- Luisa (6/5): - Ambiente famigliare Stanza buia e fredda, bagno con acqua fredda nel lavandino che perde, aree comuni (giardino, sala da pranzo, esterni) trascurate, vecchie. Non c’è colazione. Nessuno al check out.

- Anthony (5/5): Poor value for money - Host was very helpful Old, dark
Too near to bush road
Very noisy creaky roof during the night
- Phil (10/5): Exceptional - The location worked for us doing the Camino and we were met with a warm welcome and we found the room comfortable. We're not quite sure how this place works as there is a hotel side and the Auberge. On the food side they appear to operate separately and we ate dinner and breakfast in the Auberge both were excellent but the dinner was really good and all the better for the presence of the wonderful chef. Nothing.

- Kevin (9/5): Superb - gracious host, sunny backyard
- Kathryn (10/5): Exceptional - Communal, friendly atmosphere, inspired by our host, Ingo. The dinner, cooked by Ingo - which featured a very large, beautiful beef rib - looked and smelled so good, but we were already too full to partake. So we sat with the others around a large table and visited and laughed while they ate. In speaking with other guests, we found out we were charged more than they were for the same breakfast, which was a little odd, but also a little humorous.
- Scott (10/5): Exceptional - Great staff, delicious dinner and clean comfortable quarters.
- Nigel (7/5): lovely setting on the Camino - lovely and very clean room (double with private bathroom) pleasant beer in the garden evening meal / breakfast a little bit pricey for what we had ! (but nice)

- Brenda (10/5): Hostal Casa Flor - Very comfortable lodging, great good, and above all a wonderful, caring staff! I would happily stay here again!
- Johanna (3/5): Poor - Nothing I made a reservation for a room with two beds and a bath. They gave me a room with four beds and a shower. When I wanted to know why the owner started yelling at me.
- Tonya (7/5): nice property, your on your own though - great location owner rushed me to room, never saw him again
there was confusion about dinner, baggage transport
it was all a guessing game. no staff available.
- Won (8/5): Good but careful on the map - Everything is good except the location of the place is not correct on hotels.com site.
Your map directed me wrong location, but I made to the place because the calendar app guided to correct lication. It was one additional walk of the day.
- Bernard (10/5): - Séjour agréable, le patron propose un excellent repas très copieux.
Hélas, il ne propose pas de petit déjeuner.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great. - Lovely warm welcome from the host.
Secure parking for our bikes in the garden, host even covered them against the frost.
Spacious room.
Complimentary drinks on arrival.
Quiet.
Warm in winter.
- juan carlos (10/5): - Excellent service.
- Kristine (10/5): Happy and comfortable at Casa Flor - Kiko met us and welcomed us most exuberantly. He was so happy to have us stay and show us everything. Everything was clean and vibrantly decorated. They offered a dinner at 12€ Which we accepted and were not disappointed. Even a shot of Grapa at the end!
- Maryuri Dolores (10/5): Feliz de mi Viaje - Estuve el fin de semana el sitió muy tranquilo la acogida excelente todo muy limpio
- JaneE604 (8/5): Lovely Hosts - Casa Flor is a little off the Camino but close by. It consists of a compound with a central building that houses the rooms and a separate building with the dining room. The hosts spoke good English which made things much easier for me and were interactive and helpful. My private room had twin beds and a reasonable sized en suite bathroom. The bathroom was beautifully decorated with blue tiling and had a shower over a tub which is always so much nicer than the usual small enclosure. The bedroom was painted a rather startling bright yellow colour but clean and neat. The wifi needed a bit of fiddling about but once connected was strong and stable.
I expect that the outside garden area would be lovely in hot weather but it was too cool during my stay to sit outdoors. Fortunately, the bedroom heating was controlled by an individual thermostat and was excellent, heating up quickly and easily warming the whole room.
I had the set menu dinner which was substantial and well priced.
Casa Flor appeared take coronavirus hygiene very seriously, only filling 50% of the rooms and mandating masks for which they are to be commended. I would be very happy to stay there again.
- Svein Johan (6/5): - Dårlig service, ingen tilstedeværelse av vertskap. Vi var helt alene om natta,
- Jennifer (8/5): - Very peaceful spot. Rooms were st the back with garden area to relax in
- leof966 (10/5): A little oasis. - We stopped here on the Camino and treated ourselves to the rural hotel before tackling the Sierra des Acares. The twin room was lovely and we had an excellent peregrino meal in the restaurant. The staff are friendly and attentive.
- wanderingoff (6/5): Ok, but hot and noisy - We stayed in a room for one night while on the Camino.
We arrived to find the building locked, despite our booking information giving a check-in time of 12. It was 1 when we got in.
The room is large and quite comfortable. It is very clean. There is a bath...great...but no plug! There is a garden, with really lovely, but very hungry, cats. The restaurant serves food though it is more quantity than quality as much of our cocido was pretty cooked and reheated, unlike the excellent cocido from Casa Maragato in Astorga.
The main issues are noise and heat. The room is very hot in summer and there is no fan, but it does cool down when the sun sets. The noise is a pain tho GH as the closing and slamming of doors, especially the main one to the garden, is very disturbing.
