Attributes include; *Effective air conditioning *Comfortable king bed *Refrigerator *Access to balcony *Attentive owner/manager *Proximity to hundreds of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, tailors etc. *Peaceful, quiet Provides only what you need without additional features such as spa, bistro or pool found in more expensive accommodations. Nothing much to dislike.

Ms Hoa organised for our laundry to be done (same day service!), accommodated an extra mattress in our room, and arranged transport from Da Nang airport at a reasonable price. We also had the pleasure of meeting her nephew Khang who drove us on two other days and was the safest driver we met in all Vietnam! A very kind and genuine family. Nothing The Homestay is located very close to the Hoi An night market and a short walk to the Old Town, but despite this was very quiet. Glad we didn't stay in the main part of the Old Town as Hoi An is super touristy.

- Hilary (10/5): Perfect place to stay, very reasonable price, so clean and lovely hosts. - Hunh and her family went out of their way to make me feel welcome, always available to chat and give information. Their Homestay was in the middle of the night market and only 500 metres to the lantern bridge into the old city which is a perfect location. Hunh keeps the rooms immaculately clean, the beds are super comfy and the linen is fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend travellers staying here. It is very reasonably priced I can not find fault. People may be concerned that the night market could be noisy but it is finished by 10.00 in the evening and I enjoyed sitting on my balcony ‘people watching’.

The night market is right beside it and its only a couple blocks to the riverfront and ancient city. There was no hot water. No elevator. 3 floors. She made us breakfast each morning. Included. Her daughters are Hoa and Thu. I would 100% stay here again! Highly recommend.

Little balcony overlooking the night market. Breakfast was simple and tasty. If you want to experience real life in Hoi An this is the place to be. We will be back next year .

Familie sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Homestay empfelenswert nur das Deluxe - Zimmer leider nicht.

Shower room is very hot without working vending fan. Can’t take towel to the beach! Laundry is 10K vnd per shirt. Breakfast is simple with 1 coffee/juice. No free water. Has limited motorcycle parking. Bicycle is 30K vnd a day, regardless how many hours/min. Walking distance to old town or clothing market.

We were sent on a great cooking day and used their bikes to see the local area. Rooms are clean and showers are hot. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Clean and comfortable and the family could not help enough. We went on their cooking trip and use their bicycles to go sightseeing and to the beach. Highly recommended.

Despite the proximity to the market, the rooms are very quiet. The host exceed all expectations: welcoming, friendly and available for any matter! Rooms are bright and spacious, with any comfort. Bathrooms are basic but spotlessly clean! I really recommend this place!

If you want to go to An Bang Beach you just download "Grab"-app and you will get there for 2,5 dollar one way. The owners here are very friendly and offers good service, nice breakfast, new and fresh rooms and laundryservice. If I come back to Hoi An I will stay here again!
