• Giorgio Capecchi (8/5): - L'ambiente familiare ed il fascino degli edifici nei centri storici. Purtroppo è a piano terra, e la gente passa e chiacchiera accanto alla finestra della stanza.

• Francesca (8/5): Ottima posizione, splendido spazio - L' architettura degli spazi, di per sé punto di forza, è stata sfruttata con gran gusto e funzionalità. La mia camera è stato un rifugio di tranquillità. L'area cucina mette a disposizione degli ospiti: bollitore, macchinetta del caffè, forno microonde, frigorifero, snack, acqua e la possibilità di fare colazione. Molto comoda la possibilità di concordare check-in e soprattutto l'orario di check- out. Il parcheggio gratuito è a due passi. Appena mi sono avvicinata alla zona, il mio telefono non prendeva. Per fortuna, ho potuto contare sul wifi della struttura.
• Giorgia (9/5): Accogliente e strategico - Posto accogliente, ben curato, la signora Nadia dolcissima e disponibilissima. Struttura pulita ed in zona super comoda. Un po' freddino di notte quando si spegneva il riscaldamento, e coperte non sufficientemente adeguate. Forse il freddo ha sorpreso tutti. Comunque sono stata benissimo.

Camera essenziale, ricavata da una parte dell'ingresso, ma sufficiente per un breve soggiorno. bagno piccolo, con water reggiungibile oltrepassando la doccia, ma non è un problema essenziale. La signora che mi ha accolto gentilissima. Non è previsto servizio colazione, ma sono disponibili caffè, the, qualche biscotto, crakers e marmellatine in un locale cucina comune alle camere. Presente un ampio parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze. Il letto singolo sembra derivato da un divano letto e non è proprio il top della comodità.

• Federica (1/5): Viaggio di lavoro: pessima esperienza, bagno allucinante, prezzo eccessivo per le condizioni infami. - Molto centrale. Certo, tutta Chiari si gira in circa 10 minuti a piedi, per cui essere in centro o in "periferia" non cambia granché. La stanza in cui sono stata era discretamente pulita. Premetto che questo giudizio vale per la stanza in cui ho alloggiato, non ho avuto modo di vedere le altre stanze della struttura. Era una stanza per una persona al piano terra, quindi a livello della strada e l'unica finestra che c'era era una portafinestra che dava proprio sulla strada, quindi non l'ho mai aperta. Primo problema: la "stanza" è praticamente un ingresso in cui è stata messa una parete come divisorio dall'ingresso principale. Quindi si sentono TUTTI i rumori delle persone che entrano, escono, si siedono sui divanetti, fanno colazione la mattina, parlano, bisbigliano. Insomma, se qualcuno respira nell'ingresso lo senti. Secondo grosso problema: il bagno. Per accedere al water si deve letteralmente passare nella doccia (vedi foto allegata). Non è un bagno, è uno sgabuzzino col soffitto basso in cui è stato montato il water e la doccia, ma la cosa che mi ha fatto impazzire è proprio che per andare al water dovevo ENTRARE nella doccia. Senza parole. Terzo problema: il letto è una cassapanca su cui è stato piazzato un materasso basso e boh, probabilmente sfondato, perché ci ho dormito due notti e mi sono svegliata per due mattine con un mal di schiena senza senso. Per concludere, mi sono trovata molto male. Ero a Chiari per un viaggio di lavoro ed è stata davvero una brutta esperienza. Per correttezza, credo fermamente che la struttura dovrebbe esplicitare quali sono le condizioni della stanza (condizioni bagno e stanza/ingresso). Costo davvero eccessivo per stanza infame quale era. Si trovano ostelli messi meglio a meno.

Für mich war das grenzwertig, einerseits ein Mangel an Intimität andererseits war das Bett nur wenige Zentimeter von dem Autoverkehr (ab 6 Uhr) entfernt, und auch noch mit einem Kanaldeckel der beim Überfahren Krach machte. Das Frühstück bestand aus trockenen Keksen, ok man bekommt besseres in der nächsten Bar für 3 EUR, aber warum gibt man sich nicht etwas mehr Mühe?

Apprezzabile il servizio quotidiano di pulizia e cambio degli asciugamano, nonché il servizio colazione Non mi è piaciuta la disposizione dei sanitari nel bagno: per raggiungere il WC occorreva camminare sul piatto doccia !! minimo lo spazio disponibile. Il letto non era molto comodo.

It is centrally located in Chiari, making everything—restaurants, shopping, and the train station—easily accessible on foot. The convenience and comfort make it a great choice for both leisure and remote work. One thing to keep in mind is that many locals primarily speak Italian, so some knowledge of the language can be helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chiari or looking for a quiet getaway to work.

• Mirco (10/5): Exceptional - Nadia has been a great host since the moment of our booking, accomodating our early arrival and being very helpful during our stay. The property and the room were gorgeous, beautifully decorated and confortable; coffee, tea, water, breakfast all offered. Chiari is a very cute town with a vast choice of bars and restaurants, well connected to Brescia. Thanks Nadia!

• Rachel (6/5): Fine but could be better - The breakfast is very basic and consists of yoghurt, tea and coffee and various bready items in plastic packaging. It is left out for guests to help themselves. It was a bit noisy - you could hear people in other parts of the building.
