• Mia (9/5): Great everything - location, rooms and staff - We stayed here on our first visit to Vietnam and our last destination before flying home. The location of the hotel sits along the border of District 1 and 3 making it conveniently located to many nearby landmarks and attractions (walking distance or very cheap grab fares) The rooms were modern and clean, with daily service, a lovely pool to cool down in after exploring and a great, fresh and varied breakfast to start the day. In addition to all this, what impressed us most was the staff - their attention and helpfulness right from the time we checked in and until our departure. There were a number of things that made our stay special including being advised when our room was ready early, the door being opened every time we left and returned to the hotel any queries or advice we needed about navigation around the city and how to manage on the day of check out with a late flight. Will definitely return to this hotel to stay and recommend to others. Thank you for making our stay and visit memorable.

We arrived very early and did not want to wait until 14.00 for the check in, so they helped us to check in earlier. Only negative is that the bathroom did not have strong ventilation fan, so the room was filled with humidity.

• Beverley (7/5): Disappointing - Good location and had a pool. We ended up very sick in our rooms. I contacted reception and requested a breakfast pack for the room (offered usually if you’re checking out early) as we couldn’t attend the complimentary buffet. Staff refused the request which I think was unreasonable and unhelpful. There were no breakfast items on the room service menu so it left us in the lurch and I was travelling solo with a child. The alternative was that we attend the buffet and spread flu to everyone else which I was trying to avoid. I didn’t find the staff to be as helpful as they were at other hotels during our 3 week holiday. The rooms were also very small and there was nowhere to put a suitcase. There was no suitcase stand. We had two suitcases and two backpacks that had to squeeze precariously onto a tiny built in side table. They wouldn’t have squeezed onto the floor. My rainfall shower head was unusable and defective and the fridge didn’t keep things cool.

• Ogan (10/5): We plan to stay at this hotel again when visiting Ho Chi Minh City. - We liked the location of this hotel because it was within walking distance of the shopping malls we came for. There are many nice restaurants, cafés, and bars around, so there is plenty to do. Everything was very clean, new, and stylish. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and it changed every day. There were many free amenities in the bathroom, even a loofah. The pool water was a bit cold, and there weren’t enough sun loungers to relax by the pool. You can only take the elevator to your floor using a key card, but they initially give you only one card per room, even if you’re not staying alone. So I recommend asking for a second card right away to avoid the hassle.
