• Kaylin (6/5): We got a hotel for the pool, less than pleased…. Probably won’t be back. - The room was beautiful, bathroom smelled like poop as soon as we got there. Smell wouldn’t go away. Pool had 50+ people in it Saturday night, chaotic, water was gross, no towels for over an hour. I finally had to leave the pool area sopping wet and go to front lobby to ask for towels. She then brought in maybe 8 for 50+ people. Cloudy, couldn’t even see my feet, hurt our eyes, smelled gross, hair and bandaids everywhere. Probably need to have a pool at capacity sign or only allow X amount of people…

I booked for my daughter’s birthday party and thought the room was bigger than it was!! The pool was extremely busy which is of no fault of the staff but the pool area was dirty and the rooms could have been cleaner. They also don’t have a jacuzzi and the pool is pretty small for the size of the hotel.

There were 4 people at the bar and 1 other table plus our table of 2, the ones seated at the bar were all on their phones and were not drinking much so the bar tender was far from overworked. I sat for 20 minutes waiting for her to return so I could order my second drink. When she finally showed up she didn't ask if there was anything else I wanted and simply gave me the bill to pay.

The breakfast was good but there wasn't enough seating. The restaurant was very good. The service and food were exceptional. Seating for breakfast (there were not enough tables and it was crowded.
• James (5/5): - I dont understand why the restaurant would close at 9pm and the bar at 10pm while the PGA Tour is in town. I was told that half of the field was staying at the hotel. I personally witnessed 7 PGA tour players try to order food around 905pm plus and get turned down. Awful business!! The bar and our room wasn't up to our standards of cleanliness, especially for the price. You would think they would do a once over before the 4th of July and a PGA tournament.

Opened the kitchen cabinet and you could see more food on bowls and coffee on a coffee cup handle that was in the cabinet. Hair and bath powder in bathroom by toilet.

Room was spacious with lovely view & clean. The set temperature upon arrival in the room was set to 70 which felt cold considering it was negative outside but it quickly warms up once you raise it.

• Jamie (10/5): Fantastic hotel - Great location. The restaurants were nice and the view was great. Nothing, I've been staying hotels for the past few years with my family and this is by far the best yet.

Every staff member I met greeted me and was always helpful. This is where I stay whenever I visit the Quad Cities. For me, there is no other option. I don't know anything that I would change
