• Mari (5/5): - La ubicación excepcional,la atención también,asta que le dije lo de la limpieza que ya no le contestó,al apartamento le faltaba limpieza,visualmente bastante deteriorado por el uso ,tenía poco mantenimiento por parte de los propietarios,nos tocó el bajo con una terracita,en si las instalaciones si la cuidasen más serían perfectas,a un siendo un bajo,el que puedas ir con mascotas es una maravilla,y la playa una pasada,los alrededores también. La limpieza del apartamento dejaba mucho que desear, visualmente bastante deteriorado,le faltaba algo de cubertería,la calefacion apagada hace un ruido en las habitaciones horrible,entraron en el bajo sin avisar a cambiar las toallas,
• Rosa (9/5): Relajante - Las vistas son espectaculares, apartamento muy práctico, con todo lo necesario, zona tranquila, anfitrión muy amable y diligente, ya que por error reservé 2 noches en vez de tres, rápidamente lo gestionó y me ofreció una alternativa. No es que no me gustara, pero estoy acostumbrada a que en otros apartamentos que he estado tuvieran un poco de sal, azúcar, aceite, café o infusiones para el primer día. Aquí solo jabón de platos.

Nos pusimos en contacto con Booking y enseguida resolvieron todo. Poldo en todo momento fue amable y atento a la situación y no tuvimos problema con el. Espero que mejoren eso porque el alojamiento es lo que se ve en las fotos pero faltaba la buena higiene porque tuvimos que irnos porque no soportábamos el olor.

Aunque realmente no es tan importante, porque el tiempo que pasamos en el apartamento era justo el de después de volver de cenar y ver un rato la tele antes de dormir

Lo único que no nos gustó, y nos resulto un poco incomodo fue la mampara de la ducha y el grifo que se encontraba en mal estado...por todo lo demás de 10!!

• maria labrador salillas (7/5): - Por las vistas merece la pena Al apartamento en general le falta mantenimiento, la sábana bajera no es de la medida de la cama, se salía todo el rato La mampara de la ducha no cierra, la alcachofa de la ducha está rota también y sale el agua disparada, la papelera del baño está rota y no tiene ni porta rollos, el rollo de papel está dando vueltas por el baño. De menaje de cocina anda un poco justo porque tiene 2 platos de cada y dos vasos. En general le falta un poco de mantenimiento y da pena porque con las pedazo vistas que tiene deja mucho que desear.

Facilidad de acceso y aparcamiento Ponía que se pagaba en el alojamiento, quería pagar en efectivo y por la poca comunicación de la gente que lo lleva tuve que pagar por Bizum. Limpieza deficiente (El hueco donde va la escobilla del WC lleno de agua amarilla, con pis vamos. La vajilla que había tuvimos que volver a lavarla ya que no estaba muy allá). grietas por todos lados, mal sellado (humedad dentro del apartamento altísima abriendo o no las ventanas, se oyen silbidos por la noche durmiendo si hace mucho aire, la puerta da todo el rato golpes del aire porque no cierra bien)

Primero que no estaba limpio, segundo la mampara de la ducha rota, la papelera del wc también, las sábanas son más cortas que el colchón o sea que te metes en la cama y salen las puntas de la sabana bajera. El cubo de fregar también roto. No poner nevera si no nevera tipo hotel o sea no compres mucho que no cabe. Poca luz en la cocina. La cama no es doble es una cama de 135cm y suerte que pregunté por la almohada ya que solo hay una de 135 y yo me traje la mía. El mando distancia no tiene tapa de las pilas. La lavadora no esta en la habitación si no en un garaje o sea que no puedes hacer las lavadoras cuando tú quieras. Decepción total por lo que pagué y encima por un perro de 4kg 5€/ día y no lo puedes dejar para nada o sea que según que excursión quieras hacer [ tipo cuevas] no puedes ir. Cuando cocina el del piso de abajo te sube todo el olor de la comida. Nada recomendable. No hay ni sofá, sólo dos butacones. El armario sólo hay una puerta y son de dos puertas. Eso sí la vista espectacular pero me ha costado muy caro. Las fotos de booking no son las mismas que las de nuestra habitación aclarar que no es un apartamento.

La información del apartamento no coincide con la realidad, por ejemplo, no tenía lavadora, secadora ni plancha en el apartamento, tal como ponía en la información, y cuando le preguntamos al dueño, nos dijo muy chulesco, que estaban en el garaje, y que le avisará el día de antes si la quería usar, y nos la dejaría libre. En la información del apartamento tendría que reflejar la verdad. Se nota que está acostumbrado a tener excusas para todo. Aparcar en la zona es imposible a no ser a la noche.

