The room was cleaned and the towels were changed every day. The room was stocked with amenities such as towels, shampoo, and toothbrushes.

- Michal (8/5): Ze spokojnym sumieniem mogę polecić ten hotel. - Do wyboru śniadanie azjatyckie w hotelu obok należącym do tej samej sieci lub zachodnie w hotelu. Osobiście wyżej oceniam śniadanie azjatyckie, choć i zachodnie nie było złe. Doceniam możliwość pozostawienia bagażu w przechowalni i to zarówno przed zameldowaniem jak i po wymeldowaniu z pokoju. Bardzo miła obsługa w recepcji. Codziennie zmieniane ręczniki, czysta łazienka i sprzątany pokój. Niezaprzeczalnym atutem jest lokalizacja hotelu, w prestiżowej Ginza ,tuż przy stacji metra, w pobliżu targu rybnego, ogrodów cesarskich, teatru kabuki i sympatycznych restauracji z przystępnymi cenami , dobrym jedzeniem i życzliwą obsługą. Nie było takich sytuacji. Mam wyłącznie pozytywną opinię :)

- Alejandra (6/5): Barrio tranquilo - Todo muy limpio! No me ayudaron a resolver un problema porque no hablaban inglés y tampoco me prestaron el teléfono para hacer una llamada local. No me quisieron guardar las valijas hasta que volviera por lo que tome otro hotel que si me las guardo. Cambie 3 semanas antes por la guerra, el día de llegada y me lo cobraron igual aunque no lo usé.

- Damon (9/5): Great hotel in Japan with great location and clean rooms. Would stay again if back in the Ginza area of Tokyo! - One of our favorite hotels in Japan! It was comfortable, there was a little more space in this room than others and with extra room for your luggage. Beds were comfortable but firm! Shower/bathroom was expectedly small but great. The staff was kind and the hotel was very clean. Location was excellent close to great restaurants and activities. Very close to train station as well! No additional amenities but doesn’t change my opinion on the hotel!

It's a bit far from the main attractions in Ginza, but it's easily accessible by several subway lines. N/A
- Tamla (7/5): Very comfortable bed in a clean hotel close to the imperial palace - Clean tidy rooms and in a good location with easy access via bus and subway. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast wasn’t at the standard of other places we have stayed. Small selection and not much seating space.

- Enya (6/5): It’s livable - It’s cheap and livable No onsen powder, bed cover was already visibly old & should’ve been replaced, in between stay clean did not vacuum the floor, sound proof was mediocre. There was no public onsen in the hotel. Room was dark.

- Christopher (8/5): Worked fine but would opt out of breakfast - Location was good with easy access to the subway. The hotel was a good place to stay. Lousy elevator situation as the lobby was on the second floor. So to check out one had a long wait for an elevator and then found people trying to go down to the first floor after checking out so there was pure chaos in the lobby before a staff member eventually opened up the fire escape stairs to alleviate the congestion. I personally would not recommend the breakfast as it was the most limited breakfast of the 3 weeks we spent in Japan. The croissants were not fresh, the options limited. The service was not good. Someone standing around and making sure that you not only returned your dishes but scraped them off into a bin. One thing we learned is returning dishes but this was the first time we experienced someone not working and whose job seemed to be to make sure that the guests did their job for them.

Заселение строго в 15.00, выселение строго в 10.00, причем предупреждают, что задержка выселения до 30 минут - штраф 500 йен. Не припомню такого вообще в других отелях. Расположение в районе, где рядом нет ничего популярного для туристических поездок. Кровати бесформенные, ванная неудобная. Цена за проживание завышена.

- Virginia Faro (10/5): Excelente - Bem localizado, metro na frente, tudo muito limpo. Excelente bairro para andar e pegar o ketto para todas as localidades. Ar condicionado e calefação muito bons. O tamanho do quarto está bom, não tenho do que reclamar. Agora se você é um viajante com 3,4,5 malas grandes, então vai ter dificuldade com espaço. Viajo com mala pequena e mochila de 40 litros, então para mim foi ótimo. Voltarei novamente a me hospedar aqui quando retornar a Tokyo.

- mom (10/5): ビジネスホテルクラスを検討する方には確実にお勧めです。 - 何かの手違いで２部屋予約されていたが、ホテルの配慮でキャンセルして頂けた。 とにかくフロントスタッフの方々がとても親切で有り難かったです。 立地も築地駅から近く、便利です。 フロント階がすごく狭いので、チェックアウトの時間帯は、スーツケースを持つ人々でかなり混み合います。 周りの部屋の音も気になります。
