- Erika (5/5): Bien...pero con muchos matices☹️ - El trato amable del personal, la ubicación del lugar y la limpieza d la piscina. La limpieza de la habitación al segundo día, el olor a porros en la piscina con mi hija menor d 4 años y mucho@s niñ@s más, la fiesta q montaron una noche y madrugada el mismo establecimiento para un grupo de gays delante de nuestro apartamento, con la consecuencia de no poder dormir. El apartamento debería de tener una reformita en cuanto a pintura en la zona d la cocina.

El desayuno buffet muy bueno y variado. Los apartamentos necesitan un poco de mantenimiento y limpieza. Pero igualmente merece la pena.

- Valido amado (8/5): Buenas pero al final se fastidió un poco - La ubicación,bastante buena.el desayuno bueno aunque no mucha variedad. A hora de la salida un mal entendido,en recepción,nos cobraron 32 € por estar 3 horas más,cuando ya estaba hablado con el director del complejo.

- OLENA (5/5): Be very careful with housekeeping services - Nice location and good value. The stay itself was fine, but the way lost property was handled was very disappointing. We forgot a brand new sealed perfume in a Duty Free bag with the receipt in the wardrobe after checkout. We contacted reception later the same day, but instead of confirming they asked us to wait two days. When the item was finally returned (thank you for this) it was opened and the Duty Free bag and receipt were missing. This created a very negative impression and raised concerns about trust and professionalism.

- Patricia (9/5): A very comfortable and convenient stay, especially for families, with only a few minor improvements needed. - The property is very well located and offers convenient free parking right in front. We stayed in unit number 1, which is directly in front of the pool, making it especially practical when travelling with a child. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well. The area is generally very quiet and relaxing, with no loud music — apart from a DJ on Friday night from 20:30 to 22:00. Overall, the accommodation met expectations. Breakfast was good, simple but enjoyable, and served from 8:00 to 10:00 am. The pool could have been a bit warmer. The kitchen could also benefit from having more utensils. Additionally, the dinner buffet felt a bit overpriced
- Maria (1/5): Desagradable - La piscina. Nuestra estancia en este apartamento fue muy desagradable. Desde el principio, encontramos varios problemas importantes que hicieron imposible disfrutar del lugar. El baño tenía fugas de agua, lo que provocaba incomodidad constante. La cocina estaba en condiciones higiénicas muy deficientes: tanto la encimera como los vasos estaban pegajosos, hasta el punto de que no pudimos utilizarlos. Además, había cucarachas dentro de los armarios donde se guardaban los utensilios, algo totalmente inaceptable. La puerta de entrada tenía la maneta rota y solo se nos proporcionó una llave, lo que resultaba muy poco práctico. Por otro lado, el sofá cama era extremadamente incómodo, duro como una piedra, haciendo difícil descansar. En general, el apartamento estaba muy mal mantenido y la experiencia fue muy negativa. No lo recomendamos en absoluto.

Die defekte Balkontür wurde umgehend repariert. - Entgegen der vorherigen Bestätigung wurde das zweite Bett nicht vorbereitet. - Die Zimmer und deren Ausstattung sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Farbe blättert von den Wänden, Klodeckel defekt, Geländer nicht mehr fest. - Reinigung erfolgt nicht jeden Tag. Das Zimmer war insgesamt nicht wirklich sauber, auf dem Boden lagen schon bei Ankunft Krümel, diese wurden bis zum Ende des Aufenthalts nicht weggefegt.

- Jane (9/5): Lovely Short Stay in Maspalomas! - Hotel was well maintained and staff friendly. Pool area was good and we never struggled to get a sun bed. Great buffet breakfast to start the day. Location was good - about a 20 minute walk to some really nice restaurants and the beach.

La quantité d'eau chaude disponible dans l'hébergement un peu limite pour 4 personnes

Їжі було достатньо, незалежно від того коли ти прийшов на сніданок чи вечерю. Вода в басейні тепла, шезлонгів біля басейну також достатньо. Апартаменти мають маленьку кухню з абсолютно усім необхідним приладдям (холодильник, чайник, тарілки, ложки, ножі, навіть відкривачка для консервів тощо). Біля кожного апартаменту також є шезлонги та столик зі стільцями. Загалом це хороший сімейний готель, дуже спокійний. Тут дуже зручно відпочивати з дітьми. Автобусна зупинка в 2 хв ходьби від готелю - це дуже зручно. Автобуси ходять стабільно і доволі часто. В мене не було необхідності орендувати авто. В 5 хв пішки від готелю є ботанічний сад. В 10 хв пішки є SPAR з хорошим вибором необхідних товарів. Відстань до найближчого пляжу була близько 30 хвилин пішки. Але при бронюванні я це бачила і враховувала.

Bungaló con escalera, un poco antiguo. El aire acondicionado (solo arriba), muy antiguo que apenas funcionaba. La máquina de café del bufet, sacaba un café muy malo, y tuvimos que pagar diariamente los cafés para que nos lo hicieran de la máquina.

- Anna (5/5): Very average and low quality - The resort staff were very kind and helpful. The outdoor space is very nice. This place isn’t bad, but it’s very average, and I don’t think it was worth the money I paid. I booked it solely because of the heated pool. I have no idea what temperature it was supposedly heated to, but it was freezing cold. It was impossible to swim in it in March/April. The area seems quiet, but during most of our stay there was loud music playing every evening, making it difficult to sleep. The apartments are okay, but for me personally not hygienic enough and clearly underinvested. They’re old‑fashioned and superficially clean, but it becomes obvious very quickly that it’s only on the surface. Just lift the sticky TV remote or look at the shower. Unfortunately, the breakfasts were just as low‑quality as the apartment furnishings — practically no fresh vegetables. For the price I paid, I expected something much better, especially compared to other European hotels/resorts in the same price range
