• Klaus (8/5): Sehr entspanntes Wohnen mit vielen Moeglichkeiten - Erhoete sehr schoene Lage in kleiner Villengegend, Ort fusslaeufig erreichbar, toller Pool, entspanntes Wohnen in rustikalem Ambiente, Kueche super, straffe Betten und modernes Bad. San Sebastian ist ein sehr charmanter und gruener Ort mit tollem Strand, Promenade, Hafen und Altstadt. Vom Busbahnhof aus kann man prima die ganze Insel erkunden incl mehrere Halts im Nationalpark. Wir haben uns prima erholt. ./.

• elena (7/5): Regular - La tranquilidad La habitación era atrabancada, para acceder a la cama tenías qué sortear un armario y la mesita de noche casi tenías qué levantarte para depositar algo cuando estabas acostada. El sofá cama te hundes literal y la piscina tenía falta de limpieza tierra en el interior y muchos bichitos flotando.

• Ana (4/5): Importante ver las reseñas previas - La cama era cómoda y la sábanas estaban limpias. El sitio era tranquilo y no oíamos a nuestros vecinos. La "terraza" era un hueco donde iba a parar toda la porquería de la zona de piscina. La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia en general, la ventana del baño tenía mugre y la cortina de la ducha daba cosica. La cocina no esta bien equipada, con electrodomésticos viejos que no daban ganas de usarlos y el menaje era escaso y estaba deteriorado. También estuvimos acompañadas de hormigas, sobre todo en baño y cocina, que por mucho que echáramos insecticida no se iban... El sofá incómodo, no teníamos muchas ganas de estar allí, menos mal que el tiempo nos respetó.

• Markus (4/5): Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ungeeignet. - Die Lage ist gut. Die Raumaufteilung der Appartements ist ebenfalls gut. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Außerdem hat es bei einem Gewitter durch das geschlossene Fenster geregnet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist spartanisch. Die Betten absolut unbequem.

• Mendoza hernandez (8/5): - Lo que más me gustó del apartamento fue la comodidad de sus camas y exterior la zona de la piscina,tumbonas muy cómodas y actuales.Me encanto la tranquilidad que había y no se oía el ruido de los coches de una pequeña y estrecha carretera que hay para llegar hasta alli Lo menos que me gustó fue la falta de utensilios para la cocina ,hacía falta una cafetera italiana y algún cuchillo que cortará bien, quise utilizar el horno pero no pude encenderlo se ve que tenía nada de uso,no sé si es que los demás usuarios no pudieron encenderlo al igual que yo.Pero nada que no se pudiera arreglar.Al entrar al apartamento me olía mucho a cigarrillo,según entré abrí todo y se solucionó el problema
• Michael (5/5): - Hervorragende Sauberkeit. Parkplatz vor Ort. Große Wohnung. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Freundlicher Empfang bei Ankunft. Leicht muffiger Geruch, der auch durch Lüften nicht beseitigt werden kann. Klodeckel ist komplett lose und sollte repariert werden. Es gibt keinen Handseifen-Spender, nur Duschgel in zwei kleinen Plastiktütchen zum einmaligen Gebrauch pro Bad. Sehr helles Außenlicht brennt die ganze Nacht. Nach drei Tagen war der elektronische Toröffner defekt (wahrscheinlich war der Akku leer). Der Besitzer bzw. Verantwortliche war weder über die Telefonnummer in booking.com noch über die an der Tür angegebene Telefonnummer erreichbar. Die Nachrichten, die ich in booking.com schrieb, ignorierte er offensichtlich. Wäre nicht zufällig ein freundlicher junger Mann vor Ort gewesen, der den Hof kehrte und mir einen versteckten Knopf zeigte, mit dem man das Tor alternativ öffnen kann, wären wir mit dem Auto nicht mehr auf das Grundstück bzw. wieder heraus gekommen. Am Tag der Abreise kam der Besitzer bzw. Verantwortliche ins Büro. Als ich ihn mit dem Problem konfrontierte, wurde er ausfallend, gab zu verstehen, dass ihn die Kommunikation über booking.com nicht interessierte, verstand plötzlich kein Englisch mehr und verwies mich des Büros. So etwas habe ich bisher noch nie erlebt.