• Laura (6/5): Una semana en Cantabria - La ubicación es ideal, a pocos metros de la playa San Juan de la Canal. Es pequeño pero suficiente para 2 adultos y un niño. La habitación es amplia. Camas duras y almohadas muy finas. El apartamento no estaba 100% limpio, estaba decente con un servicio de limpieza muy por encima. La parte del salon-comedor-cocina es acristalado, y la cortina de la puerta se soltaba constantemente, dejando una abertura considerable y poca intimidad. Se notaba que lo habian querido arreglar pero de una manera ineficaz.
• ouhyesh (5/5): Esperar para entrar - As vistas dende o balcón son moi bonitas. Non puiden pagar dende Booking, senón que había que pagar supostamente ao chegar ao apartamento. Porén, non hai recepción, así que ao poñerme en contacto con Poldo, este dixo que lle tiñamos que enviar un Bizzum para explicarnos como entrar ao apartamento. Desconfiando un pouco, enviámoslle un Bizzum de 135 € (carísimo), mais o que nos contestou é que o recibira e que chamásemos ao chegar, que se achegaba alguén en dous minutos. Ao chegar, xa aparcados e coas maletas fóra, chamamos e cortábanos seguido. Despois, estabamos sen cobertura. Volvemos intentar e outra vez cortaba. Conseguimos falar e dixo que viña en dous minutos e cortouse outra vez. Até que chamou el por fin e díxonos o código da caixa das chaves, onde estaban as chaves para entrar. Eu cabreeime e díxenlle que se non nos podía dicir iso no chat de Booking para poder entrar en canto chegamos, xa que levabamos todo o día fóra, estabamos cansos e estar á porta dun apartamento non me parecía normal cando as chaves estaban ademais ao lado de onde estabamos. Ao comezo desculpouse dicindo que só estiven esperando dous minutos (como se fose normal que os esperase), mais eu xa lle dixen que eran máis, que estabamos sen cobertura e que non tiña que esperar nada, xa que o normal é chegar e poder entrar. Ao final recomendoume un sitio para cear e cortamos a conversa sen discusións. O apartamento ten un pouco de todo na cociña e a cama non é incómoda, mais sobre todo porque era un cuarto para tres persoas, eramos dúas e puidemos coller a almofada extra. O baño é moi pequeno e a bañeira un pouco perigosa porque a folla de cristal abre para dentro e se está mollado (ao saír) esvaras. Polo demais, non ten enchufes preto da cama e se custa 135 € supoño que é por ter vistas ao mar, porque o apartamento é bastante normaliño. Ben, mais normaliño.

There's a nice restaurant just across the street and a really nice area by the beach to walk your dogs and let them play. The first apartment was on the 2nd floor. It was a nice studio and comfortable, though the bed is terrible.This time around, I stayed on the top floor apartment. The experience was not great. The bed is even worse, too soft, and not enough back support. The long hard pillow needs to be tossed, period. The apartment is dated, and the shower door doesn't shut all the way. The lounge chairs have some suspicious stains, and the kitchen is full of ants. Even inside of the fridge. I'm really not sure if I will return again.

• Tony (6/5): Pleasant - Great communication with instructions for keys. Fantastic location and great view - one of the best. Washing machine. Not clean - hair on floor and very dirty windows both inside and out - given the amazing amazing view, why would you not keep clean??? No plug for kitchen sink, and plates and saucepan wouldn't fit in sink to wash. Fixtures and fittings a little tired. Place could be fabulous.
• Klara (9/5): Great stay! - The whole stay was great! The apartment was clean, big enough for three people and just a few steps from the sea. Everything we needed was there (except for a kettle). There is even free parking available right in front of the door. Value for money was 10/10! The landlord doesn't speak English at all, but he was trying and seemed very nice and helpful.

• Alina (7/5): Good - The proximity of the ocean shore, perfect views. The accommodation is fine for a short stay. It would be a nice compliment to leave a minimal kit of sugar, salt, spices and tea bags for travelers. A bit more attention should be paid to cleaning. The host does not speak English at all. Thus, to facilitate check-in, it would be better to provide contactless access to accommodation.
• Mhari (8/5): Lovely stay in a traditional house in the old town with great access to beaches and restaurants - Great location within the old town and a short work into the centre and to the sea. You could even hear the sea from the house. A lovely little cafe bakery on a small square a few metres away. A genuine village house in traditional style. A comfortable and spacious living area. Great value for money Being on a narrow cobbled street within the old town meant there was noise from vehicles and people directly outside - especially at the weekend when town was busier - into the small hours. Parking was also tricky at busy times. Closeness to the sea meant the sea air made the apartment and all our possessions quite damp at times. Some of the furnishings and facilities felt a little dated but everything was still perfectly functional

• Brenda (4/5): Definitely would not recommend - Location Lots of things! Kitchen was awful. Frypans were so greasy underneath we didn’t want to touch them, bowls were chipped, microwave rusty and dirty, cleaners left mops and buckets in bathroom so the place smelt of disinfectant, stove only worked with a very loud fan, place wasn’t ready at 2.30 for check in and we had to wait while cleaners finished. If it wasn’t for the location I would have asked for a refund.

• Fiona (8/5): Great location, nice property clean and tidy - The location of the property was excellent, just a very short distance from the beach which was excellent with the children. The property is a underground so it was very cool in the hot weather The property was clean and tidy and reasonably well equipped. The issue with this property is you’re not really going to be spending any time at it you’re either at the beach or out. It has a very small outside space which was shoehorn down the side of the property so it isn’t very pleasurable to sit out and no views
• Carolina (9/5): An incredible stay with ocean view and the peace and quiet you need to disconnect. - Our stay at the Maradentro Apartments was incredible, the location is incredible, the view of the ocean and the fact that its mere meters aways made the stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is small, but perfect for a two person stay. We got to have breakfast on the terrace with the amazing view and weather. We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed it. You also have a park real close, a dog beach (if you’re traveling with your pet) and two restaurants in front of the property. The tidiness wasn’t ideal, but overall it was ok.
• Lesley (8/5): brilliant location in a no frills reasonably priced flat - the view, the view and the view. a basic no frills smallish apartment with a comfortable sofa to sit watching the waves if it was grotty weather as we had. the owner was prompt in both letting us in fixing a small problem sound insulation wasn’t good….it was irritating hearing the neighbours TV but given the valve for money this was a small dislike
