• Dinara (10/5): Great location - Amazing location. The street was very quiet at night and I could have a good sleep when I stayed there. The owners were very kind and caring. I would love to thank them again for waiting for us because we had to check-in super late.
• Gönül (10/5): - Es war der beste Aufenthalt, den wir je in einem B&B hatten. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, das Bett äußerst bequem und das Badezimmer frisch renoviert. Zudem ist die Unterkunft sehr zentral gelegen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir aber Antonios außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft. Er hat sich um alles gekümmert, war jederzeit hilfsbereit und hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht. So eine herzliche und aufmerksame Art erlebt man nur selten. Noch einmal vielen Dank dafür – wir wünschen euch alles Gute!

• Martine (8/5): - Situé dans le centre historique, pas loin des lieux animés et des monuments. Chambre assez grande avec balcon et terrasse commune L'hôtesse n'est absolument pas présente. On l'a juste vu 5mn au début pour payer les taxes et donner les pièces d'identité. Elle est d'ailleurs venue plus tard que l'heure prévue de notre arrivée (heureusement une aide ménagère était là pour nous donner les clés) Dans la chambre le lit simple n'avait pas un bon couchage, il n'y avait qu'une prise, celle de la télé, pour recharger nos téléphones. Dans la salle de bain, pas d'interrupteur à l'entrée de la pièce (pas pratique la nuit!) Pas d'eau potable ni à la salle de bains ni a la cuisine , juste à disposition des bouteilles d'eau que L'hôtesse dit avoir purifiée. A savoir que la rue est calme mais très pauvre et populaire, ça nous dérangeait pas mais mieux vaut le savoir
• Jenny (9/5): Nice and convenient apartment - It was very spacious,clean and comfortable. The location was ok because it was within a walking distance to the train station as well as the main attractions. The neighbourhood street was kind dirty and narrow though. The property has a small kitchen where the host offers some fruit, bread and yogurt in addition to the coffee and tea. That was very convenient for us. The property is on the third floor and you need to carry your luggage upstairs.

Gegen geringen Aufpreis sehr üppiges Frühstück - vorsicht, uns war es fast zu viel 😉 Die Ausstattung ist funktional, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

• Nina (10/5): Fijne plek, top locatie en onwijs gastvrije eigenaren! - Mooie kamer, heerlijke douche en bovenal hele meedenkende en flexibele eigenaren. Onwijs gastvrij en heel behulpzaam! Bovendien op een top locatie: midden in de stad, in no-time bij de bezienswaardigheden en horeca en op loopafstand van het station.

• Hanna (7/5): Bra - Personalen var otroligt tillmötesgående, hjälpte oss att lägga till ett extra datum i efterhand. Badrummet var nytt och väldigt fint. Sängarna var sköna, rummet var helt rent och fint. Det ligger väldigt nära de turistiga gatorna i historiska centrum, så om man gillar det är läget toppen. Bilderna och verkligheten stämde inte riktigt överens, men det var inget fel på rummet. Vi trodde att det fanns ett gemensamt kök att laga mat i, men det var inte så. Vi hade inte heller förstått att det fanns fler boende som delade på köket osv. Vi gillade inte området som hotellet låg i, men det är en smaksak.

• Chris (7/5): Palermo city is very “shabby chic”, and this guest house perfectly fits that aesthetic. - Central location. Really pleasant owners. Not actually.. Felt like basic maintenance was needed. Toilet flush (set in the wall) needed attention twice when the toilet stopped working, sink faucet in the main kitchen was wobbly, one of the bedside lamps didn’t work properly, the front door to enter the building did not latch. Be aware it is not actually a bed and breakfast, unless you pay extra for breakfast.

The bathroom was not clean, the floor was dirty. The building is old, we saw few cockroaches in the bathroom. I am sad writing these things considering the host family's kindness but these problems need to be solved to deserve good rating.

