• Devona (10/5): Hidden Gem - We loved the little backyard. It was like our own little oasis in paradise. The owners are very friendly and the food was always good. Just a short walk to the beach.

• JERRY J (8/5): - host and hostess were VERY nice, you can see the ocean barely from the patio, it's not too far on foot to get to the beach, the rooms are adequate except no tv! breakfast provided was very limited but the coffee was excellent and the host were great!
• Mark (10/5): - This is our first time visiting Panama and we are so happy that we booked a couple of nights here! We took a bus from Panama City to Rio Hato then a taxi to the B&B. I highly recommend a stay here on your travels through Panama! The beach is wonderful, the staff was friendly and kind, and the food was great! Our room was clean and comfortable! We would stay here again!

• Marie (10/5): - Welcoming and friendly atmosphere 👌 Alexandra’s place might not be the most luxuriest place in town but it is quiet, safe, welcoming, two steps from a beautiful long beach 🏖️, friendly staff and above all that, Alexandra is an amazing cook and prices are very decent. Simply said, you will feel like if you were in paradise surrounded with angels 😇. We definitely recommend La Perla de Farallon, a lovely place with a ❤️.
• Malcolm (10/5): Delightful family-owned B&B - This is a delightful family-owned B&B, within a 2 minute walk to the ocean Sandy Beach. The room was small, but adequate and clean. We can certainly recommend La Perla to other guests
• Ariel (8/5): Un lugar sencillo y agradable! - Esta bien para pasar la noche y desayunar, pero la relación precio / calidad no es la mejor, el precio esta un poco alto para la infraestructura que tienen, por ese valor hay opciones de mejor nivel.

• Brian (10/5): Wonderful Stay - Arrived in a thunderstorm. The owner came out with umbrella and took our luggage to the room for us. Very welcoming! Breakfast was a little disappointing, scrambled eggs with slice of cold cut ham and american cheese. Was hoping for a Panamanian breakfast. However their lunch and dinner menu delicious. Excellent customer service!

De ligger rett ved en fantastisk nesten privat sandstrand, god mat, god seng å fantastisk familie. Håper vi en gang får muligheten å treffe dem igjen å overnatte på denne perlen. Tusen takk for oss.
• Verified traveler (10/5): La Perle is a true Gem of Farallon - Absolutly fabulous. Very clean, comfortable room with private bathroom and toileters provided. Very eco-friendly place. Nice & healthy free breakast and Delicious home-made meals for lunch and dinner if you do not like looking around for restaurants. The most important this little B&B is hosted by the most beautiful and attentive family who made our stay very comfortable and memorable. We felt like at home spending restful evenings on the comfy patio with the picturesque view on surronding gardens and ocean. Beach is just 3 minutes walk away and is gorgous. You can swim or walk miles there. One of the best and picturesque beaches in area. La Perle of the Farallon is the truly hidden gem in this colorful beach neighborhood!

• Verified traveler (8/5): Kann man mehr draus machen - Das La Perla hat eine super Lage mit tollem Ausblick aufs Meer. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war auch völlig ok. Wir waren für 3 Nächte dort und keinmal wurde irgendetwas gereinigt oder der Müll ausgeleert. Für die 3 Nächte haben wir 270$ bezahlt und dafür wünsche ich mir einfach Sauberkeit. Es gibt eine tolle Terrasse auf der man sich aufhalten darf. Aber leider wird auch hier nichts gereinigt. Sodass wir uns nicht auf die Liegen legen wollten oder auf die tolle große Couch setzen. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt aber das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war nicht ok. Nur weil man Strandlage hat muss man nicht auf Sauberkeit verzichten müssen.
• Yana (4/5): Not what we expected whatsoever! - This property is not what we expected whatsoever. We were promised a room with a panoramic view, but got a room with a tiny window overlooking lines with laundry. There was no hot water. Also, it took us almost two hours to find it as there is no specific address. GPS brings you to a different location. As we were looking for them, no phones were answered.

But not the fault of the B&B. was Expedias fault. Its just a simple little house with the cute little puppy but the people there was very understanding and helpful. The beach was beautiful in that area.

If you're looking for a great experience at a quaint and cozy place steps from the beach, stay here! The owners went above and beyond to make a wonderful holiday. The property is nice and clean, the room was perfect with working a/c and a comfy bed, the nearby beach is beautiful, and the food is fantastic! I hope to return sooner rather than later!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Perfect Beach Getaway! - We had a bit of mix-up on check-in with room availability, but the hosts more than made up with their friendliness. We stayed just a couple of days in both the private bathroom room and the shared bathroom. Don't worry about sharing a bathroom- the property was very clean as was the bathroom. The rooms are large and bright with plenty of storage space. If you're looking for a place to stay close to the beach, this is so perfect! Just a few minutes walk with a private entrance and the hosts have beach chairs and umbrellas for you to use free of charge. Lovely white sand beach! There isn't anywhere to get groceries or eat within walking distance- but with an uber or car you'll find somewhere close. We were vegetarian/vegan and unfortunately breakfast was a little lacking but the friendliness of the hosts more than made up for that! Lovely property with sun chairs and outside space. We'll for sure be back! The party noise from the Decameron hotel just next door is pretty loud- we weren't too bothered by this, but if you're noise sensitive bring ear plugs!

• Marvin (10/5): Comfortable, clean, and close to the beach - Loved La Perla. Very comfortable and clean. The room was very small but it wasn’t a problem. Maria, the hostess was great and we loved her breakfasts as well as the other guests from around the world. We’ll be staying there again on future trips.

The room and food are basic but pleasant. There is space for chilling out after time on the beach. Tios nearby is a great restaurant, but is about it fo r choices. The resort nearby does have load entertainment at night, but quits by 10 or 11.

Breakfast was terrible and the walk to the beach was treacherous (had to watch out for broken glass, dog poop, etc). Also, I don’t get the rave reviews for Playa Farallón. I thought it was gross! White sand? No way. Also, there was TONS of trash, stray dogs, outfall pipes (hopefully just storm water, but who knows). We couldn’t wait to leave!

La habitación limpia, se duerme muy bien y la playa está muy cerca lo que da una experiencia agradable. El hotel tiene una zona verde o jardín muy agradable a la vista y el lugar es relajarte. Las rea habitaciones que tiene el hotel comparten el baño lo cual es el único detalle que podría mencionar en contra.

Yoga classes are held daily on the property. The garden area is pleasant. Access to some rooms requires negotiating steep stairs so if you are limited, confirm specifics prior to booking. Beach access is available but property is not immediately on the beach. Owner will provide beach chairs on request. On the whole, we were treated like family and will certainly stay with Perla when travels bring us back this way.
• Nancy (10/5): I'd stay here anytime. - Very pleasant. The people that own and manage the property are focused friendly and accommodating. Maria proved some great suggestions for restaurants. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Not elegant but roomy, convenient, and nice. Oh a beautiful terrace for sitting. The room we were in had a ton of closet space.
