• Lynn (8/5): - We had the most private room, #5 at the end. Loved the hammock and the chorus of birds right outside. There are interesting trees and plants all around. It's a short walk to the beach which is outstanding (I do wish they would have provided beach towels). The oil was great too, clean and just the right size. The staff was so helpful, always with a smile; they advised me on getting back to San Jose via local bus, including printing the info for me.
• Rodrigo (10/5): Problema de pago en recepción - No sabía que tenia que pagar en el lugar pensé que había pagado en la página y al llegar en recepción me dijeron que como fue por expedia tenía que pagar y yo les dije que fue por hoteles.com al final termine pagandoles no me quedo de otra y fue un poco enrredado

• Michael (10/5): - We arrived early and were able to check-in. The room was very clean, A/C, worked great. The pool was clean. For the average person, it's walkable to the main street and restaurants. They were doing some maintenence on the roof of a unit nearby, but noise wasn't bad. Quiet overall. The kitchenette was actually very well stocked, better than most AirBnbs. I recommend. Jaco is touristy, but also has everything a tourist might want.

• Thomas (4/5): - The place is a dump. Towels were anicient no wash cloths. Animals jumping on roof all night. Walls were paper thin I could hear the guy snoring,choking and coughing. The mattress was awful. Didnt feel safe there. Other than that its a great place.
• edward (8/5): - Typical Coastal Costa Rica property. The A/C was nice change, however, I woke up the next morning with a sore throat that rapidly became a cold/cough. Not the property's issue, only a reminder for visitors. It was quiet, but it was also rainy season (first week of August). It was conveniently located close to bus stops and not too far from the beach. Typical Jaco vibe.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - El lugar es viejo y feo , la refrigeradora ni servia la puerta , el tv es pesima ubicación muy alto y no se puede observar bien , las habitaciones en las cornisas estan abiertas y se escucha absolutamente todo lo q sucede entre las habitaciones, habia cucarachas en el baño q es asqueroso y deja mucho que decir sobre la limpieza del lugar , y para colmo al retirarme , la encargada o dueña me llama a reclamarme que el cable de la refrigeradora y el coffee maker estaban rotos y achacandome q fui yo el que hizo el daño cuando ni siquiera los tocamos dichos electrodomésticos , jamas volveria y jamas se lo recomendaria ni a mi peor enemigo.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Earlier reviews were right on. This is a Costa Rican family, small hotel and I loved it. The staff is awesome, very helpful when I needed it most. The pool is really decent. I used it as an evening wind-down. If you are looking for amenities, this is not your hotel. The air conditioning is barely enough sleeping with only a sheet but I did sleep well. The bathroom has no A/C. It is wonderful for what it is and I hope I get to stay there again soon. Thanks to all the staff there.
• Sherese (10/5): Serene Paradise amongst the bustle of Jaco - This place is a little peace of paradise amidst the bustle of Jaco!! If you are looking to stay in Jaco but want to leave it behind when you get back to your room, this is the place. The room was clean and comfortable and the pool was divine! The grounds are clean. It's located just south of the beach on a quiet locals street. There is a wonderful soda at the end of the road next to the church where we had a yummy breakfast. We highly recommend this place!
