• Miriam (6/5): - Buena ubicación, es un buen lugar pero le falta mucho mantenimiento, esta algo descuidado, camas cómodas, pareciera que esta mal la limpieza pero es por la falta de mantenimiento, poco amable el personal, agua caliente escasa ya que sale poca y demasiado caliente. Esta bien para mochileros pero no para familias que buscan comodidad y descanso. 6/10
• Andres (2/5): - ​Avoid this place at all costs. The price is simply not justified, especially when there are so many more reliable options in Cusco for a similar cost. Our experience was truly awful. Like many travelers in Cusco, we relied on our reservations, especially when arriving late. However, their phones are out of service and messages go unanswered. ​We had two reservations here, and both were problematic. For the first, our rooms were switched, with the excuse that a receptionist made an error and listed more rooms on Expedia than available. As a group of friends, we were forced to share beds to accommodate everyone, and finding new lodging on a holiday night was impossible. We tried to overlook it, hoping it was an isolated mistake. ​We were wrong. For our second reservation, we didn't even have a room. They overbooked and couldn't accommodate us, despite our valid and active reservation. We had to split our group, with some staying at a different nearby hostel until we could sort things out the next day. ​This doesn't even touch on the facilities. Just look at the pictures and decide for yourself. Oh, and expect no toilet paper in your private bathroom, and towels are only available upon request – some of ours were even damp from the "laundry lady."
• Andres (2/5): - Warning: Do not book here. This place is overpriced and unreliable. Cusco offers many better options for the same or less money. Our experience was truly terrible, characterized by a complete lack of communication – their phones don't work, and messages go unanswered, which is critical when you rely on reservations for late arrivals. ​We had two reservations, both disastrous. First, they changed our rooms due to an alleged "Expedia error," forcing our group to share beds on a holiday night with no other options. We gave them the benefit of the doubt, but it was a mistake. Our second reservation was completely disregarded due to overbooking, leaving us without rooms despite a valid booking. We had to split up, with some of us staying in a different hostel. ​Beyond the administrative issues, the facilities are poor. Check the pictures to see for yourself. Also, expect no toilet paper in your private bathroom, and towels (which we received damp from "laundry") are only available by request.
• Christine (2/5): - First of all , this place is not called casa inn anymore. We got dropped of on the corner of the street by the taxi and told us it was 3-4 house away…. We ended up waking up and down the street many times and stopped for help in another hotel and weee told its now called qori Cusco inn We booked for a week so we could have a place to stay while visiting Machu Picchu , sacred valley, rainbow mountain etc . Didn’t have hot water for the first 5 days. So not hot showers after a cold night. I tried to explain in Spanish we wanted to leave but they ask us to understand the water heater was broken and to be patient . I can understand they are having problems but they didn’t want to accept a refund . I called Expedia and they tried to contact them but then kept answering non sense , they even said no one was staying at the hotel at that moment For the whole week, didn’t have anyone cleaning the room, had to ask for new towels and ended up buying our own toilet paper and empty garbage bin myself . I knew Cusco would be cold at nights but I made sure this place had at least hot water . This was an un expensive place but Im sure with a few more soles , you can find a better place with owner who actually care about customers . This is the only place in the trip I had people not trying to be nice as the rest of the Peruvians. This has a good location, only positive thing about this place

• Éric (2/5): - We had a late arrival (~1am) that was told to the staff in advance. When we arrived exhausted, the room was not ready, no toilet paper, no towel, no toilet seat and a big trash bean full of water in the shower. No hot water for the shower... We changed the accomodation for the next days.
• Angela (2/5): Pelos, manchas, frío y ruidos. No recomiendo - Empezando que el nombre no es el indicado en la página de hotel.com, cuando llegamos el hotel tenía el nombre de Qori Inn. Nos otorgaron una habitación con dos camas, nuestras expectativas no eran altas por el precio pero no esperábamos encontrar pelos en las sábanas y dudosas manchas en las colchas. Además de ello el cuarto era muy frío y se escuchaba mucho el sonido de los carros. Y añadiendo que aparentemente no tenía agua ni mucho menos caliente, se pudo encontrar un balde con agua y una jarra en la ducha. De la misma manera al reservar tenía un precio y al completar los datos subieron casi $ 5 USD. No recomiendo quedarse aquí. Tuvimos que buscar otro lugar donde alojarnos.

• Carla (10/5): Bom custo-benefício - O custo-benefício é excelente. Boa localização, muito próximo ao mercado San Pedro e à Estação. A ducha saiu pouca água, mas de toda forma a hospedagem foi bastante satisfatória. Ficamos somente um dia, mas percebi que os funcionários são muito amáveis.

