• Fostier (9/5): Superbes moments, merci ! - Un accueil vraiment très chaleureux de la part de l'ensemble des membres, un vrai sentiment de sécurité et une ambiance très agréable grâce aux moments proposés en journée comme en soirée ! Merci beaucoup pour tout cela et pour les repas partagés le soir, notamment, qui permettent d'apprendre à connaître nos colocataires éphémères ! J'aurais apprécié un espace détente supplémentaire pour les soirs qu'on espère passer au calme en dehors de la chambre. Mais l'espace commun est très convivial !

• Chloe (10/5): - Staff are so friendly and helpful, the whole place is clean and everyone is lovely!! Location is great, rooms have good storage and the beds were comfy and private. The main shower room is a bit odd considering its mixed gender and there are no cubicles to dress in after getting out of the shower, just the showers and sinks and toilets separately, but I used the smaller shower/toilet on another floor which was okay just quite tiny.

• Thiago (9/5): Adorei, pena que fiquei apenas um dia - O atendimento é incrível, as meninas são extremamente pra cima, animadas. As mensagens de whatsapp sempre tem mais letras e rostinho timpo "Hiii :)". Tem eventos e eles são gratuitos para quem está hospedado. Elesmlimitam a idade maxima e isso ajuda porque você que está viajando sozinho consegue se conectar com pessoas de idades parecidas. Cama é confortável, tem cortina, lampada e local para carregar delular na cama. Os banheiros, sobretudo os sanitarios, achei bem apertadinhos. O "buraco" para cadeado da gaveta disponibilizada para guardar as coisas, eu nao consegui usar o meu lá.

I only stayed for a night but it's a very friendmy hotel The "shower room" if you are only here for a night it,s ok but exept for pne shower the rest of them offer barely any privacy as there is no "dry space" and you directly enter the shower. It would be ok if the bathroom was not mixed... also other shower are located on intermediate levels in the staircases...

• Daniel (10/5): Werde zurückkommen! - Ungelogen eines der besten Hostels in dem ich jemals war! Die Betten waren sehr angenehm, jeden Tag wird ein Abendessen zubereitet, welches gratis ist. Es gibt jeden Tag Aktivitäten denen man joinen kann und die Mitarbeiter sind auch super nett. Mikey get your free beer haha 10/10 Etwas was mir ein wenig negativ auffiel, war der Punkt dass das Hostel relativ klein ist und man im Badezimmer das auch bemerkt, es gibt wenig ablagen und aufs klo muss man sich regelrecht hineinquetschen haha.

• Corrado (10/5): - Onefam Notting Hill is fantastic, position is located on a quite street in notting hill but closely you can shops, pubs and diner. The restrooms and the showers are clean and the beds confortable, every bed has tend for the privacy and the drawers can ve locked with a badlock. The guys at the reception are incredible,always smiling, focusing on helping you to ensure your best stay and they make great dinners and great parties around london. Real special thank to Max and Lucille, they make our weekend in london unforgettable. Thank you!

Ho conosciuto un sacco di persone nuove nonostante il mio inglese non fosse uno dei migliori, viene offerta tutti i giorni la cena e vengono fatte delle attività tutti insieme. Ovviamente si puo partecipare alla "vita" comunitaria come si puo godere della tranquillità se uno non vuole. Unica cosa il mio materasso era troppo "molle", al limite del sfondato, un piccolo dettaglio negativo in una marea di cose stra positive, super consigliato
• Sarah (10/5): Loved it - It’s such a great hostel to stay at! Maddy took such great care of me all weekend. We liked it so much that we are now staying at the other OneFam in London (Waterloo) and also heading to the one in Porto later this week! I’ve stayed at hostels throughout the world, and OneFam def sets itself apart from the rest! The stairs lol we were on the 5th floor but it was so worth it. Our room on the top floor was sooo quiet and we had our window open the whole time.
• Samantha (8/5): Très chaleureux et bien placé mais propreté tout juste ok - Les activités communes et les repas aident vraiment à échanger avec les autres, ce qui est génial. Étant partie en voyage seule pour la première fois, j’ai pu rencontrer plein de gens et ne jamais me sentir seule. L’auberge est idéalement située, le quartier est magnifique. Les sanitaires sont très sales, il y a toujours une forte odeur d’urine. Le matelas et les oreillers avaient l’air d’avoir déjà bien vécu.

