- Valenthin (4/5): Hotel with friendly but incompetent staff and dirty walls and beds - + friendly staff + bathroom clean and facilities working + nice view to city center + AC working good - walls, door and light switches dirty (large dark areas where people usually come in contact), many years since last fresh wall paint, did not felt clean - linen too small for mattress - mattress pretty saggy and a bit dirty - blanket was obviously not suited for washing (no duvet cover) - dirt under bed - a couple of soap dispenser in bedroom, all empty. Staff told on request that soap run out, but without getting new soap the following days. - no telephone for outgoing calls in the hotel available (e.g. for booking or calling a taxi)
