- Amelie (7/5): Gutes Zimmer mit weniger gutem Personal - Gut ausgestattet und gute Größe. Für ein oder zwei Nächte völlig in Ordnung. Man kann von dem Hotel nicht zu Fuß gehen weil es keine Fußwege gibt. Entweder nimmt man ein (sehr teures) Taxi oder für 5€ den Shuttle Bus zum Flughafen. Personal war nicht besonders freundlich und teilweise hochnäsig.

- Dijkman (9/5): Goed en zéér comfortabel! - Ik vond het personeel ons zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. Waneer we laat terug kwamen na een concert, hadden we nog trek. Er was nog meer dan genoeg keuze te bestellen bij de receptie, maar ook nog diverse snacks & drinken tegen over de receptie te halen. Het parkeren was erg fijn hier en niet duur. Prettig om de auto op de kamer te kunnen zetten en in de tussen tijd in en uit te kunnen rijden met een bij de receptie te verkrijgen parkeerkaart. In de prullenbakjes zaten geen vuilniszakjes. Dat voelde voor mij wat gek. Wel ons afval er in gedeponeerd, maar je voelt je toch bezwaard voor degene wie het moeten opruimen nadien. Het enige wat niet goed schoon was, waren de randjes en hoekjes onder de douche, maar dat deed voor ons niet af aan de rest van ons ontzettend fijne verblijf in een heerlijke kamer!

Ho dovuto ricontattare la struttura in quanto non è stata capace di trasferire la telefonata, ho parlato poi con Nara che è riuscita a farmi riavere la sistemazione prenotata. situazione confusionaria, personale impreparato, assenza di manager

Overbooking, non avevano la nostra prenotazione anche se avevamo chiamato il giorno prima assicurandoci con la Signora Nara al telefono che le prenotazioni fossero entrambe confermate; ma lei scortesemente ha negato tutto. Ci hanno trovato una sistemazione alternativa al Steigenberger Airport Hotel dove alla reception non sapevano che saremmo arrivate. Non hanno avvisato della situazione di overbooking e sono stati incompetenti nella gestione della problematica da loro creata.

Was uns am meisten enttäuscht hat war das Frühstück. Es wird als fabelhaft beschrieben was aber auf keinen Fall zutrifft . Sehr wenig Auswahl. Kein gutes Brot oder Brötchen. Haben abends im Restaurant gegessen . Steak für 32 Euro. Ist ein kleines Stückchen Fleisch was dazu noch durchgeschnitten ist. Risotto 26 Euro und ein sehr kleine Portion. Völlig überteuert . Rate jeden dort abends und morgens nicht zu essen . Echt Schade Für den Parkplatz nicht überdacht 17 Euro …

Also Rented a bike and the bike lock wouldn’t work so I couldn’t leave it anywhere as I was worried it might get stolen , which changed the whole purpose of the ride.

The hotel is adjacent to the Amsterdam forest, a very large and beautiful park to enjoy a lovely walk through! Access to Amsterdam city center via public transportation can be a bit of a challenge — must go to the airport to catch a train.

- Colin (8/5): Great place to stay before a flight from Schipol airport. - Lovely room - well appointed, lovely decor and a large comfortable bed. Bathroom was excellent. Quiet, with no noise from the airport. Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Airport shuttle is a bit of a hassle but wouldn’t put me off staying here again.

- FE (8/5): Comfortabel - Mooi hotel, zeer fijne kamer met goede bedden en badkamer. Het was schoon. Ontbijtbuffet was prima. De medewerkers waren top! Laat op de avond hebben ze nog een extra babybedje gebracht, omdat onze tweejarige er een iets te groot feestje van maakte in de normale bedden. Hierdoor hebben wij toch nog een goede nacht gehad. Ook waren er op verzoek van mijn man ballonnen, een kaartje en een fles bubbels bij het ontbijt. Op het moment dat wij geboekt hebben werd er een gratis shuttle service aangegeven. Vanaf 30 maart moest hier wel voor betaald worden (dit was 20,- voor 2 volwassenen en een kind van 2 en van 3). Inmiddels staat vermeld dat hier een toeslag voor gevraagd wordt. Eten in het restaurant was goed, maar de portie van de risotto was erg klein.