• Leopold (7/5): - Für den sehr günstigen Preis sollte man keine Wunder erwarten. Das Hostel tut was soll. Schön ist die Möglichkeit abends für kleines Geld Abendessen zu bekommen. Die Kommunikation funktioniert während des Aufenthalts erfolgt überwiegend über WhatsApp. Die Toiletten und die Dusche im 2. OG sind sehr eng. Etwas befremdlich ist, dass man hinterher noch fast in einem Newsletter landen soll.

Amazing volunteers / workers taking care making sure everyone feels safe and included. I loved the daily events including sightseeing and delicious food in the evening, the party games in those the stuff like Mikey and Maddy and as well the others took care that everyone enjoys and no one felt left behind. But the main highlight was the staff. The whole team deserves praise, but wanting to give particular shout outs to Lucille, Olivia, Maddy, Mikey, and Asante, all of whom made me feel very welcome and were able to give good recommendations for food and sightseeing. Even ended up extending my trip just to stay in the hostel longer, cant wait to be back Nothing

• Jonathan (2/5): Affordable with great social vibes, but zero support in an emergency. - For a budget stay, this hostel offers decent value. One thing that stood out is their great lineup of varied social activities and daily outings. I didn’t join them myself, but it’s a really cool offering if you're looking to meet people and explore. The hostel is located in a nice and safe area, with plenty of public transport and food options nearby. My biggest issue was a security incident. Two of my credit cards were stolen from my room while I was taking a shower (the only brief moment I left them unattended). While I fully understand that securing personal belongings in a shared hostel environment is ultimately my own responsibility, the lack of support from the staff was deeply disappointing. I asked if they could check the hallway cameras just to see who had entered or left the room during that specific timeframe. The receptionist took down my name and said they would look into it, but it felt like she only wrote it down to make it look like she was doing something. There was no actual follow-up, and the final response I received was just a dismissive, "We are very sorry. We can't do anything." I wasn't expecting them to magically recover my cards, but when you are hundreds of kilometers away from home and feeling vulnerable, you at least hope for a bit of basic empathy and assistance from the place you are staying. Keep this in mind if you decide to book here. The facilities do reflect the low price tag. The mattresses, for instance, are way too soft and already have a permanent dent in them, making it tough to find a comfortable sleeping position.

• Sophie (10/5): Unreal Hostel, with the best vibes!! - 10/10 Hostel, my first hostel experience and was absolutely amazing. All of the staff were incredibly fun and kind and so welcoming. Super social and inclusive, with everyone always welcome to join both the day and nighttime activities, all the guests were super friendly also. Everything was always super clean!! Mikey, Maddy and Poppy were amazing, brought the best vibes and were so accommodating!!

Everything was very clean, and the receptionists were very kind, Lucille was incredibly lovely. 100/10 the beds are quite spacious and have curtains, which give you more privacy. The bathroom and shower are a great size and very clean. The location is excellent, with very easy access to the Underground and buses just a few minutes walk away.

If I have to complain about anything, the bathrooms were often times dirty, especially after the 8pm pregame! It'd be beneficial to do a quick wipe down after everyone leaves to party Also, it's a shame that the kitchen is closed from 6pm till 9pm (this should be listed on your FAQ since I wouldn't have booked had I known). The TV area also closes pretty early :(

• Anna Lerong (10/5): Stay at Onefam Notting Hill - Onefam Notting Hill has been the best decision for my first solo trip in London. Not only because of the facilities, but for the workers and their aim to help since the moment you step in and the vibe of the people that are hosted in Onefam. They offer activities so you can feel integrated in the group each day, on the morning and on the night. Big thanks to Maddy and Michael, who were in charge during my stay at Onefam and made my experience the best it could’ve been! 🫂✨ If I had to complain about something it’d be about the space in some of the bathrooms, never had one door that close to my face first time in the morning… Still, this is just me complaining about something; it really wasn't that dramatic.
• Jennifer (6/5): The heavy drinking is not my scene, but if that's what you're into then it would be a fun choice. - They have free towels and free luggage storage available--the latter even after you have checked out. Along with the free (veggie) dinners every night made by staff, it is a very cost-effective stay. The laundromat was out of order. The other guests were a mixed bag, I met some great people, but there was also a depressed man using the hostel for some kind of bender. Most guests were just there to party and drink every night.

The room that i got had a nice view, and we had a large window that we could open, so there was good ventilation which meant that the air inside the room was not stuffy.

Also had a great location in a quiet and pretty neighborhood. The showers didn't drain very well. Pretty minor, just the drains probably need to be cleaned out.
