- Lucy (10/5): Such a lovely b&b in a great location with fantastic staff - Lovely comfortable room, loved the jacuzzi bath and really tasty breakfast in the cute restaurant in the morning. Staff were so nice and helpful.
- Eleanor (10/5): Wonderful gem of a place within a great location. - Fabulous stay with wonderful host and staff amazing. Great location and free parking space. Little gem of a place and room very spacious and modern..I would highly recommend Snooze... Everything perfect x
- Brian (7/5): - Great location. Good size bedroom, pleasant staff Stayed in room 3. Nice size, no tea or coffee. More attention to detail needed regards cleanliness. Dusty skirting boards and window in bathroom. Had to have cold shower in morning as no hot water. When you pay for accommodation then the basics should be right.
- andrew (9/5): - Fantastic place with a huge room
- Chris (10/5): -
- Margaret (8/5): Enjoyable stay just few little bits could do with sorting - Breakfast was nice room was a good size More useable plug socket near mirror and extension lead for kettle was a bit dangerous bottom of skirting board in bathroom needed a clean and windowsill under blinds needed a clean
- Marie (10/5): Excellent experience - Huge room huge TV. I Loved the coffee bags! There wasn't anything to dislike!
- Ian (10/5): Just an amazing place to stay - The room was amazing, clean, great big tv and amazing bathroom, Brian who checked us in was brilliant, as were the girls at breakfast, the breakfast was 10/10, couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.
- Dean (10/5): -
- Sharon (8/5): A little piece of happiness in llandudno - Location and style and lovely lady who looked after us No hot water for Friday night nor Saturday morning but lady on duty sorted it, really friendly
- Razvan Bucur (8/5): - Location is very good, near sea side close to the shops as well

- Nicola (10/5): Fantastic - The breakfast was brilliant, great choice. Lovely room. Good facilities, fridge, fan and large television included. Hairdryer, iron and even ironing board. Great value for money, staff excellent, nothing too much trouble. There was no milk supplied with the beverage facilties in the room, but shop near by.
- Pinar (9/5): - Good value for money. Location good. Helpful staff.
- Yolanda (7/5): - Goed geslapen in een comfortabel bed
Lekker ontbijt
- Helen (10/5): -
- James (10/5): Very enjoyable good location and will definitely visit again - There was nothing we didn’t like Nothing
- John (9/5): Very comfortable and nice location. - Lovely breakfast. Attentive host. Nice location - very close to the pier. The car parking is a bit limited. It depends on the time and how busy as to whether you'll get a space. I can imagine in peak season it would be tricky. But in April we had no major issues.
- Naomi (10/5): Our new favourite place to stay in Llandudno - Beautiful, spacious room with lots of attention to detail, such as decent hot drinks variety, a fridge, huge TV and warm lighting. The spa bath was wonderful! The breakfast was delicious and generous (hardly needed to eat for the rest of the day!) and the staff were friendly and helpful. The general atmosphere was of relaxed luxury.
- Royston (10/5): Good time with family and great hotel .. - Very clean .. good size bedroom .room 1 .. Brian , was polite and professional, nothing was to much trouble .. Excellent breakfast ..Had evening meal. ,which was lovely ..Great restaurant and bar .. Thanks Snooze hotel ..will stay there again

- Thomas (10/5): 1 night break - Lovely hotel, very cosy. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The room was big and spacious. Food wS very nice we had breakfast in the morning. We loved everything
- Clare (8/5): -
- Donna (9/5): Comfortable. - . The room was spacious. There was a small fridge with bottled water and we were given milk for our drinks. The bathroom was spacious. The shower was perfect. It is situated very close to the pier and the main part of Llandudno. At breakfast, I had the best scrambled egg and salmon ever. Very tasty. Breakfast was superb. I couldn't find the parking space at first and panicked. I was told where to park and it was ok. Parking is very difficult in this area.
- Paul (10/5): - It was a great location, just a 2-minute walk to the seafront. Breakfast was very good with two courses if you wanted. The room was very spacious and had a whirlpool bath. The weather was fine; nothing bad about the hotel. It has a very nice and trendy lower-ground-level contemporary restaurant.
- James (10/5): -
- Fionnuala (9/5): We had a lovely two night break. The staff were attentive and friendly. The food was excellent and freshly cooked. - Large spacious rooms with high ceilings. Big bay window. It was in a very convenient location
- sharon (9/5): Lovely wine bar restaurant with rooms. - Lovely place to stay in a good position to all amenities. Had an excellent meal in the wine bar and beautiful breakfast next morning. Staff very professional. Highly recommend.
