- Iuliia (8/5): Solid quality for the price and great staff - The price is very affordable, the breakfast was large and tasty, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They moved us to another room when there was too much noise from the pub below due to the football game and prepared a packed breakfast for my early departure. The upstairs room was very nice. The location is quite central and convenient for Fatih, but there are a lot of hawkers for the restaurants on the street near the hotel who are a bit annoying and the pub downstairs can be noisy if there's a game. The cheaper rooms are a bit cramped too, but you get what you pay for, the more expensive rooms are bigger and nicer, as you'd expect.

- Cristina (8/5): Estancia sencilla y agradable. - La ubicación, la amabilidad del gerente, el tamaño de la habitación y las vistas desde mi habitacion No hay ascensor, las instalaciones podrían estar más cuidadas, el baño tenía la mampara delicada y el suelo algunas manchas. Pero no fue un problema, no esperaba lujos.

Minimal knowledge of English, street noise when the window was open (but that's probably normal in Istanbul), it was not possible to completely darken the window, the TV and lamps were just for decoration :)

- Bob (7/5): Mysigt och centralt beläget litet hotell - med lite brister - Trevlig personal, reception som hade öppet sent på natten, och riktigt bra läge mitt i Sultanahmet - bredvid en vältrafikerad gata under dagen, men ändå med lugnt och tyst rum på övre våning. Frukosten var enkel men god, med trevligt ätområde. Sängarna var bra, och det var faktiskt lite vattenutsikt från rummet på andra våningen också! Överlag ett trevligt, mysigt och centralt beläget litet hotell, inhyst ovanför en restaurang i hjärtat av Istanbul. Inte jättebra städat - fick byta rum vid ankomst. Badrummet i det nya rummet saknade en dörr i duschkabinen, och golvet blev snabbt halt och blött vid duschar. Det fanns en del skavanker på rummet i övrigt: en spegel med trasig kant, trasigt övre duschmunstycke, en sänglampa som inte kunde kopplas in då det saknades väggkontakt nära sängen mm. Sista dagen frågade jag om det gick att få frukost att ta med då vi åkte tidigt, och receptionisten skulle förbereda mackor, vilket förstås var väldigt tacksamt. Jag upplyste dock noga om att vi var vegetarianer - ändå fick vi mackor med falukorv. Summa summarum väldigt trevligt ställe, med trevlig personal, men inte utan brister...

- Istvan (8/5): Jó hangulatú, három csillagnak megfelelő szállás Istanbul fő látványosságaihoz közel - A szállás sétatávolságon belül van Istanbul fő látványosságaihoz, valamint az 1-es villamoshoz. A személyzet kedves volt, repülőtérre transzfert is is jól szervezték meg. A reggeli bőséges és finom volt. Az épület földszintjén jó hangulatú, egész nap nyitva tartó reggeliző, illetve étkezést is adó bár van. A mi szobánk a második emeleten volt, a bárból zajok nem hangzottak fel. A közelben nagyon sok étkezési lehetőség van. A szobánkhoz egy kis erkély is tartozott. Ennek ajtaja és az ablakok jól hangszigeteltek. Naponta cserélték a törülközőket és ürítették a szemetest. Kérésünkre a vízforralót kicserélték. A szállás a turistákat célzó negyed közepén van, ami egyrészt jó, másrészt vannak negatív hatásai is. Például éjszaka is viszonylag nagy a taxi és busz forgalom. Az egy sávos és egy irányú utcán megreked a forgalom a fel és leszállás miatt, időnként kocsi duda hallatszik éjszaka is. Az éttermi árak kétszeresek Istanbul turistáktól kevéssé járt részeihez képest. Elsőre kellemetlen, de megszokható az, hogy valamennyi étterem és üzlet ajtajában áll valaki, aki eléggé határozottan próbálja a járókelőket behívni.

- Andrea (8/5): - The room was fine, had everything, fridge, tv, ac. A little balcony. The bed was okay, comfy enough. Nice lights. Downstairs was an Irish bar, it was very nice to have some beer in the evening. Breakfast was good, everything what you need for a good start. Location was the best. Bathroom was really small, not like the pics. And it should be renewed. Water pressure was bad. Noice from outside is really loud, cars, buses, and people. You can hear everything and also inside you can hear other people walking, slamming doors.

