• Sharron (9/5): Good accommodation with great amenities. - The property is out of the center of Kyoto but once we familiarized ourselves with the bus routes, we had no trouble getting to/from the hotel. The room was a good size & the kitchenette & washing machine were much appreciated bonuses. It is also close to the Nishi Hongan-Ji Temple. Nothing

• Jessica (9/5): Lovely room and comfortable stay - The photos don’t do this place justice. It was such a pleasant stay. The room was very large for Japan standards and it was very clean. Our room was on the first floor by the road but it was so quiet and didn’t hear anyone coming and going. Being able to leave our bags at guest services before and after check in was helpful and it was nice they dropped our bags at our room. It’s slightly out of the way but it is near a bus stop and easy to get to the main areas.

La posizione è davvero comoda: la struttura è ben collegata sia alla stazione centrale sia alla zona di Gion, quindi è facile spostarsi in città senza perdere troppo tempo. Il servizio è stato ottimo e molto efficiente. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la possibilità di far consegnare i bagagli direttamente in camera in giornata, una comodità enorme quando si arriva prima del check-in o si vuole iniziare subito a visitare la città. Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero eccellente: una soluzione pratica, ben organizzata e molto conveniente per visitare Kyoto. Nulla, è andato tutto bene

• George (8/5): Good for young fit travelers - Staff were friendly in helping set up the Netflix and new coffee maker, getting us a top sheet because the comforter was too heavy and hot. They let us check our bags for the day.. Long walk to hotel and 2 blocks walk inside to our room and the ice machine. Couldn't access the pool.

• Frances (9/5): Wonderful, convenient place to stay when visiting Kyoto. - The apartment was located conveniently for buses and to get around, but was on a side road so was quiet. The beds were very comfortable and it was so helpful to have the small washing machine. Would be great if there were more restaurants nearby but this is not something the hotel has much control of.

• Annabelle (10/5): friendly stall, very good, simple and funktional, spacious & clean , comfortable and fresh air - i loved having two seperate beds, a kitchen and the fact that i could open a door and go out on to the terrace for fresh air. Also there was a bath! It was easy to get around and the beds were comfortable that when we checked out there was no one and we were not able to contact any one throught the QR code given, so in the end we could not leave our luggage there and had to change our day plans.

Les lits étaient super confortable et la chambre géniale. Juste l’éloignement avec le centre bien que des lignes de bus importantes passent par la rue principale.

• Rebecca (9/5): Lovely apartment in a quiet area of Kyoto - The room was really spacious which was great for a slightly longer stay. The beds were huge and there was also a sofa in the room. The room had washing facilities so we were able to wash and dry our laundry during the trip. The room had a small balcony with sliding doors so we were able to get some fresh air into the room which was really nice. The room was quiet and also on a quiet street close to Kyoto station which we appreciated Only minor, but whilst this hotel is close to Kyoto main station it is about a 45 minute walk from the main shopping/tourist/Gion area. There are regular buses between the hotel and other areas so not a huge problem, but a consideration for those less able to walk long distances
• Marisa (10/5): Hotel-feeling als Ferienwohnung - Hotelfeeling mit Ferienwohnung, mit Rezeption, es wurde sogar einmal geputzt während unseres Aufenthaltes. Sehr modern, alles da was man braucht. In der Nähe sind Busstationen und Getränke-Automaten, zum nächsten Supermarkt ist es ein kleiner Fußmarsch. Lage gut um alles zu erreichen. Eigentlich nur das der Fußweg zum nächsten Supermarkt etwas weit ist.

La gentilezza e la premura della ragazza alla reception che ha cercato di rimediare a tutte le cose che non andavano in tutti i modi possibili. Un plauso a lei per il resto non raggiunge la Sufficienza. Trovare la camera ancora con le rimanenza dei vecchi occupanti nel frigo e la poca Manutenzione della stessa camera.

• Ines (10/5): Très très bien - L’hôtel est situe dans une rue très calme. La chambre est très bien équipée et super confortable, bien chauffée. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire et même une salle de bain traditionnelle. C’est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de personnel le matin, ce qui fait que l’on ne peut pas laisser nos bagages après le check out.

• YEN CHUN (8/5): 房間很棒很舒服，乾淨空間也夠大，浴室的乾燥功能，洗再多再厚的衣服隔天保證乾。民宿該有的設備一應具全。就是離京都車站有一點遠，大概要走20分鐘，西本願寺周邊不熱鬧，便利商店的品項不是很豐富。 - 房間很舒服，浴室的和洗衣機都很棒，尤其是浴室的乾燥功能，洗再多再厚的衣服隔天保證乾。 離京都車站稍微遠了一點，走景點的時候可以多利用公車巴士。三邊都有有公車站，幾乎可以通往各大景點。

El personal del hotel estuvo únicamente al momento del check in a la noche, luego de eso nunca más durante nuestra estadía vimos a alguien que trabajara en el hotel. Eso me impidió dejar las maletas luego del check out, tuvimos que ir en taxi hasta el guest service del hotel en otro lado de la ciudad para dejarlas.

Réception disponible pour questions éventuelles. Très bon emplacement non loin de la gare et des bus desservant tout Kyoto. Je regrette de ne pas être resté plus longtemps. Il y a un temple à coté si vous êtes matinale vous pouvez allez voir les moines.

• Fatima (7/5): Falta de limpieza - Nos gustó mucho que era muy espacioso, tiene una pequeña cocina, la bañera-ducha es muy grande y una lavadora que usamos e iba muy bien. Tienen un centro de huéspedes cerca de la estación de Kioto que el personal fue un encanto. Además tienen servicio gratis para enviar las maletas al hotel y también las guardan tras el check out gratis. La ubicación, tienen varios por Kioto y el nuestro.. pues no elegimos bien. Alrededor del hotel no hay nada para comer ningún restaurante que merezca la pena. La limpieza… toallas y sábanas muy limpias pero el polvo.. horrible había polvo por todos lados, polvo de mucho tiempo de acumulación. Soy alérgica y estuve los 4 días con pastillas para la alergia. Tuvimos una limpieza en medio de la estancia y se basan en hacer camas y limpiar un poco el baño. El baño… tenía zonas que nunca habían sido limpiadas, con polvo y pelos. Creemos que necesita un poco de amor y más limpieza todo.