- David (9/5): - Just a short shuttle ride from the airport, and the view over the farm and canal was surprising. The reception staff were super friendly, the room was comfortable and the food at the restaurant and at breakfast were very good. There is a break in the shuttle service for two hours, which I do not understand. It meant we were very early at the airport, which just seemed pointless. Our shuttle driver was rather rude also, almost leaving while a woman was running from the hotel to catch the last bus before the break. He did let her on, because we all told him to stop, but he certainly made her feel guilty.

They promise and message you upgrades and at the Checkin nobody knows about it and you get assigned in the most basic standard rooms even in the app it was showing a suite room. Avoid!

- Marian (8/5): Prima als je de volgende dag gaan vliegen - Fijne ruime kamer! Netjes en super fijn als je de volgende dag moet gaan vliegen. Wat ik niet prettig vond was dat toen we bij het ontbijt aankwamen bijna alle tafels vol met vieze borden, kopjes en bestek en deze stonden er van mensen die al ontbijt hadden gehad. We vonden ook dat het lang duurde voordat daar iets aan werd gedaan. We hebben er zeker een uur gezeten en in dat uur is er misschien een tafel opgeruimd. We vonden de ontbijtruimte rommelig en het zag er niet uitnodigend uit. Dat was erg jammer,dit is een echte 4! Dit was ook echt niet goed!

- Stefano (5/5): NOT ANY MORE - Hotel is nice. It’s mainly a business hotel, but it has the advantage of being relatively close to the terminal, even though it’s located a bit in the middle of nowhere. The bed is comfortable and the room was pleasant. I had dinner at the restaurant one night and a club sandwich the following day. The service at dinner was extremely slow — it took about 45 minutes just to get a chicken dish. Unfortunately, it was pretty much the same the next day when I ordered a club sandwich, and it wasn’t even very good. Breakfast average. I was in a room close to a service door… noisy. I would not get back there again.
- Erik (9/5): Mooi nieuw hotel aan de rand van Amsterdamse bos. Ideaal ook voor Schiphol vluchten. - Rustig gelegen (wij sliepen tuinzijde). Prachtige kamer. Comfortabel bed. Alles bijna nieuw. Gratis 1/2 uur shuttlebus naar Schiphol, 10 minuten. Alles was uitstekend.

I hope I remember his name correctly, but Peter at the reception took excellent care of us. It was truly a pleasure to be welcomed by someone so kind and professional. So, thank you! The bedding was incredibly comfortable. The restaurant was top-top: the mushroom soup, ribeye, the goat cheese salads, and the Italian tiramisu were absolutely heavenly.

- Elena (10/5): - Очень удобный тренсфер в аэропорт. Просторный номер. Хороший завтрак. Понравилось все! Без недостатков
- Rosa (9/5): Luxe en fijn. - Ontbijt was lekker. Wij verbleven zodat de hond geen last zou hebben van het vuurwerk, en dat was super! Je hoorde eigenlijk niks en we hebben zelfs een gratis kamerupgrade gekregen. Waarschijnlijk komen we volgende oud en nieuw weer terug! Niet veel, blijkbaar mogen honden normaal niet mee naar het ontbijt (wat ik snap), maar deze keer mocht dat wel dus dat was fijn.
- Richard (9/5): Goede locatie als je vanaf Schiphol vliegt - De inzet van de receptie om onze koelkast te openen. Dicht bij de luchthaven en makkelijk met de shuttlebus Jammer dat het ontbijt een half uur later open ging.

- olli29 (8/5): - Airport Shuttle hat super geklappt, Zimmer sehr schön, Lage perfekt für Zwischenstopp. Sehr unfreundlicher Empfang vom Herrn an der Rezeption, haben gerne zur Dame nebenan gewechselt. Sonst Personal im Restaurant und beim Frühstück super freundlich, unser Bad war leider nicht sauber und Duschgel nicht aufgefüllt.
