The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and very generous with a wide variety of options. The location was perfect - everything was easily accessible, and it made exploring Berlin very convenient. The interior of the hotel was beautiful, stylish, and well-designed, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin.

- Schmidt (4/5): Nicht zu empfehlen. - Eigentlich nicht so viel. Die Nähe zum Brandenburger Tor ist ganz ok. Am Bett zwischen den Kissen am Kopfteil klebte ein Kaugummi. Handtücher waren fleckig. Der Abfluss in der Dusche hat ausgesehen als würde er seit Jahren nicht mehr gereinigt worden sein. Das Personal an der Rezeption war frech und inkompetent bei Mängelmeldung. Und versteht kaum Deutsch. Eine Email mit Klärungsversuch und Entschädigungsbitte wurde nicht beantwortet sondern anscheinend ignoriert.

Ragt direkt in den Parkplatz hinein auf höhe der Reifen. Ich habe mir daran Felge und Reifen massivs beschädigt.

Außerdem waren sie durch einen Wackelkontakt nur schwer zu bedienen. Das Öffnen der Jalousien war immer Glückssache. Der Frühstücksraum war mir persönlich zu dunkel. Es fehlten kleine Leselampen.

- David (9/5): Bra och prisvärt hotell som ligger i lite sämre område - Väldigt bra och varierad frukost. Förhållandevis centralt och jag och min far kunde gå in till centrum. Bra och hjälpsam personal som finns tillgängliga dygnet runt. Stora rum och rejäla sängar. Många restauranger precis i närheten av hotellet. Kunde ibland bli rätt varmt på rummet på nätterna. Läget kan vara ett problem för barnfamiljer då det förekommer gatuprostitution i området. Med det sagt ska det inte överdrivas då min far som jag reste med inte märkte det alls och han förstod det först när jag påpekade det för honom efter vi lämnat Berlin. Knappen för att hissa och sänka gardinen hade tappat sin svarta färg och blivit vit och en del av golvet inne i duschen hade bleknat och gav ett lite slitet intryck, men rent funktionellt var det inga problem.

Exceptional friendly staff! Weather was cold - but no any heater in room. No legal parking at hotel entrance. Parking is 100 meters from entrance and no elevator connections between. So you need to walk with luggage from parking. No pleasant at rain!

- Julie H (9/5): Excellent rapport qualité-prix - La gentillesse des réceptionnistes, humaines et au petit soin. La qualité de la literie. Les chambres sont insonorisées. L'hôtel est très calme. Bon petit déjeuner, mais pas non plus exceptionnel. Le système pour allumer la douche et régler la température de l'eau, est incompréhensible selon moi. Le portrait de l'otarie dans la salle de bain est effrayant, chambre 437. J'aurais aimé que le nettoyage au moins des poubelles soit faits tous les jours.

Good location, close to restaurants, supermarket and shopping malls within walking distance. Very spacious room, huge bathroom, excellent variety at breakfast. - Anton (9/5): Will be my first choice for Berlin next time - Very convenient location to visit the center of Berlin. Very good and comfortable room with enough space. Good breakfast, quite expensive though. Bathroom floor could have been cleaner + calcaire stains here and there. Only one bottle of water for the whole stay and no way to get more except for buying it in the bar.

- Michael (9/5): Schönes Hotel in Zentrumsnähe mit herausragendem Frühstück. - Das Zimmer war groß genug, die Betten sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hof, daher trotz zentraler Lage, schön ruhig. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und ausgezeichnet. Rührei und Spiegelei wurden frisch zubereitet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

- Thomas (7/5): - Sehr schönes Zimmer. Nur die Abläufe im Badezimmer haben übel gerochen. Und damit der ganze Raum.
- Ulf (8/5): War sehr zufrieden - Der Service. Das Frühstück. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Die Betten waren leider etwas weich bzw. alt.