• Ana (9/5): Acogedor y en la zona alta de San Sebastián de la Gomera - El apartamento estaba en la planta baja y daba a la piscina. Las buenas vistas son los de arriba. Aun así se estaba bien. Entra el sol por la mañana a la habitación y está bien ventilado. El sofá un poco incómodo. No tenía secador de pelo. Y a la llegada te ponen solo el kit de bienvenida.

• Carsten (9/5): - Nette kleine Wohnung in einer Anlage mit insgesamt 10 Wohneinheiten. Auf dem Berg gelegen, oberhalb des eigentlichen Stadtzentrums war es schon ein bisschen sportlich, zu Fuß dort rauf und runter zu gelangen. Ein Auto hatten wir nicht. Die Anlage selber war ruhig gelegen, abgeschirmt durch die Nachbargrundstücke. Der Pool war jetzt zur Winterzeit etwas frisch aber schon ein eyecatcher. Insgesamt ist die Anlage ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, dementsprechend sind die Verschleißerscheinungen. Mit der Erdgeschoßwohnung hatten wir insofern etwas Pech, dass doch viele Ameisen den Weg in die Wohnung fanden und wir haben keine Lebensmittel herum liegen lassen.

• Herwig (9/5): Uitstekende en bijzonder mooie locatie. Heel wat rustiger dan Tenerife. - Bijzonder mooie locatie met zicht op zee en op Tenerife met de Teide. Mooie zonsopgang. Zicht op het zwembad en heel gemakkelijke toegang tot het zwembad. Alle comfort in het ruime appartement (enkel een haardroger ontbreekt en beperkt bestek in de keuken. Heel goede bedden. Wifi meestal OK maar onderbreekt soms , maar dat is mogelijk overal op La Gomera zo want er waren ook korte onderbrekingen op de 4G/5G. Houdt er wel rekening mee dat de locatie 1,4km ligt van de haven en dat het bergop is. Het appartement ligt op 90meter hoogte. Een taxi naar daar kost maar 7€ en dat is aan te raden tenzij je graag wandelt met een trolley. Wij komen graag terug naar die mooie locatie en het mooie en rustige eiland. De eigenaar gebruikt de chat van Booking.com niet en het telefoonnummer in booking.com is verkeerd. Dus hij weet niet exact wanneer de klanten toekomen. Je moet hem telefoneren met het telefoonnummer dat op de toegangspoort staat. Maar als dat telefoonnummer niet werkt (zoals in ons geval) dan sta je wel een lange tijd te wachten. Je mag ook niet vergeten van de landcode van Spanje +34 te gebruiken. Andere klanten hebben hetzelfde probleem. Je moet soms rekenen op andere klanten om je binnen te laten. Je moet ook aanmelden via een ander platform dan Booking.com. Kortom een ingewikkelde procedure. Maar dat belet niet dat we graag zullen terugkomen.
• james12017 (7/5): A bit basic but turned out ok in the end - We didn't have high expectations due to the number of negative reviews. We were pleasantly surprised after we settled in and got used to its peculiarities. The apartment was spacious and reasonably well equipped with T V, WiFi, oven, microwave, toaster etc. It was quite cold at night but extra blankets were available in the wardrobe. There is a very nice pool with sunbeds. There is a well stocked Spar mini market 5 minutes walk away. There is also a washing machine on site. Very useful. The host doesn't reply to any messages. The phone number on booking.com is incorrect. The appropriate contact number is on the front gate of the property. Marcelo took about 10 minutes to arrive when called, very pleasant natured and let us in early before 3.00 pm. The 4.00 pm check in is extremely inconvenient given the arrival times of flights and ferries. The location above town up a very steep hill makes access difficult if you don't have a car. There is enough car parking space IF everyone parks sensibly but not always the case and not the fault of the host. We had the ground floor unit and there is a problem with ants in the kitchen and occasionally the bathroom. We are from Australia so didn't worry us much and we were careful not to leave any food out. Lack of cooking equipment so only limited self catering possible. There is no Aircon but being winter we didn't need it. Not sure how you would go in July and August.

