Guest Reviews
- Hemash (10/5): - 👍👍👍
- Sharon (6/5): - `The stay was ok cheap and cheerful, everything you needed in the kitchen. Place could do with decorating to a better standard. It was very local to the town centre. and the landlady was nice and helpful on arrival.
- Kurt (8/5): Comfort - Good for the price
- Josh (6/5): Basic but Good - Service was great, although I didn't use it much, other than to ask for an iron and ironing board, which were provided the same evening.
The kitchen area had suitable appliances, etc. It was great that there was a good provision of tea, coffee and sugar to make own drinks and the biscuits on arrival were tasty too!
Wardrobe space was adequate (not the same as the pictures - was a rail), but it held my clothes and was perfectly adequate.
The bed was a little uncomfortable for my tastes - I like a firmer mattress and this was a little too soft for my liking - stiff shoulder after the first night.
The shower worked great, although one of the doors is coming off its hinges. The toilet seat was also a little prone to moving when sitting on it, so good balance was required! Two towels provided, which was really handy for me, especially after coming in from the gym!
The Wifi was a bit hit and miss though - but when it worked it was great.
TV has Netflix - which is a bonus - I didn't realise this until the third night of four nights staying though.
The room would benefit from information being put up somewhere (on a wall maybe); the usual fire details, netflix is available, how to sign up for WiFi, who to contact if any issues, what to do when leaving, etc.
For the price, location and comfort, really have no complaints and would happily stay again :)
- Verified traveler (6/5): - For the price and location, this was what I expected.
