- Seaside56927320439 (10/5): A warm hospitality and feel like home. - I always feel at home, and Pullman Tokyo is absolutely my favorite hotel in Tokyo. The breakfast, facilities, and the hotel’s modern, stylish design are all sophisticated, but what I love most is the people. Especially Ms. Diamond, the Front Office Manager, her warm hospitality is truly world class. We once had a casual conversation about how much my 3 years old son loves trains. She remembered that conversation and thoughtfully assigned us a room with a train view just for him. Watching the trains from the window made him incredibly happy. Thank you so much for your consistently wonderful hospitality. I give Pullman Tokyo my highest recommendation!!!!

- Huong Thao (8/5): Good location, clean and comfort room - Room was clean, large, cozy and comfortable. The location is great, easy to connect to different areas with trains. Staff was a bit slow to find out my room with friend. They were friendly but less supportive.
- erickV3584LW (8/5): 4/5 convenient, but dry air made it uncomfortable - Location: Very quick walk to both JR trains and subway lines. The grocery store in the same plaza was very helpful. And, restaurants in the plaza made for easy meals when tired after a day of walking. 3 brands of convenience stores too. The only negative is you need to travel to get everywhere since there was nothing on our itinerary in walking distance. Bedroom: Plenty of room. Chargers on both sides of the bed. Great lighting. Bathroom: Sink didn’t drain very well. Bathroom was a bit tight with the bathroom door doubling as the door to the bidet. Shower: No problems with leaking shower! Rain shower was useless due to low pressure. All it did was get water in your eyes. The regular shower head was sufficient. Pros: Convenient to transportation and grocery stores, restaurants, convenience stores in a business plaza. Cons: The room was dry despite humidifier, the toiletries were drying, the towels were starched and dehydrated the skin. Notice a theme? After nearly a week, it was pretty uncomfortable. Very minimal train and construction noise—but you could still hear it.
- KevinWashDC (10/5): Chic hotel with a nice blend of French and Japanese vibes - We really enjoyed our stay at the Pullman Tokyo Tamachi. It’s a chic hotel in a good location, very convenient to trains and Haneda airport. The room, a Deluxe Executive King room, was lovely, modern and spacious but Tokyo standards at 29m2. The Executive Lounge is on the small side but well designed and laid out so that it never felt crowded even when it was at capacity. The Executive Lounge manager, Kim, is an absolute delight and really made our stay feel special. Our 6 year old son liked her so much he drew her a picture on our last day. The breakfast at the restaurant is very nice with a varied buffet and several made to order options served to the table. Staff were lovely and we were pleasantly surprised that several spoke French. We will definitely stay at the Pullman Tokyo Tamachi again when visiting Tokyo.
- Bezi (8/5): Good location - This was the most expensive hotel we stayed at in Japan. Whilst it is a nice hotel I am not sure it was any better than some of the cheaper places we stayed. There is nothing really special about the place and the rooms are not huge. It is located in an interesting area, not that touristy, which is nice. It is next to the train station which makes it handy. Our room was very quiet, despite overlooking the station. There are loads of restaurants in the same building complex so there is no shortage of food options. There is also a big supermarket (Life) nearby. The nicest thing about the hotel was their happy hour which was good value. We didn't have breakfast there but there is a Starbucks close by. There is nothing wrong with the hotel but at the price they charge per night I was hoping for something a bit better.

- TheFlyingReviewer (10/5): A Perfect Family Stay with Exceptional Service! - We recently stayed at the Pullman Tokyo Tamachi and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Our family booked two rooms for a brief one-night stay on September 28th before heading to Osaka, and then returned in early October for a four-night stay. This time, we stayed in a deluxe suite that was simply incredible, spacious, beautifully designed, and featuring a king bed and even a lovely bath tub. The location was fantastic, right near Tamachi Station, which made it super easy for us to get around, including our train ride from Narita Airport. The area around the hotel had plenty of dining options, lots of restaurants, a 7-Eleven right outside, and a Life Supermarket and another convenience store nearby, which made everything super convenient. During our stay, we took the kids to Disneyland, which was just a quick Uber ride away, and we celebrated my daughter’s fifth birthday at the hotel with an incredible five-course dinner. The signature dinner was absolutely delicious, and the culinary team truly outdid themselves with each dish. Breakfast at KASA was another highlight, with a great variety of pastries and hot foods that we really enjoyed. As a Diamond member, we also appreciated the lounge access and all the extra perks. The staff went out of their way to make our daughter’s celebration special and made us feel truly taken care of. All in all, we can’t recommend the Pullman Tokyo Tamachi enough. It was the perfect base for our Tokyo adventures and a truly memorable stay.
- Matt84London (10/5): Great hotel to explore Tokyo with brilliant transport links - We stayed at the Pullman Tokyo Tamachi for 5 nights during our trip to Japan. The hotel is located near Tamachi station which is served by the Yamanote and Keihin line and one station away from Hamamatsucho – the terminus of the Haneda Airport monorail. Close by is also Mita station which is served by the Mita and Asakusa subway lines. In essence, the hotel has very convenient transport connections to major lines in Tokyo and also reaching major railway stations such as Tokyo Station or Shinagawa (both being served by the Shinkansen) is very quick and easy. The hotel is also located next to a larger office complex which features a small food court, a supermarket and also a Lawsons and Seven-Eleven. Check-in was quick and very friendly. Our room was located on the 06th floor, spacious with a comfortable bed and featured modern interior. The room layout is rather contemporary with the bathroom sink being not separated from the main room. Shower and toilette are in their own little cubes. The room also features a Nespresso machine with daily refill of capsules. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Pullman Tokyo Tamachi. Given the convenient transport links, it served as a perfect base to explore this amazing city and its surroundings.

