• sarah (7/5): Very spacious just needs a little revamp in some areas. - The unit is very spacious. We were offered a ground level or a 1st floor unit. Great parking space outside the unit. Friendly staff. Kitchen had a fridge hob and microwave Fire alarms had been removed from the ceiling in bedroom and hallway. Shower over the bath and the bath is needing to be replaced. No air con only a wall heater. Had to get new batteries for tv remote from staff as tv would not work and the staff had to reprogram the tv. Few small holes in the walls needing to be plastered and painted.

• Margaret (4/5): - Had everything you needed. We booked the exec studio to have a little extra room on a Sunday night. The room was on the road side and was exceptionally noisy all night with trains and trucks. Be aware some rooms are on the second floor.
• Danielle (10/5): So friendly and helpful. - Staff are super friendly and helpful, brought us additional pillows and towels when requested and also brought hot chocolate for the kids. The wi-fi isn't great, but I think that's the whole area not the hotel.

Very large room, a bit tired looking with paint spots where repairs being made There was no booklet containing welcome info, the windows were missing a latch on each and one didn’t close properly. There was an argument/fight going on in the middle of the of the night and no way to contact owners as no contacts details left.

• Sarah (5/5): Value for money - It was a good location, the shower pressure was amazing. I had to sleep on the fold out couch because the bed configuration was wrong which i did advise requirements at time of booking, the couch was terrible, hard as a rock and all food crumbs in the join were visible once it had been flattened. I was given 2 x flat sheets that were not able to be secured and a duvet inner with no cover which was pretty poor. It looks pretty shabby from the outside which might put people off the building could do with a water blast.

Die Ausstattung ist ein wenig „in die Jahre gekommen“, das Schlafsofa war wirklich sehr klein und hatte nur eine sehr dünne Matratze. Außerdem wirkt das Apartment dunkel, es gab wenig Beleuchtung, vor allem im Bad.