Men er ved Den Blå Moské og Hagia Sofia inden for fem minutter på gåben. Personalet er super venlig og hjælpsom. Værelset er simpelt men rent, og vi havde et godt ophold.

- Giovanna (2/5): Das schlimmste Hotel meines Lebens - Leider hat uns an der Unterkunft nichts gefallen. Die Fotos bei der Buchung entsprechen absolut nicht der Realität. Es war sehr heruntergekommen, ungepflegt und dreckig. Wir hatten sehr viele Schäden im Zimmer und es war sehr schmutzig. Die Putzfrau hat nur die Bettdecken aufgeschlagen und neue Handtücher gebracht. Es wurde weder gestaubsaugt noch das Badezimmer geputzt. Auf den Bildern online sah man ein großes Zimmer mit 3 großen Einzelbetten und vor Ort bekamen wir ein kleines Zimmer von knapp 15qm mit einem Doppelbett und einer Couch. Das Frühstück war schlecht. Wir haben alles stehen lassen und es wurde uns einfach ein Teller auf den Tisch gestellt ohne entscheiden zu können was wir überhaupt wollten. Kaffee ungenießbar und zum Frühstück gab’s Würstchen und Eier. Wir waren alle 3 Vegetarier. Danke für nichts. Diese Info sollte man sich beim Gast schon holen oder zumindest eine Wahl lassen.

- da Vinci (3/5): Номера старые, холодно, полотенца были ужасно грязные, как будто их не стирали. Отель не предназначен для пожилых людей, - Был возможен ранний заезд, спасибо персоналу. Мы бронировали на 4 человека, по брони 2 отдельные комнаты. По факту была возможность заселить нас в один номер, с раздельными комнатами. По итогу просто так переплатили за второй номер, нам сказали что не смогут вернуть деньги!

- mmoresco67 (4/5): Delusione - Buona posizione, vicino alle principali mete turistiche. Piccolo hotel a gestione familiare, persone gentili. Buona la pulizia. Abbiamo prenotato la stanza matrimoniale Deluxe per stare più comodi: una delusione totale. Il letto schricchiolava e la tavola sotto il materasso si piegava sotto il mio peso. Il bagno era microbico, il lavandino minuscolo stava letteralmente dietro alla porta. La doccia era grande ma la porta funzionava male, quindi non si chiudeva.. Acqua dalla doccia scendeva un filo e lavarsi era difficile. La stanza era al primo piano: fino alle 3 di notte rumore dal locale sotto e dalla strada. Colazione migliorabile, non all'altezza di un hotel di medio livello.

- Karen (5/5): Not to my taste - Pictures did not show that the hotel us over an Irish pub. Breakfast was not as shown in your photos. Not suitable for older slightly disabled visitors ie: winding staircase poorly lit to accommodation. I personally would not book this hotel again. Drinks we expensive compared to other hotels.

- Anastasia (10/5): - Именно место расположение гостиницы было основным фактором при выборе места размещения. Море в 3 х минутах, Голубая мечеть в 5, остановка на поезд в 5 минутах. К нашей большой радости номер оказался с большими окнами, которые выходили на улицу и частично на море. Отдельное спасибо Tacha за гостеприимство, что сделал на отдых более комфортным!

There were some vexing moments: only hot water in the jacuzzi that made it unusable, not working lamp near the bad (and the main light only could be turned off near the entrance).

The radiators would not work as we’ve asked many times, and also the bathroom glass door was not installed correctly and we had to be very careful about it. The stair case is narrow ;without any lift.

- Marian (9/5): Excellent - Very good breakfast, very nice people and extremelly helpfull, excellent location near almost all important attractions, overall a very good experience. I recomand this boutique hotel with all my heart. The doors (room entrance and bathroom doors were not closing, the beds creaked terribly and the main window also had problems closing, but it's an old building but after you got used to it it seemed ok. Also the acces is difficult, especially for old or disabled people.

Yo si recuerdo haber especificado que una de las habitaciones quería dos camas, y nos dieron una habitación de una sola cama y no había más disponibilidad, entonces con mi amigo nos tocó compartir cama, que es algo que prefiero no hacer.