- Gary (10/5): Brilliant friendly place to stay at a decent price :) - Amazing breakfast
- Lorraine (9/5): We would recommend - Room clean and spacious. Breakfast lovely. Brian is a lovely man. Nothing
- Gray (9/5): -
- Clare (10/5): - The room was perfect and spacious, and breakfast was amazing 👏
- Holly (9/5): Lovely place to stay - The location, the massive room, comfortable bed and jacuzzi bath! The breakfast was incredible and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Some areas of the room had been missed when cleaning, the fridge was noisy (but not really an issue) and again this is not an issue as was probably my fault but couldn’t open the windows.
- Mark (10/5): Lovely place - Bedrooms were beautiful, massive bed
breakfast was delicious,
Nothing was too much bother.
- Bobbie (10/5): Lovely local establishment where customer is king . - Great little property clean , spacious and well run . Great location for access to seafront and town .Brian our host was on hand to help with anything we required , he was friendly courteous and professional . The breakfast was superb too . Loved our stay ! Bed could have been a bit more comfortable a bit tired but did not spoil our stay .
- Paul Johnson (10/5): - Friendly staff & nice hot breakfast Another hotel guest playing loud music.
- John (8/5): -
- Steven (9/5): - Breakfast, Location, room Location
- Ray (8/5): Very good. - Substantial Breakfast which would have been good to have a fresh fruit and yoghurt combo. Room 2 was excellently spacy with interesting side views to the rocks on the Orme one way, and to the Grand that isn't, the other way. Rooms 3 and 4 don't have a bay window so don't have the side views and presumably are not as spacious. Oddly dodgy ratings for the Restaurant on TripAdvisor since Xmas.
- Michael (10/5): Fantastic Hotel - First time at this fabulous hotel and the staff were so friendly and helpful and they even took my rucksack inside while I went off on my way and came back later to book in. The room was out of this world and beautifully decorated and a lovely comfortable and warm bed and hot shower and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was tasty and HOT and served to you with a smile and friendly attitude. Nothing to dislike
- Caitlin (10/5): 11/10 stay, we will most definitely be returning! - Absolutely stunning interior, very modern and well thinned out. The rooms are gorgeous and immaculate, the facilities are exceptional and the staff couldn’t have done more for you. Brian is was amazing he made myself and my partner feel so welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. The best place Ive stayed in Llandudno and already can’t wait to return. Joe you have created something truly special, a magical hidden gem that we will now stay in every time we visit. Thank you 🫶🏻 NO dislikes, however alternative milk options would be nice
- Codreanu (10/5): -
- Fautley (10/5): -
- Maria (8/5): - Lovely staff, great location. Fabulous breakfast. Extremely limited parking.
- Lisa (10/5): Great hotel with lovely spacious accommodation. Staff were great and so was the service. - Breakfast was lovely- very fresh Nothing to not like
- Sharon (10/5): Fantastic stay - We loved our stay room was lovely and comfortable
The staff were great and breakfast was good Nothing
- Joanne (10/5): - From the minute we arrived at the Snooze, the staff were friendly, polite & helpful.
The rooms & breakfast were exceptional .
We will definitely return to the Snooze and recommend a 100% fantastic experience 😀 No complaints at all, brilliant accommodation
- paul (4/5): -
- JEAN (10/5): Perfect - A really lovely stay, enjoyed it thoroughly 👏 well done team and thank you
- gareth (9/5): Nice would stay again - Breakfast was included ,nice choices and well presented, evening meal, small winter menu but what we had was really good. Bed was soft
- Nicola (10/5): -
- Gary (10/5): Great - Breakfast as wonderful
- Lesley (10/5): Great stay with lovely staff. - Lovely large bedroom in a great location.
- Mathias (10/5): - Lovely location, it was clean, staff were great and very helpfull, and the breakfast was perfect. Everything was great and i would go back again 100%. But if i was to point out something, the double bed was not a double, it was two singles put together which im not a big fan of but ho hey we still enjoyed our stay.
