- Peter (3/5): Waste of time and money due to horrible, inefficient and rude management. - The beds were comfortable and the space was as expected. That is about all the fun I can report due to the terrible treatment you will see below and would never go back to be treated this way again. There is absolutely no Sense when it comes to FIVE SENSES and wish the other management were there. Since booking , a new company has taken over the booking. As arrival was after hours an arrangement to pick up keys from a check in box was made. On arrival at reception there was no key checkin box outside but a staff member in the office. The staff member on duty said he knew nothing about my arriving and tried to send me to the letter boxes which is the old method that was used. After persisting with the staff member he eventually checked his list and my name was on it. At the room I found no wifi or modem available and went straight down but the staff member was gone. The next morning I was told to wait in the room which I did for 4 hours with no success and a manager who told me to relax mate and did nothing. I had to go out as I was only there for 1 full day and leaving early the next morning, so I was told to be back no later than 4 to get wifi, but the manager would not give my deposit back until 9pm. The result of all this was a completely ruined stay in KL and a manager who was sitting at the cafe drinking and chatting while I was left in the room waiting.

- Vaitheshwary (1/5): Wasn’t a pleasant stay - The staffs were very helpful. The first room we got didn’t have proper air conditioning where there AC wasn’t working in good condition. I found a few dead cockroaches in the first room but was fine since they were dead. The staff changed and gave us a second room. The moment I entered the room I saw lots of cockroaches running on the bed. I went down to the admin to complain but they have already left the property. I immediately booked a different hotel and left the place. The next morning I’ve complain to the manager and was told to us that they were aware of cockroaches but already called the pest control people to clear it but there are still a lot more. They asked us to complain in booking.com to get the refund. Hope you’ll take this matter seriously and get back to us ASAP. Thank you.

- ihsane (1/5): - Locatie Tot onze grote schrik was deze kamer echter in een zeer slechte staat van hygiëne: Overal waren vette handsporen zichtbaar, op het bed, de ramen en de televisie. Onder het bed lag een enorme ophoping van stof en afval (zie bijgevoegde foto’s). De gordijnen waren grijs van vuil in plaats van lichtgekleurd, met duidelijk zichtbare vlekken. De lakens waren niet proper – ze bevatten vlekken en haren. In de badkamer zaten nog tandpastaresten op de muur bij de wastafel. Tot overmaat van ramp liepen er kakkerlakken in de kamer. Ondanks al deze ongemakken bleef de service ondermaats. Tijdens ons gehele verblijf van vier dagen: Werd onze kamer niet schoongemaakt Werden de handdoeken niet vervangen Werd er niet nagevraagd of het probleem was opgelost of hoe we ons voelden

Friendly manager (Mr. Vicky ) Hairdryer, Most of the lights were not working, TV was not working, fridge is small and in mid of collapse anytime. Too dark in the bedroom. Hangers are in the bathroom which is not hygienic.not cleaned well. Slots of tiny cockroaches, hundreds of them. 😂 sofa is not clean, overall I come back to sleep. So didn't use much of it.
