Spa, basen, siłownia, wszystko super, czystość, codzienne sprzątanie, wygodne łóżka, bar na miejscu. Blisko centrum, dobry dojazd do wyciągów narciarskich. Parking, garaż zewnętrzny i podziemny. Polecam. Brak drzwi do łazienki, obsługa bez problemu użycia parawan.
- Cédric (10/5): Exceptionnel - Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Tout était absolument parfait : l’accueil, la qualité du service, l’attention portée aux clients et le confort de la chambre. Celle-ci est spacieuse, très bien agencée et rénovée avec des matériaux nobles et de grande qualité, ce qui crée une atmosphère à la fois élégante et très agréable. Je prends très rarement le temps de répondre aux questionnaires des hôtels, mais l’expérience exceptionnelle que nous avons vécue dans cet établissement mérite vraiment d’être soulignée. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et son accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. RAS

- Norbert (10/5): Polecamy, miejsce super, miejscowość piękna. - Hotel bardzo przyjemny. Obsługa rewelacyjna, pomocna i miła. Śniadania jak wiadomo we Włoszech podstawowe ale i tak smaczne i świeże. Obiadokolacje rewelacyjne, szwedzki stół super, bardzo urozmaicony. Podóżówaliśmy z psem, przywitano go rewelacyjnie. Pięknie, polecam w 100%.

Spa e piscina di buon livello e spazio Colazione ricca e di buona qualità Parcheggio disponibile, a pochi passi dal centro di Moena e sulla strada per raggiungere le aree Ski di Lusia e San Pellegrino Acqua della piscina era "tiepida" dovrebbero alzare decisamente la temperatura soprattutto visto che offrono uno spazio piscina esterno, con quella temperatura dell'acqua non era usufruibile.

- Ina (7/5): Modernes Hotel in guter Lage, aber mit Schwächen beim Komfort. - Positiv hervorzuheben ist die gute Lage des Hotels sowie die großzügig geschnittenen, modernen Zimmer. Auch die vorhandene E-Ladesäule und die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel sind ein Pluspunkt. Die Matratzen waren sehr hart und unbequem, was den Schlafkomfort stark beeinträchtigt hat. Auch die Balkonmöbel, insbesondere die Stühle waren unbequem, was das Verweilen dort unattraktiv machte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar ausreichend, jedoch sehr beengt in einer U-Form aufgebaut. Dadurch kam es regelmäßig zu Gedränge, was ein entspanntes Frühstück erschwerte. Hinzu kommt, dass die Sitzplätze beim Frühstück fest nach Zimmernummer zugeteilt wurden. Leider bedeutete das für uns, dass wir keinen Platz mit schöner Aussicht genießen konnten. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel wirkte insgesamt eher kühl und schlicht, was natürlich Geschmackssache ist, uns aber nicht angesprochen hat.

Dopo la merenda la SPA si è riempita eccessivamente con alcuni soggetti chiassosi. Avremmo preferito una camera a un piano più alto per godere meglio della bella vista sul paese, ma va bene lo stesso.

Ci è stata data una camera meravigliosa che era addirittura per 4 persone ed eravamo 2 più un cagnolino. Il nostro amico a 4 zampe è stato trattato con tutte le accortezze del caso, una ciotola con biscottini al nostro arrivo è stata un’apprezzata sorpresa. Colazione buona e molto gradita anche la merenda pomeridiana. Posizione ottima a 5 min a piedi dal centro con parcheggio privato Nulla

- galia (10/5): - The most beautiful room decoration and facilities within our trip to the area. Very nice indoor pool, which also has an exit out to air, Sauna (dry and wet), slippers etc. Most worth mentioning is David, the staff member who welcomed us when we arrived in the evening and also in the day after -, explained everthing with patience and smile, kept the pool open after formal hours, so we could enjoy it after a long drivel, and even assisted with ordering us a table at a recommended restaurant (it was delicious!). Super nice - David, thank you!! We would have loved having a tea pot in our room in order to make our own coffee. Also, the bathroom doesn't have a door (may be a bit of a problem when traveling with teenagers). But otherwise - a great and recommended hotel!

- Marco (9/5): Wonderful stay, heart and soul were taken care of in the Dolomites. - Newly build, excellent access by driving short to ski areas like Alpe Lusia, Latemar or Sella Ronda. Great with Sauna and swimming pool. Walking distance to great restaurants in Moena. Everyone does their best, but having a few more service people could help with overall service performance and even higher satisfaction.
- Rac (8/5): - Posizione strategica e panoramica vicino al centro di Moena senza bisogno di spostare l'auto. Non c'è ascensore, ma il cibo è buono e in inverno è ben riscaldato.
