Can feel its not scrubbed when its wet. I have informed the hotel staff on cleanliness but nothing done on my second day. Room not even being clean as im staying 2 nights

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice, clean, room assigned is as shown in picture. Bottled water, shampoo, body wash, soap, towels provided. Room is spacious, there's even a small message chair. there's hot water. WiFi connection can be disconnected or weak at times. The only issue i had was sound proofing of the rooms. I can hear people talking, using the washroom from both sides of the room, and can hear people doing 'it' at night, can be very disturbing and annoying when you're trying to sleep at night.

The location is very strategic with a amenities nearby. Mall & mamak stall. It also nearby the LRT station. TQ sovotel. Hotel is very good condition.