- Laura (8/5): - Отличный отель с хорошей локацией. Вся улица это гостиницы с кафешками. В этой гостинице на первом этаже есть ирландский паб, но шума не было слышно ( жили мы фактически на 3-м этаже). Только в последнюю ночь доносился шум с улицы, так как это была ночь начало футбольных матчей, но атмосфера была прикольной. Персонал хороший, ненавязчивый, в мерц любезный. Заселили раньше времени, номер был чистый. Помогли поднять чемоданы. Лифта нет, лестница достаточна крутая, но нам было норм. Остановившись мы на 3 ночи. Каждый день меняли полотенца, прибирали номер, пополняли баночки в душе. Это не пятизвездочный отель, поэтому белоснежных полотенец и золотых унитазов не ждите. Завтраки обычные, но вкусные. Мы наедались Вылет у нас был вечером, разрешили оставить багаж до трансфера Номер соответствовал фотографиям. Хорошее соотношение цена-локация-удобства Персонал хорошо владеет английским языком, турецком и даже испанским. На русском не особо говорят, но нам это не доставляло неудобств. В целом пребывание в отеле нам понравилось!

- Kanat (10/5): - Цена полностью соответствует качеству, даже превышает. Персонал вообще на высоком уровне оказывают услуги, особенно Мехмет, спасибо тебе за все! Съездили с Стамбула в Аланию, попросили оставить чемодан на пару дней, без проблем согласился, заезжали раньше положенного времени, тоже положительно отреагировали. Завтрак сытный, также все в шаговой доступности. Прямо в центре города. Транспортная развязка хорошоя. Можно на скоростном травмае куда угодно съездить. 5 минут хотьбы от остановки трамвая, также от Ая Софии и Мечети Суотан Ахмета. Езжайте, не пожалеете. Конечно, за такую цену не ждите 5 звезжочный отель. Все было супер! Ничего плохого не могу сказать.

- Marina (9/5): Прекрасный выбор - Прекрасное расположение, все в пешей доступности. Дружелюбный персонал на ресепшен , говорящий на испанском в том числе, вкусный завтрак Кран тек , но это было не существенно
- Liviu (9/5): Foarte bine - Locație foarte aproape de Hagia Sofia. 6-7 minute de mers pe jos lejer. Micul dejun simplu dar foarte ok. Mehmet foarte amabil și dornic să ajute. Nu este de lux însă confortabil și cu un raport calitate preț foarte ok mai ales având în vedere locația (distanța față de obiective importante). Nu e totul perfect dar nimic deosebit de grav( de exemplu în camera de la etajul 2 dușul scăpa apa pe lângă para de duș in schimb in apartament nu era nici o problemă).

- Costa_fdg (8/5): - Le pulizie in camera effettuate giornalmente e il cambio asciugamani giornaliero, la posizione comoda e in un luogo sicuro, la gentilezza dello staff. Abbiamo preso una Cesar Salad dal pub sotto (credo siano gli stessi proprietari) davvero ottima e genuina! Strada molto trafficata e rumorosa, letto non molto comodo, colazione prettamente salata con prodotti tipici turchi (sicuramente molto buoni ma per chi non è abituato a mangiare quel genere di cibo a prima mattina può essere un problema). Abbiamo preso chiesto un caffè espresso il primo giorno ma era discutibilissimo come espresso, tuttavia capisco che Istanbul non è la citta in cui pretendere un espresso italiano.

- Mary (6/5): Very friendly staff but basic and could do with some improvements. - Staff were lovely and friendly especially Mehmet. He always greeted you with a smile and was very helpful. My friends stayed in a different hotel so I was on my own here but I never felt uncomfortable and was made very welcome. Breakfast was fine. Lamp beside bed not working Room wasn’t cleaned or bed made during a 4 night stay only the towels were changed. Water left in room on first day only. Window catch was broken Bed base was dirty and torn in parts. Net curtains torn. Bathroom very small and overhead shower not working. May sound picky but after seeing my friends hotel room in same location, at a similar cost you just could not compare the two. Theirs was very clean and comfortable, much better beds, linen, towels with everything working, water replenished and cleaned daily. Zeugma should make some basic improvements and it would be a much nicer place to stay. Friendly staff alone isn’t enough unfortunately.
