- Rushabh (10/5): - Property is very close to downtown. Walking 1 to 2 km in this town is normal distance. We moved around with rental car. House/condo is very clean and rooms are nice. Kitchen has mostly everything you need. Our family loved it. Alao they recommended very nice Mexican restaurant and a local shop for empanada which were the best.
- Herman (10/5): - Apartamento muito limpo, espaçoso, bem equipado e bem localizado, próximo ao centro. Lugar tranquilo e silencioso. Recomendo.
- Christine (8/5): - The apartment is in a good location, close to downtown, and is secure. Has AC in the 2 bedrooms. The price was great, beds comfortable, and great showers. It does not have a living area or iron, but does have a kitchen and dining area. Tvs in both rooms but no netfix. It was a bit loud in the early mornings, as I could hear a baby crying both days. But other than that, it was great. We would stay again.

Sara was a pleasure to deal with, offering to help us with things to do, places to eat, etc. The laundry service was efficient and fairly priced. Parking was easy and safe. We were a quick drive away from the centre of town.

- Franziska (10/5): - Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Der Besitzer ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Von der Unterkunft ist man zu Fuss in ca. 10 Minuten im Zentrum von La Fortuna. Das Poolareal ist auch sehr gepflegt und lädt zum realxen ein.
- lisa (8/5): - Be prepared this is a triplex that is all occupied except this apartment. It’s very basic. Beds were comfy but only has a/c in bedrooms. Clean and had a full kitchen, but we left the a/c units on when we went out and while we were out they came in and turned them off, we thought that was a bit tacky.
- Christine (10/5): - Fabulous, well kept, modern, and spacious. The only drawbacks were a little hard to locate since there was no sign and the late night partying noise from other guests. Overall, I would stay here again and I highly recommend others to try this property. Owner was very nice and helpful.
- Maria (8/5): Recomendable, pero difícil de encontrar - El apartamento es difícil de localizar, ya que no está señalizado y tuvimos que preguntar a varios vecinos, lo que nos retrasó bastante. La casa era amplia y limpia, contaba con todas las comodidades: dos dormitorios, dos baños completos y una cocina espaciosa. A destacar: tiene piscina, zona habilitada para barbcoa y aparcamiento privado. Lo peor: lo difícil de encontrar y que había un poco de ruido por la noche que dificultaba el descanso. Eso sí, quedamos encantados con la amabilidad, hospitalidad y buen trato de Ronald y Sira. Además, tuvieron un gran detalle con nosotros. Muy recomendable.
- Jacqueline (10/5): 10/10 - spacious, sparkling clean, comfortable! - This new, modern apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and everything we could have asked for. It's a short (5-10 min) walk into the centre of the town. They even had a wall near the pool where we were invited to paint on to add to the colourful mural already left by other travellers - unfortunately we ran out of time to do so. Highly recommend!