Days the water didn’t even come out. It was dripping but impossible to shower. It came out hot when it wanted and didn’t come out at all sometimes. The staff was friendly though. They were accommodating and easy to work with
• Andrew (8/5): - so i don't usually even bother to write reviews but i wanted to share a few details about this one for fellow travelers. first and foremost, it's an incredible value for the price, take it as it is. if you want luxury, then look for a luxury hotel somewhere else. but if you want convenience and simplicity, this place hit the nail on the head. after deciding to go to Machu Picchu instead of staying in Cusco the whole time, we wanted something super convenient and simple to check into upon our return. this place did the trick - it was convenient, right around the corner from the PeruRail train (San Pedro Station), and the staff were very helpful with our questions and requests (i.e. arranging a tour to Rainbow Mountain, flexible checkout, etc). they were super friendly. the only down side, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars, is that the hot water and/or water pressure in the shower was a bit unpredictable. but that was truly a minor inconvenience against an otherwise ideal stay. it can be confusing to pick a hotel with so many mixed reviews from different people. i think that some people who leave reviews are expecting a Rolls-Royce experience on Hyundai budget. let's be real. i stayed at a luxury hotel on the first part of my trip, and that was nice - but on the tail end of the trip, we stayed here, and it was perfect for what we needed. a safe and affordable place to sleep the night and leave our suitcases in while we went out on daytime excursions.

• Sandra (4/5): Localização boa mas péssimo serviço. - Fiz a reserva de uma suite conforto com cama queen e recebi um quarto comum. Mas como passaria a maior parte do tempo em passeios, não reclamei. O pior de tudo foi a falta de limpeza do quarto. Fiquei 7 noites e nunca entraram no quarto para fazer a limpeza ou retirar o lixo. No quarto dia, fui na recepção pedir um pano de chão para limpar o banheiro e trocar minha toalha de banho. Recebi um pano e pronto, eu mesmo limpei. Além disso, não há nenhum sistema de aquecimento, fazendo o quarto parecer um freezer. O chuveiro também parecia um conta gotas, pouca água e sem ser muito quente. É uma pena pois a localização é excelente e o colchão também era muito bom, mas precisam melhorar muito essa questão da limpeza. Imagino um quarto com varias pessoas, pois no meu caso estava sozinha e a sujeira era por causa da poeira dos passeios.

• Renan (10/5): EXCELENTE CUSTO BENEFÍCIO EM CUSCO. - Incrível, adoramos o Hostal e em especial os funcionários FLAVIO e MILTON que foram especiais durante nossa estádia, sempre solicitos e sorridentes. O quarto é simples, a ducha razoável e pressão da agua também. A proposta do Casa Inn é oferecer um bom custo benefício, propondo um local SUPER bem posicionado próximo ao mercado San Pedro. Não deixe de provar um empanado da Chocopanes que te quase em frente também. Bons momentos, agradeço por tudo.

• Josephine (10/5): - It's a great place to stay as well as affordable. It does get cold at night so make sure you stay warm. Overall the staff was always helpful and it was very welcoming. It's also close to Plaza de Armas. If you go during June, you will be seeing a lot of fun festivities as they prepare for the Sun Festival on June 24th.

• LUCIANO (6/5): Não vale a pena Custo x Benefício - Equipe atenciosa. Porém, o hostel precisa melhorar e muito para ser algo interessante. Roupas de cama sujas, banheiro extremamente apertado, local no geral com pouco higiene. A única coisa boa, de verdade, além da equipe, é a localização, que realmente é estratégica e fica a poucos metros do mercado de San Pedro.

Either no water or super cold water. And the last night crazy loud guests. But hey is really convenient close to everything.

• Heather (10/5): - Great place, super location for everything! This is the quietest hostel I've ever stayed in! Water pressure is very sketchy, except in the mornings, and there is no "free" breakfast offered. Staff only speaks Spanish, so bring your translation app if you don't! I would totally stay here again! WiFi was consistent throughout the property. A couple of reviews mention a dog and/or cat. They do not have them anymore, so no more worries on allergies!

The staff was very friendly and the room was good for three adults traveling on a budget. The area was walkable and plenty of places to eat and drink. We felt safe and comfortable everywhere we went in the vicinity.

• Marek (4/5): Location good, condition of the building terrible - Pictures in the offer do not correspond to the actual appearance of the rooms. The bathroom has no shelf for cosmetics. Neither in the room nor in the bathroom there is no hanger or even a nail in the wall, there is nowhere to hang a towel or clothes. There is no cabinet or chair. Cracked tiles and fungus in the bathroom. There is no window in the room, only a small case under the ceiling overlooking the corridor.
• Jesus (8/5): - En cuestión del lugar buena relación costo/beneficio. Lo único malo fue que había algunos huéspedes que siendo 11 o 12 de la noche se la pasaban hablando o riendo muy fuerte y algunos nos teníamos que parar temprano para realizar nuestros tours.
