• IOANNA (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, η γειτονιά σχετικά ήσυχη και το διαμέρισμα καθαρό. Τα μαξιλάρια ήταν αξιοπρεπή. Καταρχάς ήμασταν 3 ενήλικες, ένας εκ των οποίων κοιμήθηκε στο σαλόνι σε πολυθρόνα κρεβάτι. Τα πόδια κατά 30 εκατοστά περίσσευαν και το βράδυ αναβόσβηνε ένα μπλε φως (ίσως να ήταν το Wi-Fi - το οποίο παρεμπιπτόντως είχε σήμα τραγικό). Κατά δεύτερον, το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ ταλαιπωρημένο. Ένα κακομοίρης καναπές, με ένα ξεφουσκωτο σκαμπό στο σαλόνι, και ένα πάτωμα μη χειρότερα από γρατσουνιές. Κουφώματα αλουμινίου δεκαετίας του '80. Δηλαδή τι κλειστά, τι ανοιχτά, ο θόρυβος από το δρόμο ίδιος. Στο μπάνιο ο νιπτήρας υπό διάλυση, υλικό κάτι σαν κόριαν στοκαρισμένο στις γωνιές. Το νερό στο ντουζ δεν έχει πίεση για να πλύνεις μαλλί. Οριακά το σώμα σου. Κρεμοσάπουνο, σαμπουάν, αφρόλουτρο, από έξω διαφορετικά, από μέσα το ίδιο κόκκινο τζελοζούμι. Επίσης, το βρήκαμε σε εξωφρενικά υψηλή τιμή. Κάθε ευρώ πάνω από τα 60, είναι ευρώ που το κλαις.

• Sara (7/5): Bonic i espaciós, però amb els llits incòmodes i sense endolls. - En general és bonic i espaciós; la cuina és molt àmplia. Està a 10 minuts del centre. L’atenció del personal ha sigut excel•lent, han estat pendents en tot moment i, a més a més, ens van facilitar poder deixar les maletes fins l’hora d’entrada corresponent. No ens ha agradat que els llits eren extramadament incòmodes, el tercer dia teníem tots mal d’esquena. En cap bany hi havia endolls on poder connectar secadors, planxes del cabell, etc. I per últim, l’aigua calenta s’acabava amb rapidesa.

We really appreciated the stylish interior, clean spaces, digital key access, and the team’s responsiveness throughout check-in and late check-out. There were notable issues: a significant mosquito problem (we found many inside and signs of an ongoing issue), and poor ventilation in the small interior-facing room, as we weren't able to open the window. These aspects impacted our overall comfort and should be addressed to fully match the apartment’s otherwise high standard.

• Julia (8/5): Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, lokalizacja super. Problem z komunikacją z hotelem przez AI. - Lokalizacja super, w samym centrum. Jest to jeden z głównych atutów. Mieszkanie było czyste i zaopatrzone we wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy, Niestety właściciel używa AI w celach komunikacji z klientem. W związku z tym było ciężko się dogadać, otrzymałam sprzeczne informacje i nie udało mi się ustalić ile dokładnie łóżek/ kanap jest w każdym z mieszkań które rezerwowałam (robiłam rezerwacje na 2 mieszkania dla łącznie 10 osób) Wprowadziło nas to w błąd i spowodowało niedogodności, które musieliśmy rozwiązać już na miejscu. Gospodarz dostawił dodatkowe łóżko, ale było to łóżko składane w kiepskim standardzie.

Muy buena ubicación céntrica e ideal para hasta 4 personas (5-6 en caso de querer y no importar usar sofás). Puntazo que dispone de 2 baños completo y uno extra para usar solo baño. Perfecto si quieres hacer un uso de cocina, amplia.

El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia .... salvo un microondas :) La primera noche fue un horror ya que habia una fiesta arriba que duro hasta las 3 am o quizas mas Me puse en contacto con el alojamiento y la respuesta fue que subiese arriba a grabar video (no se si querian que me partiesen la cara), tras varios intentos de contacto la contestacion fue que les habia mandado un mensaje, el cual muy duro no tuvo que ser porque entre las 12 y las 3 am el ruido fue insoportable. No contratare nada mas con ellos.

• Ştefan (10/5): A comfortable, clean and well-located apartment, perfect for a family stay in Athens. - The apartment was very clean and well maintained. It was located in a quiet area, yet still close to the city center, which made it very convenient for exploring Athens. There were grocery stores nearby, which was helpful during our stay. The living room was bright and spacious, and we appreciated having shutters to control the light. The three bathrooms were a big advantage, especially for a family. The beds were also very comfortable. Everything was overall very good. There were no issues during our stay.

The position is very good: 10-15minutes walk from most iconic landmarks The view from the windows is definitely not charming (a parking building from the living- other walls from the bedrooms).

• Anastasia (6/5): Μέτρια - Η τοποθεσία και το ότι υπήρχαν έξτρα μπάνια 4 μέρες είχαμε μόνο ένα σετ πετσέτες ο καθένας . Δεν υπήρχαν πουθενά έξτρα πετσέτες . Στα μπάνια δεν υπήρχαν πρίζες . Το δεύτερο δωμάτιο μικρό καμία σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες. Τα έξτρα κλινοσκεπάσματα στο ένα δωμάτιο ήταν λερωμένα όπως και ο καναπές του σαλονιού . Η τηλεόραση ήθελε προγραμματισμό καναλιών κάτι που δεν είναι δεδομένο ότι ξέρω να το κάνω μόνη μου . Έλλειψη φυλλαδίου οδηγιών για το σπίτι .

• Katerina (8/5): Centrally located and pleasant apartment - centrally located and offering good amenities. Right across the street from a private parking space (at an hourly fee). The apartment has been renovated tastefully to allow for its short term rental. It is pleasant and allows a large group to have a good stay in Athens. the second bedroom has a window to an "air corridor" for airing purposes. However, as the corridor is a confined space, various smells can come into the room, especially when it rains (as was the case when we were there).

• Aimée (7/5): Très agréable et pratique, - L'emplacement était parfait L'appartement était très propre, Quelques provisions dans le frigo bien sympathiques le digicode génial quand on est plusieurs! et rassurant quand on est avec des enfants on sait que même si on se perd ils peuvent revenir à l'appartement et rentrer. Le WC individuel est beaucoup trop petit et difficilement utilisable Je mettrais quelques éléments de décoration pour rendre, notamment les chambres, plus chaleureuses Je remplacerais les ampoules qui sont très blanches et rendent les espaces froids et impersonnels. Ce sont juste quelques conseils, je suis architecte d'intérieur et donc sensible aux espaces.