- N (4/5): Don't. - The room wasn't cold because you could use the heater. The WiFi worked eventually. Brian, the person who did the check in probably asked me to sit down on a bench to check in a few times. What for, I don't know, a bit pushy. I think he needs to learn personal ques because I wanted to stand so I stood but he just kept telling me to sit down on the bench. Once is enough, if I don't do it, that's an answer. Just had to sign something and that's it. Then said he will take my bag and I didn't want him to so I said no I got it and he again said and I said no. Again, too extra when it's not needed. Then he took my water bottle which I had so I was like ok then. Then he acted like it's the four season in NYC giving me a grand palace tour. I found this uncomfortable because instead of just giving me the keys and telling me which room number or showing me the door, he actually went inside the room and prompted me to follow which I was very hesitant to do as a solo female traveller. It was just odd and weird and I don't understand why he did that, especially since it's not a maze room like I can clearly see what's what and just a standard room showing it off like oh here's the fridge, here's the kettle, and complimentary tea / coffee. It was just too much and just spoiled the vibes. I've never had this experience ever when checking in and it was too over the top. The bed was so uncomfortable. Literally sunk when you laid down and despite it being a double bed, it had two separate mattresses so you just sunk down the middle even further. Cobwebs on the windows, marks all over the bathroom. Way too much dust where the outlets are- looks like the spaces not been cleaned in months. Inside the shower, there was no shampoo. There was a handwash and a shower wash and on the sink there was also handwash. Found this a bit pointless. Expect there to be comp shampoo when paying 100£ a night.
- Daniel (10/5): Excellent stay, thoroughly enjoyed staying there ! - Stayed for one night for a gig in Llandudno, Room was very spacious and warm, great location also, Breakfast and the evening food was fantastic and very well presented. Brain was very kind and polite. Would go back even if its just for food. Car parking was in short supply by the hotel as it was busy in Llandudno, but, that's not the hotels fault, Brian really helped us out and got us a space right next to the hotel.
- Melanie (10/5): -
- Andrew (7/5): Typical British seaside b and b. Room for improvement - The location Steep narrow stairs. Needed a new bed.
- Erica (10/5): -
- John Revod (9/5): very nice all round - Room no 3 was excxellent, breakfast was also excellent.Highly recommended Nothing!
- Tracey (10/5): Spacious rooms with extra large bathroom . Location and staff very accommodating . Breakfast was exceptional one of the - Spacious rooms with extra large bathroom . Location and staff very accommodating . Breakfast was exceptional one of the best we’ve had. We would highly recommend these rooms . Nothing
- Karsten (10/5): -
- John (8/5): -
- Rowland (10/5): -
- Stephen (3/5): - well i don't know were to start i never know a holt to have to single beds next to each other and one was bigger than the other one i was up all night with the mattress being to springy digging in my back and a gap in the middle of the bed till got to the point were i end up sleeping on the floor it wasn't worth the money what i paid for £130 i do not recommend it to anyone else i wasn't happy one bit 😡😡
- Josh (9/5): Great stay! - Great price very hospitable and the room was great! No milk for the tea in the room
- Maurice (9/5): -
- Carl (10/5): -
- Elaine (8/5): Lovely little hotrl - Big room great shower lovely breakfast Room could gave done with better clean, windows, fittings, skirting boards
Pillows lumpy
- GLYN (9/5): Will definitely use again when visiting Llandudno, just a few points off top notch! - The hosts were fantastic
The breakfast was lush, amazing standard and ingredients and cooked breakfast served hot and on pre warmed plates
The bar/restaurant very cosy and modern
Great location
Free parking
Size of the room and en-suite
Definitely use again Even though might of been best water pressure in shower, the cubicle was tiny ( for a big man, and not great for the wife who is tiny) but wasn’t a massive issue as I had a lovely‘jacuzzi style’ bath instead! even though it’s a boutique type hotel with lovely rooms, some of the fixtures and fittings needed attention! Loose door lock
Soap dispensers hanging off , loose shower pipe etc!
Even though I love old windows, they are in need of a refurb, especially on the outside! Some decor could do with a touch up, but we only saw one room obviously!
- Jonathan (8/5): Good value and a good location parking abit troublesome - Breakfast was good room comfortable. Maybe abit of updating on the decor abit tired.
- Dylan (8/5): -
- Lyn Grace (9/5): Lovely little break away with my mum. - Lovely spacious room with great facilities. The breakfast was excellent 👌 and all staff were friendly and very helpful - thank you. All good 👍
- Susan (5/5): Okay but very disappointed with quality. - Bar was lovely. Very tired dusty room. Expensive for quality provided expected a lot more.