• Trevor (7/5): Relaxing. Quiet. - Apartment was cold at night. No heating. Rooms were very dark. Could have done with a portable heater. Apartment was approx I kilometre from town centre and up a very steep hill. We stayed in January.
• Elina (9/5): Siisti rauhallinen paikka - Siisti, kiva huoneisto jossa mahtavat näkymät Teidelle. Kannattaa pyytää yläkerran huoneisto jossa näkymä Teiden suuntaan parvekkeelta. Mahtavaa syödä aamiaista noissa näkymissä. Rauhallinen paikka, hyvät varustelu. Kauppa lähellä. Välillä kävelymatka San Sebastianin keskustaan tuntui turhan jyrkältä ja kiemuraiselta ja pitkältä. Meillä ei ollut autoa ja jyrkkien serpentiiniteiden vuoksi en halunnut vuokratakaan. Takseilla ja busseilla pääsi hyvin eri puolille saarta.
• Zoe (8/5): - Lovely clean apartment with everything we needed. Location and view were good and we could see Tiede from our terrace. 2 Spanish bars nearby were OK. Having to telephone to be let into the complex upon arrival and then wait for someone to let us in! Painted floor outside the shower was peeling off. Electrics in the kitchen a bit dodgy with a 3 plug extension lead into the socket which pulled out from the wall when using other appliances. The bed sheets seemed grubby on arrival like they'd been stored crumpled up for ages ...... requested a change of sheets in the week which did not materialise!

• Begoña (8/5): - El apartamento era bastante cómodo y la piscina un punto a favor. No tenia comunicación con el centro en trasporte publico y hacia un poco de calor, sobre todo en la habitación, un ventilador de techo habría venido genial.

• Carola (9/5): Goed verblijf op prachtige en rustige plek - Prachtig uitzicht. Het appartement is ruim. Het was schoon bij aankomst. De tuin met zwembad is ook goed van omvang. Nog bedankt voor de twee flessen wijn die met de Kerstdagen werden gegeven! In drie weken verblijf is niet schoongemaakt. Dus: de wastafel in de badkamer is drie weken niet schoongemaakt. Lakens en handdoeken werden voldoende gewisseld. De ligstoelen bij het zwembad zijn erg oncomfortabel.

• Marina (7/5): Zet je blik op oneindig en wees creatief in het invullen van je verblijf. - Goede indeling van het appartement. Prettige tuin met zwembad Ik verbleef er 3 weken maar er werd niet schoongemaakt. Er lag 1 aanrecht sponsje maar daar kan je niet ook de wc en de wasbak mee schoonmaken. Verder een vloer wisser en een veger. Beddengoed werd 1x per week verschoond en badhanddoeken onregelmatig: 1x per 2 of 4 dagen. Keukenkastjes waren leeg, dus zelf je peper en zout meebrengen.

• Andre (6/5): Ganz nett - Die Leute waren sehr nett. Es war über Silvester ruhig. Das Appartement war recht gut geschnitten. Es gab einen sauberen Pool. Auf unsere mehrfache Anfrage wegen der Schlüsselübergabe haben wir keine Antwort erhalten. Es gab nur lauwarmes Wasser und ein wackeliges w-LAN. Gut, dass eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung stand. Diese war aber sehr laut und wurde natürlich häufig benutzt. Es gibt keinen Bus auf den Hügel, auf dem das Apartment liegt und ein Taxi war nicht zu bekommen.

Sendte et par mail til de før vi skulle sjekke inn, men fikk ikke noen svar.

Fuimos en invierno. aunque había mantas. eran. viejas desgastadas. y no brigaban nada,. el hutillaje muy justo. problemas con el enlace que te dan para hacer el checking, difícil de ponerte en contacto con ellos si tienes un problema, el número que sale en la web. es un número extranjero que no atiende.

Sisäänkirjautumisen tehnyt mies oli herttainen. Henkilökuntaa oli vaikea tavoittaa. • Martijn (9/5): - Very peaceful and spacious apartment. Beautiful view of Mount Teide (Tenerife). Very helpful and friendly staff! Spar supermarket around the cormer. Will be back! It's above the port area so bit of a steep walk up (15 minutes). Not a problem for us but people with limited ability might struggle.

• Daniel (10/5): Spectacular Sunrise with clear view of Teide - The staff was very supportive and quick to fulfill my wishes. The view from the balcony, especially in the morning, was staggering. Quite nice to have a parking space inside the premises. It was a bit chilly and an extra cover was needed, which they immediately brought. It would've been great to find the kitchen starting supplies, such as salt, pepper, oil, and napkins.