Breakfast is was generous and tasty. Location is also nice. They had coffee and water all the time Hotel name is not indicated on the building and the outside door is hard to open first. Although we got checked in early, I am wondering why check out is at 10 and check in is at 16:00? I never seen check in 16:00 in my life 🤷‍♀️

• Darren (9/5): Lovely, characterful, central b&b - Great location near tourist attractions, amazing street scene. Host were very friendly and breakfast was lovely. Really good value for money for such a great location. Palermo centre is quite challenging to drive to and park as a lot of the streets are incredibly narrow. There was a lot of rubbish in the city and many streets smell really badly of urine. Room would need more storage if you were staying longer and wanted to unpack everything.

• Allison (10/5): Excellent! Safe, comfortable, authentic Italy - La Dolce Vita! - This property was in the best location. I was able to walk with my luggage from the train station and being in the historic district was perfect to see all the sights. It felt so authentic and well appointed. It was clean, the bed was comfy and I loved the balcony on my room, it made me think of Romeo and Juliette, and the view from it was fantastic. Great shower and nice big bathroom. Good full length mirror. Delicious fresh croissants, and all ltne espresso you could want at any time of day! They had the nice touch of leaving out water to drink so no need to waste plastic bottles. As a solo female traveler I felt super safe and comfortable here. Wonderful hosts who are there to help but don’t intrude. They went above and beyond, so happy I chose to stay here and will return.
• David (8/5): Excellent accommodation - I had one of three self contained rooms with shared kitchen in a flat. Owners lived nearby along the interior courtyard balcony. Lovely big room with en suite shower room. Excellent a/c and plenty of hot water. Very helpful hosts. Good breakfast with croissants, yogurts, fruit, coffee and tea. Great position for tourist spots, buses and trains. No complaints
• Brendon (7/5): Good - The room was large with wonderfully high ceilings and a very comfortable bed and large bathroom. It was a great change to have a decent sized shower! We had a sitting room beside our room which looked over the internal courtyard area. The kitchen was well equipped for making coffee or heating food at any time. We were welcomed by a lovely cleaning lady so we could leave our bags and go exploring until check in. The continental breakfast was generous and thoughtful. It was difficult to know which floor the BnB was on. A note in the check in instructions would be good.

• Heather (9/5): Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again - Good mattress and pillows, prime location for the old town and sites, hospitable hosts, yummy fresh croissants for breakfast We arrived late (10:30pm) which our host kindly agreed to but we found it hard to find in the dark. The instructions were excellent up to the last 30m. It took us 5mins to figure out the exact door. This wasn’t a big deal though thankfully and was 100% worth it. Tiny suggestion to add “turn right, take next left, 4th door on the right” for us with bad flights.

• Lia (10/5): B&B with a local family feeling - This is a B&B in the historic part of Palermo. It is a B&B next to the owners' own apartment so they are right next door and available. They provide breakfast in a common kitchen for the 2 rooms they rent. Has a family feeling to it. Very clean, nice location and the owners are willing to help out with information. The room we stayed in is very large and has a small balcony that opens in the street. The furniture have an "old character" to them which add to the charm of this room. This is a 10 rated property for people who are looking for a local charming family feeling in the historic part of Palermo. The sofa bed could have been a little more comfortable.

• Hallonsoda (6/5): A disappointment... - Great location and the room was big with air-condition. Good pressure in the shower. Booked this B&B after reading all the reviews, and I don't share the same view at all. The B&B was a sheer disappointment. Poor breakfast and no cleaning. The bed was also too hard for me. Shower was very dark since there was no lights near it. Difficult to find the B&B as there is no sign. The balcony is small and cannot be used other than for ventilation. It's a shame since the location is very good.

• Marie (9/5): lovely stay in heart of Palermo - Lovely home in a heart of Palermo. Easy walking distance to main sites and train station. Yummy breakfast of sicilian pastries, arancini, yogurt and fruit.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - We found it a bit difficult to find but the owner helped when I called. The front of the property doesn't have a sign but apparently this is because they are mot allowed as they are a small b&b. Do NOT let this put you off as the accomodation and owners are absolutely wonderful!!! They are so lovely and helpful and yur breakfast is incredible too! We will definitely be back!
