in La Paz!!

La chambre (literie et salle de bain) est très bien et confortable. Le personnel de l’hôtel sont aux petits soins et très gentils NB : l’hôtel est éloigné du centre de la ville, nous avons dû prendre des taxis à chacun de nos déplacements. - CAROLINE (9/5): - L'accueil et l'attention du personnel très professionnel, le petit déjeuner, l'espace piscine - jacuzzi - hammam - sauna, le spa (massages andin aux feuilles de coca et madurothérapie), le restaurant, le bar-rooftop, le chauffage et l'eau chaude avec bonne pression dans la SDB, la qualité de la literie, la propreté, la vue sur la ville depuis la chambre.

- Daniel (10/5): Excellent - Nice room, friendly and helpful staff, good location with nice restaurants about 10-15 minutes walking distance, taxi office across the street to book taxi which is necessary to book if you go on tours as you have to get to the centre of La Paz via taxi to the pick up point, about 10-15 minutes to the teleferico. The breakfast buffet has good variety of sweets, bread, fruits, juices which changes every day and you can order scramble eggs included in breakfast. The bathroom may need some renovation in the ceiling, there are no places to hang the towels as after you have showered the walls become moist, there is no ventilation unless you open the windows or put on the AC. I stayed on the fourth floor and the view from window was another house, not the mountains as in the picture on booking. But all in all a nice place to stay and I would stay here again.

- Courtney (10/5): - The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were comfortable. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The staff are bilingual and helpful. The a/c worked great! The key card only allows you access to your floor, main lobby, and the pool - which was in their spa area. They also have a sauna and a steam room. Breakfast was included and was traditional and yummy.

- Susan (8/5): Lovely hotel, great value for the money with an excellent breakfast. - The breakfast was very good although the coffee definitely could have been better. The staff was very attentive. They offer a very generous lunch special at an excellent price point. When you arrive, you are given 2 complimentary drinks for their Sky Bar. My husband was sick in bed, so I went up by myself. It was only 7pm and no other guests had arrived yet. I went to sit down in a corner, and they told me the whole place was reserved, and I had to sit outside. If they are pushing this bar, they should not reject a registered hotel guest, there should be some space set aside for registered guests. By the time I left only 3 people had arrived and I had only stayed 10 minutes as it was quite cold, and they didn't turn on the outside heater. I found this as a huge turnoff. Don't invite guests and then make them feel unwanted!

- MRomaguera (8/5): Más un 4* que un 5* - El hotel está genial. La habitación nos encantó y la zona de piscina y saunas está muy bien. El desayuno también genial. El personal es amable. Nos cobraron de más y a la hora de pedir la devolución todo eran complicaciones. Al final, se solucionó pero creo que deberían ir con cuidado con los cobros. Además, en la piscina dejaban a algunos huéspedes conectar su móvil para poner música y la ponían demasiado alta. Eso hacía que la piscina dejase de ser un lugar de relajación. Hay algunos aspectos que deben mejorar para que sea considerado un 5*.

Merci énormément à Angel et son équipe, qui ont tout fait pour nous faire nous sentir à la maison. Les services comme la laverie ou encore le restaurant était fabuleux. - Eva (10/5): We loved our stay at Mitru Sur! - We truly loved our stay at Hotel Mitru Sur. From the very first moment at check-in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The hotel is stylishly designed, creating a calm and elegant atmosphere. The spa area with its warm pool and various saunas was a highlight, and we also enjoyed the games area with table tennis and billiards. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had on our trip, and dinner at the restaurant simply tasted great. Although the location is a bit farther from the airport, the value for money is excellent. Highly recommended! Everything was great

She wants me pay extra 30 dollars for bringing a friend to room for 1 hour. Your policy written here the room includes two guests. You can’t see??? I could say all the staff in this hotel are nice, hotel are clean they made me feel welcome. Especially the staff Cristopher, he is gentle and nice. Also all the staff in the morning, they are so nice. It is my last day in Bolivia, I am really sad and unhappy because of this reception Roselin.

ROSELIN was pretty rude and wanted to charge me extra 30 dollars for bring a friend visit for 1 hour. I said call your boss talk to me, she became so mean said oh my boss don’t have time. She thought she was the boss here ??? Even though I paid it, it is written here in your hotel policy. The room price include 2 guests. The staff ROSELIN is really unprofessional and mean to me. She doesn’t know the rules and she was trying to create her own rule. My whole trip in Bolivia was amazing, I stayed in hotel Mitru sol for 6 nights. Everything was great until I meet the reception this Lady: ROSELIN. She definitely destroyed my last day in La Paz, my last hour with my best friend in La Paz. Other than that the hotel is perfect, it is clean and beautiful, everyone else is nice and friendly. I recommend everyone go here.

She destroyed the night with my friend. I payed for the two guests, it is clearly written in the hotel rule! When I tried to bring my friend to my room she literally said you need to pay extra 30 dollars! How? I payed already! your white paper black words written here. The price of the room is for two guests. You want another 30 dollars??? Do you still have moral standards when you do shady business?

You can request latte, cappuccino and eggs. Great location. Staff was professional Complete ignore my VIP amenities. I will be charge $30 for late check out. In general, it was nice to stay in this hotel.
- Paul (10/5): Very Cool, Full Service Hotel with Outstanding, Friendly Service and Great Views - Presidential suite for the price of a budget hotel in the US. Great views of the city and surrounding mountains from the "Sky Bar" atop the hotel. Friendly Staff happy to accommodate your preference of english or spanish. Excellent breakfast. 10 minute walk down to the cable car network that can get you anywhere in the city (with the option for a $2 taxi back up the hill if the altitude already has you out of breath).

- Jennifer (4/5): Disappointing - The room, the beds, the shower. The food. We wanted to sit somewhere for a drink but the rooftop didn’t open until the evening and we were asked to leave while they cleaned. We went downstairs and the bar told us we couldn’t sit for a drink we had to have food also. When we went back up to the rooftop when it was open we were asked to move because the area was ‘reserved’ even though there was no sign and no one else in the bar. The sauna and steam room didn’t work.