- DinFrance (10/5): Great location - To be honest, we didn't get off to the best start. Rather tired and flustered we walked into reception and checked in. It was all pre-paid so was fairly straightforward. But it was all a bit corporate and that frustrates me i.e. they say all the stuff but you just don't feel they mean it - and then I was asked 'What time are you checking out?'. Blimey, i thought (and said) - I've only just got here. I honestly had no idea and it just seemed a bit of pressure so they could probably 'model' their cleaning rota. Anyway, I probably overreacted - but it rubbed me up the wrong way. The other negative - to get them out the way - is the atrocious music track that they seem to play all though the hotel (or at least downstairs and in breakfast room). Terrible noise. Was doing our heads in. So the positives, or the big positive, is the hotel location. Ok, it may be sat in the business district, but it is right next to Tamachi station which is literally a three minute walk. In Tokyo, you will need to use the metro/tube to get to your destination so a close-by station is vital. This is a major bonus. The Tokyo public transport network is fantastic. The room itself was good. A reasonable size. I confess we had upgraded to the lounge access (more later) and I'm not sure whether this got us a better room but we were on the 8th floor overlooking the railways lines. So interesting! (Seriously, do ask for a track-side room so you can watch the Shinkansen gliding by). The bed was massive and the shower was mighty powerful. Breakfast offered a reasonable spread. The Executive Lounge on the 9th floor was very welcome. Not the cheapest upgrade but somewhere to escape and have a proper sit down with teas & cake or a beverage and nibbles in the evening. Not the biggest spread and a pity the lounge closes at 21h (seems very early i.e. 23h would be more realistic). But still good and worked for us. TBH a hearty breakfast downstairs in the morning and then the nibbles upstairs virtually did us for the day! So bottom line, not loads of character but does the job - well - and in an excellent location.

- UniversalExporter (10/5): Lovely hotel, wonderful staff - Pullman Hotel is located in a nice area, next to 2 x train stations (Mita and Tamachi). There are also plenty of restaurants/eateries and a couple of convenience stores in the office building next door. The rooms are lovely and quite large (around 30m2) for Tokyo. The layout/design is pretty smart and makes good use of the room size. Beds/pillows are soft and comfortable. The staff are all wonderful but special mention must be made of Hannah at the Reception/Check In desk. I arrived very early due to having to check out of my previous accommodation at a ridiculously early time. I was aware that the check in time wasn’t until 3.00pm but Hannah did her best to get me checked in early. Furthermore she was great at keeping me updated as to the estimated check in time. In addition to that I had a nighttime flight on departure. On top of everything she’d already done, Hannah also arranged a very generous check out time which ensured that I didn’t have to leave for the airport too early. Thanks again Hannah. You’re a credit to the entire accommodation industry!

Very close to both stations and most of the walkways are covered so it works very well during rain. The hotel is located side by side to a mall but we didn’t visit the mall. It is located in working office area I was told so the train station is busy during early and evening time but still manageable. We love how easy walk it is to the hotel. The staffs are very efficient and friendly. Example: to ship luggages, we only need to show the shipping place and we didn’t need to pay upfront as they will charge us with the bill. We could also leave our luggages when we left to Osaka since we came back during our last night stay. Breakfast was delicious. They provide combination of Japanese/American breakfast with some made to order daily menu. We got the regular twin room. The bed is very comfortable and one of the most comfortable beds we have had. The shower also has very good water pressures. They give pajamas, slippers, even a small slippers for my son. The room also has a safe, Nescafe machine and smelling good shampoos/conditioners/body was and hand wash. The room also has bench that you can sit on while watching the outside activities by the windows. I forgot the name of the gentlemen that helped us during the stay. They were wonderful! All of them are at the check in counter, one of the gentleman helped us with our 6 luggages.

