• Jigena (9/5): - La atención de todo el personal, atentos, cordiales, nos explicaron todo con paciencia y siempre con buena actitud. Somos colegas (hoteleros/gastronómicos), conocemos del rubro y lo difícil que a veces se torna la atención al público, pero el personal tuvo siempre buena predisposición para indicarnos como llegar a ciertos lugares, o recomendarnos precaución en algunas zonas! Antes de arribar al hotel, respondieron rápidamente y de manera clara mis consultas por WhatsApp. En cuánto a la infraestructura del hotel, diseño moderno e innovador, la habitación muy cómoda, amplia, limpia, nos esperaron con cortesías dentro de la misma. El desayuno super completo con todo lo que habíamos solicitado! Agradecidos y esperamos volver pronto! Lo único que podemos marcar es que a la mañana nos despertamos ya que se escucharon ruidos de la habitación contigua, como si estuvieran limpiando y movieran los muebles! Pero entendemos que era necesario.

• Ana Noelia (8/5): Acorde - Que era una zona tranquila, por lo tanto se podía descansar. La presión del agua muy bien. Viajé con mi bebe de casi dos meses, necesitaba agua caliente para poder calentar la leche durante la noche y nos cobraron aparte el termo con agua.
• lazzaro (8/5): - La habitación es cómoda y el baño también . No tenía cochera disponible, contaban con 5 cocheras en total. El desayuno tenes que completar un formulario la noche anterior eligiendo con las opciones que te dan que ibas a desayunar y te lo armaban . El personal muy amable

• Nelida (7/5): - Las escaleras no es lo más cómodo para subir o bajar equipaje. La estadía incluía desayuno, pero como nos teníamos que retirar antes ni siquiera nos ofrecieron café. Quisimos solicitar un taxi y una de las recepcionistas nos pidió que pidiéramos un Uber .

Cuando vino la policia, la recepcionista lo dejo esperando para recepcionar a nuevos huéspedes. Se cansó de espera el oficial y se retiró. En las habitaciones se escucha absolutamente todo. La habitación que nos dieron, la primera, da el sol a las 6 a.m. Está en un barrio muy inseguro y oscura las calles.

• Fabio (4/5): - The property is very nice, with a homey feel to it. The problem is the complete lack of responsiveness from the staff. I booked through Experia four nights and told the hotel that I would need to shorten the stay to 3 nights. Thay said they were not able to make the change because the booking was through Expedia. Expedia has been trying for three days to contact the hotel, both by telephone and by their own internal messaging, but the hotel has not responded at all. The hotel did not respond to my request to confirm that payments using a foreign credit card by a resident of another country are not subject to the VAT. I waited for over one month and they never responded. They seem to ignore communication through the Expediaq messaging system and want everyone to communicate with them through a WhatsApp number. I asked to talk to a manager concerning my request to shorten my stay, and I was never put in touch with one.
• Reinier (10/5): Impeccable and comfortable accommodation, highly recommended - Impeccable accommodation which appears brand new. Comfortable modern rooms, secure parking, great breakfast and very friendly staff. Keep in mind that, as this is a residential neighborhood, restaurant options are limited though there are some options.

• Medurga (8/5): Weekend getaway. - Friendly staff, clean place. There was no inside the facility parking, had to park in the street, even though it was advertised that there was parking. The staff said that I had to choose that option. The bathroom was a bit cramped. Hot water at night seems to be cut off. I acme from an outing and took a shower, water was warm but not hot. It was hot in the morning.

Staff was very kind and helped us with any questions. Rooms are a little small - but we were only there for one night - so it was fine.

• Carlos (6/5): Hotel distinto a todos los habituales. - El Hotel esta ubicado en una zona de casas , o sea que no está frente a un parque u otra atracción para pasear sin usar taxi o auto propio. El Hotel tiene un año , por lo tanto funciona todo , el estilo es muy marcado , tipo simplista , distinto de la mayoría de los habituales 4 estrellas según está catalogado. Encontré la habitación doble con dos camas muy estrecha , casi diría incomoda , placar sin cajones y un solo estante , Frigobar muy pequeño , el baño impecable pero también nada espacioso. Si van con auto deben avisar porque solo tiene tres cocheras bajo techo.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Estuvimos una sola noche, el hotel es lindo, cómodo, nuevo y muy iluminado. Las zonas comunes cuentan con iluminación natural así como también la habitación (7) que cuenta con ventanal hacia patio interno. El concepto del hotel lo puedo definir como estilo moderno y minimalista. No tiene servicio de restaurante pero en la zona hay lugares donde poder comer algo. Habitación c frigobar y elementos para poder tomar café/te en la habitación sin cargo, cortesía del hotel. Cochera interna techada. muy recomendable, zona tranquila.