- stephen (10/5): -
- Elaine (8/5): -
- Mike (10/5): Little night away - Everything, staff super friendly. Food was lovely and best breakfast i've had at a hote. Room was nice and big with s dressing room plus big bathroom. Will definitely be coming back Nothing
- Shalima (10/5): - Staff were so friendly and food exceptional aa expected from experience last year Nothing
- Sally (10/5): Fantastic place to stay - The location was perfect
The rooms were huge , the beds were really comfy , bathrooms great , breakfast was amazing , the hosts were very welcoming.
We will definitely stay here again. Nothing
- John (9/5): Excellent accommodation and Dining at Snooze - We arrived early evening at Snooze and soon realised that parking space around the property was at a premium, but we managed to find a space in the lane to the side of the hotel. We needed to check that this was a legitimate parking space as the general signage wasn’t great. We were assured by the host, who had spotted us arriving on a security camera, that all was fine, which was reassuring. Upon enterting the property you are immediately in the Hotel bar where the host was waiting our arrival. The property manages to balance old-world welcoming with modern style and had a great feel upon entry. Before being shown our room for the night we were immediately presented with forms to select breakfast.
There is a back door to the property which can be used for late-night return to the property and to access cases from the car. It’s a bit of a trek to get cases up to, and down from, the room. We were offered assistance, of course.
Our room was up a few floors with lots of winding stairs. The host accompanied us and brought fresh milk for the fridge located in the room. The accommodation included a spacious and bright room to one side of a small corridor, and a spacious bathroom on the right. Everything was immaculately clean and fresh. It was possible to open the windows which was great. Excellent quality coffee and tea making facilities were provided.
We had pre-booked an evening meal at Snooze and it didn’t disappoint. The cocktails and food were excellent. It’s tapas style and our host advised, accurately, how much to order for two people. Everything about the meal was perfect, and both food and drinks were reasonably priced.
We had a great night’s sleep as the bed was comfortable and it was quiet in the neighbourhood and hotel. We availed of the pre-ordered breakfast which was excellent.
In summary, would heartily recommend the property, both for a stay and for dining. Would have preferred not to have to think about breakfast the minute we arrived.
- David (8/5): Two night stay, lovely b&b with very nice hosts, the breakfast was brilliant and the whole stay was ok,.only issue we - Nice looking property ideally located, very well furnished and cool looking interior Nothing, property was spot on
- Richard (10/5): - Rooms, tapas and host were all lovely
- nicola (10/5): Nice and calm - Great location friendly staff
- Peter (10/5): -
- Hannah (3/5): Very poor experience. Hotel not as described. - Good breakfast, big room and good location. I am pregnant so we specifically chose this hotel as it is advertised as “Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed)”. It was more expensive than other hotels but we happily paid the premium as we wanted reserved parking on site. After booking we immediately messaged the hotel to reserve the parking. They replied straightaway confirming and said we would be shown to parking on arrival. When we arrived we were told there is no parking available and it is only a first come first serve basis. We then had to park 15 mins walk away, pay £8.90 to park in a dodgy car park overnight and carry all our bags in heavy rain. We took this up with the owners and they refused to accept they had missold the booking. We even showed them the booking.com description and still refused to accept it. They offered to pay for our parking and said parking would be available later in the evening but this didn’t help us. After arguing with them for 10 minutes we decided to leave and have now taken it up with booking.com who are investigating. So, you have been warned this hotel does NOT have reserved parking and it is first come first serve only. Having seen how much this is mentioned in other reviews, I suspect the owners know this and are intentionally leaving the description the same.
- Iain (10/5): Lovely comfortable stay - Rooms and bar area were really nice Nothing
- O'Donnell (9/5): Most enjoyable would book again - The pre-breakfast order freshly made with top quality ingredients at time you requested great choice location perfect for shops pier beach host joe justyne and staff very welcoming Nothing
- brian (10/5): Little hidden Gem - Everything
This place is a little hidden gem rated 4* but deserves 5*
it's run by mum and daughter who cannot do enough for you. The rooms are massive and very tastefully decorated throughout there are special touches everywhere. The breakfast is cooked to order and what you would expect from the Ritz or the Dorchester. Snooze sets the bar high.
Can't wait to book again but I bet it will be difficult getting a reservation due to a high demand. Nothing there to not like
- Richard (9/5): -
- Sharon (10/5): Absolutely brilliant weekend and Brian the host is Brilliant - Convenient and our room was great
Brain the host is absolutely fantastic!! It wasn’t open all day - but I’d struggle to find anything negative to say
- Adil.Shah (9/5): - Room was large and very well presented. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was very clean and spacious. Location of hotel was prime. No parking, we we're lucky that there was parking on site but normally there isn't, so may have had to park further away.