Special props to the front desk staff "Flores" who checked me in, she was extra friendly and welcoming and even the next day as I walked by said hello and remembered my name. She also found me in the lobby while I was waiting for my room on check in since I had arrived early, and also had my bags sent to the room for me. Proactive and friendly, great staff!

The kids had a twin room adjacent to our king room. Spacious rooms, great staff, clean, and great location. Lots of restaurants nearby and it couldn’t be closer to the Tamachi train station. Tokyo is a little too big and busy for me but the Pullman made me feel relaxed and safe. Would definitely return.
- Daisy (10/5): - This is my second time at Pullman Tamachi. The location is the best, it’s very close to JR station, connected through a bridge. It’s not a crowded location because it is somewhat non-tourist area, more a neighborhood of families and workforce. You have few convenient stores within minutes away, Starbucks and other coffee shops, and a grocery store on ground level. The hotel itself is still pretty new, and upscale, design is nice, staff are all friendly and will go above and beyond!

We had an issue at check-in where a double charge was processed. I am still waiting for that to be refunded. However, the staff compensated immediately, with free meals, transportation, and access to the lounge. Every colleague I interacted with was really excellent. This truly is a 5 star hotel.

The restaurant (Kasa) was great and a wonderful breakfast. Central position opposite two building with many, many local and interesting restaurants. I would recommend for anybody. I have used the rewards points to redeem partial the room charges, and pay the rest of the charges onsite. However the hotel only recorded a night for my member account but without any status and reward points that should be considered. I believed they have miscalculated the points but it seems this a systems issues of all Accor Japanese hotels. This is not the first situation I met in Japan.
- LinaLeeAL (8/5): A convenient location as a base for short stay - The hotel is easily accessible from Haneda. The taxi fee is not too expensive. The subway is a few minutes from the hotel if taking the Yamanote line. Other lines are close by but if having luggage is very inconvenient to move around. Upgraded room was very welcome and appreciated. The rooms are a bit on the small side even though is very well appointed and has all the amenities. The lounge is also a nice place to chill out. The evening service had very good selection of food especially the drinks options. Staff is very friendly and helpful and efficient. Would stay again for the location and the Pullman brand and service.

- rickc463 (10/5): Excellent location and staff - Pullman Tokyo Tamachi is an excellent hotel right next to the JR line which meant getting around Tokyo was easy yet away from the hustle and bustle. As it is next to a number of office towers we were spoilt for choice for restaurants and convenience stores. As with all Accor properties we have stayed in, the staff were outstanding. The front desk were extremely helpful with special mention to Karl who gave us invaluable tips and assistance. Room was spacious and the breakfast was a combination of both western and japanese food. Also one of the best coffees in Tokyo . Highly recommended.

- BernardT726 (10/5): Excellent Location, well maintained hotel! - We stayed here for a night before travelling to other parts of Japan in early December. Hotel felt very new and well maintained. Breakfast spread was excellent - and one of the better breakfast buffet we had in Japan. Location wise - it was very convenient. Took us 5 mins by foot to get to the Tamachi Line. Parking fees were reasonable as well! Front desk spoke English well - and were very forthcoming with recommendations around the area. Will definitely keep Pullman as one of my options for accommodation should i choose to visit Tokyo again! Only downside was that the club benefits were average. Although well stocked on drinks, there was not much food available.

- PugTomas (10/5): Best all rounded establishment we stayed in Tokyo - This was probably the best hotel we stayed in from the perspective of: - location near train station only 2-3 stops to Tokyo and a few more to Akihibara. Suitable to explore the Tokyo side - place was nestled between 2 office buildings and trains but still quiet and not as hectic as Tokyo - good ‘Hub and Spoke’ with its own restaurants nearby, supermarkets and convenience stores a bit of everything in one place. - room was good and ell designed being more spacious and our request for a higher floor was kindly accommodated even though we booked late. Water pressure, bed etc were great and nothing to complain about. - staff were good and professional…feels like a business hotel which suited us fine. An early taxi booking was arranged for our flight and it went well. Good if you are concentrating on visiting the Tokyo side as opposed to Shibuya or Shinjuku. Will definitely visit again if the opportunity arises.

- Ranika (8/5): - This hotel is located in a business district area so there is the convenience of the train station which was helpful but there isn't anything as a tourist you would walk to to see. The room was simple but nothing spectacular. The hotel offers dining options which were good but if you have time to find a local breakfast spot, same for lunch and dinner, I would try to find something else. The food was good, I've had better at other hotels. The gym is small so timing is important if you want to get a treadmill as there are only 2. The hotel is about 30 minutes from Haneda Airport so that's convenient and there are taxis around to get to other locations which I appreciate.