• Lee (5/5): It’s very basic, but the beds were comfortable. ing we needed from the Spar. - There is a number to call on the gate when you arrive . There was zero communication with the host despite sending messages. Which added to my anxiety about getting into the property. It does say when you book where to pick up the keys, but it was in Spanish so I used AI to translate. It is at the top of the very steep hill. There are steps. But if you struggle with mobility I would steer clear. There are taxis in town but you can’t rely on one being at the taxi rank to take you up. We had to buy everything we needed from the nearby Spar. I would take the basics -Tea, Coffee, Sugar, salt & Pepper.

• William Mark (7/5): Could do better for little extra cost - View and swimming pool Lack of kitchen utensils and basics provided, salt, pepper and toiletries for the bathroom. 2 rolls of toilet paper for ,2 people for 5 days. It's a commercial run establishment which felt mean spirited. For little extra cost it could provide a better service. Great location for those with a car or are fit to scale the 20 minute steep walk from the centre of town.

• Heidi_S. (8/5): Ruhiger Ort zum Entspannen mit Pool - Ich hatte das Glück das äußere Appartement zu haben, welches auch tagsüber Sonne hat. Besonders toll ist der Pool, der zu jeder Tageszeit Sonne abbekommt. Die Anlage ist am Ortsrand gelegen und somit nur für Touristen mit Mietwagen zu empfehlen.

• Ditgens (4/5): Would not book again. - The pool was nice and the apartment was spacious. It only costs about 7-8€ to take a taxi there from city centre. Before we even arrived we were contracted 4 times with requests to check in early, which was quite annoying. When we arrived at 17.30 we had to call a number to be let into the property. The owner(?) was not there and had to come by car to check us in. We waited 5-10 mins. The apartment was big, but we had no view of the sea even though it was the only reason we had booked here. When we contacted the owner about ants in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom he had suddenly forgotten all his English proficiency and could only understand Spanish. We got some ant spray the next day from some nice cleaning staff. The apartment above ours was empty after our first night and we had appreciated to be moved there to avoid the ants and the bad smell of the antspray. The owner just sounded angry when we requested being moved to any empty space and said we had a view (of the pool?) and we could not move. It was also not as clean as we had expected. The bathroom and kitchen were riddled by ants and not very clean. There was also some mould in the shower and the kitchen sponge looked very old and dirty. In fear of retaliation we didn't press the issue any further but we did not enjoy our stay at chijere. The beds were hard as rocks, there were no rags in the kitchen to clean up after ourselves, the kitchen and utensils were dirty before we used any of it and the kitchen was poorly equipped. The owner ignored and avoided us after our contact regarding the ants except for once saying something about ants in Spanish in a mocking tone. We also contacted booking.com about the issues we had and are still waiting for a response.

• Jussi (9/5): - The apartment fits the description well. It's clean and modern, and everything works perfectly. The private yard of the apartment is only a couple of steps away from the well-kept and decently sized pool The only small downside is the location. The apartment is close to the town centre horizontally, but the vertical distance can be challenging for some. However, a taxi from the centre up the hill to the apartment costs only 5-10€.
• David (9/5): All good 👍 - Clean property with a fantastic view we were on upstairs floor . Easy to find we walked from the harbour took us about 40 minutes it is uphill which is steep in some places not good for our suitcase wheels lol. Might be easier to get a cab or hire a car there is parking at apartment or nearby on road. We walked down and up from town without cases took us 25 minutes we are in our 60s .We hired a car after several days in San Sebastián to see the island. No check in details before arrival we had to ring owner when we got to property who arrived after 10 minutes. But all good would stay again .

La piscina genial Mejoraria el apartamento instalando algun sistema de ventilacion que disninuyera la temperatura en su interior. El ventilador del.quw disponia era insuficiente. Tambien marcaria las plazas de aparcamiento para aprovechar mas wl espacio
• Patricia (8/5): Un lugar cómodo para visitar la isla - El acceso al lugar si tienes es coche es perfecto ya que se puede aparcar perfectamente. Supermercado muy cerca. La piscina estupenda. Todo limpio e impecable. El servicio de limpieza un 10 en simpatía y en su trabajo. Muy tranquilo por el alrededor, pero cuando se juntaban niños ruidosos con padres que no los controlan o personas que se ponían en las terrazas hablando, se oía todo!! Le haría falta un poco más de detalles pero esto es muy personal. Los alrededores descuidados, donde antes habían huertos o campos está todo muy abandonado, pero esto no tiene que ver con el alojamiento.
