Alessandro (8/5): Passaggio a Palermo - Accoglienza, pulizia, posizione a 15' a piedi dal centro pedonale, vicinissima alla stazione metro/treni di Notarbartolo, quindi 30' dall'aeroporto. Cinque minuti a piedi dalla fermata del bus proveniente da Trapani. Pur essendo al 4° piano giungono prepotenti i rumori del traffico.

Se non fosse stato per Roberto, il ragazzo che ci ha assistito nei primi giorni, avremmo avuto difficoltà, se non era per quest ultimo nemmeno i cornetti freschi avevamo. Roberto è stato molto disponibile e gentile, ma purtroppo non posso dire lo stesso per i proprietari della struttura. Hanno richiesto il pagamento di una tassa extra, giustificandosi in vari modi, e ci hanno fornito la ricevuta solo dopo l'intervento di Booking, che ha chiarito l'importanza di rispettare il contratto. È stata una situazione spiacevole, in quanto avremmo apprezzato maggiore empatia e cortesia da parte loro.

All night long we can hear the street noises. The variety of food at breakfast was very limited. For the late check- in we were charged 18€ but nowhere was stipulated this in the booking description.
Allegra (7/5): Lovely hosts, very clean, we didn't get to stay for breakfast but it looked great. - Location was perfect for what we needed - right next to the train station for an easy one-night stay between dropping off our rental car and heading to the airport the next morning. It's on a noisy street. Also, there weren't any check-in instructions provided and it was challenging to figure out how to access the b&b as its in a high-rise building.

The young man that assisted us with check in and check out was very nice and friendly. The breakfast cornettos were amazing! Difficult to find at night time when we arrived. Towels were a little hard and served like an exfoliator after showers.

Karl (10/5): Great little place - Roberto was a fabulous host. Thoughtful, kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious with a super comfy bed. He would bring a variety of fresh croissants every morning for breakfast with an endless supply of coffee. Was a little bit away from the old town but a 20 minute walk is never such a bad thing... especially in this country where you really need to walk to work off all the delicious food that abounds.

Great location for travelling from/to Palermo airport (punta raisi) because there is a train station a few meters from the rooms. Croissants and coffee for a breakfast was also very delicious. The host was very friendly and helpful all the time even we arrived at late night time. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone.
