- Astrid (8/5): Perfekte Lage, freundlich und empfehlenswert - wir hatten die Queensize Suite und einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Parkhaus war entspannt zu Fuss erreichbar fürs WE 90€. Das Zimmer ist mit 23 m2 angeboten, vielleicht war es sogar größer. Sehr gut! Bild 3 verstehe ich zwar nicht, denn der Eingang ist der Küchenschlauch und man sieht die Sitzecke ja auch gegenüber vom Bett. Das Frühstück haben wir gerne im Wohnzimmer eingenommen. Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Wir würden immer wiederkommen. Das Zimmer ist Parterre, hätte nie gedacht, dass es auch unten Zimmer gibt. Der Blick auf Parlament war natürlich da, aber eingeschränkt und ohne Weite. Ich würde beim nächsten Mal erfragen, auf welcher Etage das Zimmer ist. Ungewöhnlich finde ich auch die Standardantworten des Hotels auf die Bewertungen.

- Patrizia (10/5): Super Aufenthalt in einem super Hotel. - Sehr sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir hatten eine ruhige Suite, in der es an nichts mangelte. Die Lage zum Zentrum ist ideal. Bahnhaltestelle, für weitere Unternehmungen ausserhalb des Zentrums, in ca.3 Gehminuten zu erreichen . Das Frühstück war auch sehr reichhaltig. Kaffee und Tee sind den ganzen Tag kostenlos. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Den Haag ist immer eine Reise wert. eine Reise wert. Wenn es überhaupt eine Kleinigkeit zu bemängeln gibt, dann wären es hellere Leselampen am Bett. Ansonsten alles top.

Ontbijt was heel goed en appartement heel compleet om zelfs een simpele maaltijd te bereiden. Bedden liggen heerlijk. Je mag ook zelf koffie en thee pakken door de dag. We hebben genoten.

- M.P.F. (3/5): Uitermate teleurstellend - Niks te melden We hebben er niet geslapen omdat de kamer zo’n vreselijke rioollucht had dat het niet alleen niet aangenaam was maar ook gewoon ongezond. We checkten heel laat in, maar de nachtportier heeft ons keurig geholpen. Andere hotels hadden geen beschikbaarheid, dus zijn we naar huis moeten gaan.

- Graziela (5/5): This was the third time we stayed there but the cleaning makes me to decide to not come back again. - The location and the breakfasts included. The room was so dirty when we arrived that I had to take a white cloth and clean part of the floor to show it to the reception which asked someone to clean it again. A lady was sent but she made a so quick and superficial cleaning of the floor that we understood why it was so dirty.
- Stéphane (9/5): Très bon séjour à La Haye - L'hôtel est superbe, le personnel très sympathique et disponible. Le fait de pouvoir prendre son petit déjeuner où on souhaite était super. Le petit plus, les boissons chaudes à disposition toute la journée et les petites tables au soleil devant l'hôtel !!! De petits détails qui auraient pu rendre le séjour parfait: pas de mouchoirs dans la chambre, impossible de caster sur la télévision, deux porte-manteaux cassés, Le surmatelas plus petit que le matelas, la température de la douche difficilement réglable.
- Karla (9/5): Wederom een heerlijk ontspannen verblijf in dit fijne, gezellige hotel op prachtige locatie - Incheck zoals altijd weer vlot en met bakje koffie (gratis)in de ene en koffertje in de andere hand , naar de kamer. Deze keer op derde verdieping( lift). Weer een fijne kamer met keukenblok, tafel met twee stoelen, bankje, ruime douche/toilet. Dat de bedden goed zijn hebben we al eerder ervaren. De locatie van dit hotel is geweldig: tegenover Binnenhof, je loopt zo het centrum in, vlakbij tramhaltes. Het ontbijt is heerlijk met lekkere verse producten, echt genieten, maar wat we hier superleuk vinden is het personeel! Echt, wat een toppers!! Zo aardig, vriendelijk en attent. Ook nu weer: compliment!! Fijn ook dat we onze bagage nog even konden laten staan om wat langer van Den Haag te genieten. Echt alles was top!
- Thorlakur (9/5): Very nice stay in an excellent hotel. - The location is excellent, close to restaurants, venues and the train station. The room was comfortable, with kitchenette. Breakfast was good and it is nice to have access to free coffee and water throughout the day. I liked to be able to get snacks and drinks in the small shop in the lobby. The social hour, with drinks and snacks, is a very nice gesture. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I missed to be able to open the window in the room.

- Martine (9/5): Une belle découverte de La Haye grâce à la situation de l'hôtel - Emplacement à deux pas du centre ville, Le personnel est gentil et disponible, à l'écoute Petit déjeuner copieux et frais, produits de qualité Le rendez vous The Social est parfait pour échanger avec les autres clients de l'hôtel Le parking est très cher et en plus il m'a fallu payer à la sortie alors que le contrat avait été fait à l'arrivée130€ pour 4 jours, je trouve cela excessif de la part d'une société indépendante

The location is close to the city center (few minutes walk). Given the size of the room, the shower can be a bit larger, so it will be more comfy.

Friendly and helpful staff. There is parking available under the hotel but very few parking spaces . You need to book ahead. It is part of public parking and quite expensive.

However, customers are being lied to because there is no view of the parliament due to the canopies of the trees. Hence you only see trees.

- philip (10/5): Excellent location and a fabulous city - Great location opposite both the Mauritshaus and the tram to Kunstmusuem, around corner from tram to beach and Delft. About 15 minute stroll to central station. Close to lots of restaurants eg Italian on the corner excellent, pillows hard, turned out we could have asked for softer ones but didn't discover that til checkout

Heel erg leuk, en maakte ons verblijf extra fijn! Verder een heerlijk hotel, ideaal gelegen en een heel uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt.

The Suite model is excellent, it is a hotel but with far more flexibility. Being really picky, I think the breakfast requires some improvement, particularly in choice (certainly for a hot/warm breakfast).

Le seul point négatif est que la salle de bain et les toilettes se trouvent dans la chambre principale, ce qui n’est pas pratique pour les personnes qui dorment dans le salon. De plus, le liquide vaisselle n’est pas fourni, ce qui fait perdre un point.

- volkmannj (8/5): - Sehr zentrale Lage. Das Hotel ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. Die Apartments sind schön ausgestattet, aber die Sauberkeit in den Fluren und im Apartment läßt zu wünschen übrig. Es lagen Putzlappen und Essbestecke während meines gesamten Aufenthaltes und wurden nicht entfernt. Der Teppich im Apartment war sehr stark verfleckt und müsste dringend gereinigt werden, die Couch war an den Lehnen durchgescheuert.

- Alexandra (10/5): A beautiful and classy hotel to stay at whilst experiencing the culture and beauty of den haag. Very friendly staff who - I honestly loved everything about the property, The entrance was nice and clean, with a beautiful vase of flowers in the front. We stayed on a day where they have a free socialising event, unfortunately we missed it due to walking around the area as the property was situated centrally to a lot of tourist attractions. Our kitchen was also stocked with a lot of essentials that made preparing meals easier. Take a walk down the beautiful streets and visit an Albert Heijn whilst you’re here and feel more at home than a tourist. Maybe the bed could have been a little softer but other than that it was a great experience.

- Dirk (7/5): Für einen Wochenendausflug kann man diese Hotel gut nutzen. - Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt im Zentrum. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Reinigung der Zimmer-Mülleimer leeren ist nicht erfolgt. Die Betten wurden nicht täglich gemacht. Frühstücksbereich und Rezeption sind in einem Raum-Innenbereich des Hotels.
